The Love Never Loses

The Love Never Loses
Chapter 80 The Passage of Hanna

Yanti and Deli stepped outside the room, sitting on the sofa of the living room.

“Who's Iqbal? How do you know? You're in a relationship with him? You're this, why keep it a secret?” Deli strafed Yanti with a question.

Yanti took a deep breath and exhaled her slowly.

“I have to explain from where? You yourself know that I have worked for the Company***TV. The company belonged to Mr. Denny and Iqbal as his secretaries. We met on the trip yesterday. That's it, there's nothing to keep secret.” Yanti shrugged her shoulders explaining with a calm face staring at Deli.

“Your relationship?” Deli asked full of questions.

“At first I hated him, for some reason. Now our misunderstanding is over. I myself also do not believe we can establish a relationship this close.” Yanti looked at Deli with a smile.

“You alone, do you love him?” Deli still asked to confirm Yanti's feelings towards Iqbal because she knew the man really liked Yanti.

“Hem.., I think I'm in love with her. I've answered all your curiosity. Now, why are you in this house?” Ask back Yanti wants to know the reason for her best friend.

“Doctor Aaron asked me to take care of his friend with leukemia. I want to help, let alone the patient is pregnant.” Answer Deli briefly.

“Leukemia and pregnant? You know who you're looking after right now, other than Denny Prasetyo's wife he's the sole heir to the famous Singaporean businessman King Corps.” Yanti's eyes grow up knowing Hanna's disease and condition.

“His wealth and position do not guarantee a person's health and life. Right now, if all of that can be exchanged for healing, I'm sure he'll give it.” Said Deli staring far ahead.

“Suster Deli, called sir,” heard the sound of Bik Surtik, Deli and Yanti turned towards him.

“Yes, I came Bik,” Deli replied staring at Bik Surtik.

“Let's go there,” Deli went from the sofa followed by Yanti. Together they stepped into the room.

In the room, Denny and Iqbal are seen sitting together.

“What are you guys talking about?” Denny looked at Hanna who was back to sleep after talking to Iqbal.

“She asks who the girl is with me and asks seriously for a relationship. He told me not to leave you alone after his departure. I'm angry he's talking like that, he can't give up. I asked him to be there when I married the girl of my choice, but he couldn't. She feels her life is not long.” Iqbal looked at Denny deeply, water flowing from the corner of his eye. He can't tell the truth.

“I'll try to help him survive. After giving birth, she can run the treatment process,” Denny believes strongly Hanna is able to survive the disease.

The two men were silent for a moment, they dissolved in each other's thoughts.

“Tok, tok, tok,” door knocked from outside. Iqbal turned his head and went to the door and opened it. Yanti and Deli were standing behind the door.

“Come in,” said Iqbal staring at the two.

Yanti and Deli stepped in. Iqbal walked beside Yanti.

While walking, Yanti turned her head towards Iqbal, something had happened, the rest of the tears still clearly wetting her eyes. His mouth wanted to ask, but he hesitated to do so. Footsteps, leading himself to follow Iqbal towards Denny.

“Denny, I want to introduce him,” Iqbal looked at Yanti and turned towards Denny.

Denny stood up, staring alternately at Iqbal and Yanti.

“Yanti,” said Yanti nervously by extending a hand towards Denny. He's never been this close to Denny.

“Denny Prasetyo, happy to get acquainted” said Denny welcomed Yanti's hand.

“You don't remember him?” Iqbal looked at Denny.

“Who, Him? I'm sorry, I don't know her other than you confessed to her lover. Didn't you?” Denny asked back because he did not know Yanti before.

“Because, he used to work in your company and he is also a friend of Beautiful. I also want to inform you that there have been untrue rumors about the death of Indah. I'll investigate and clear his name.” Iqbal remembered his promise to straighten out the untrue news about Indah's death.

“Indah? Turns out Yanti knows Beautiful, and she's gone too? What a pity you are, Mr. Denny. All the girls who love you go.” Deli's inner whisper listened to the talk of the three people before her.

“Sorry, I can't remember my employees, nor do I know so many wonderful friends,” Denny smiled reminiscing about his weakness.

“Nothing, the master has hundreds of employees, will not remember everything,” Yanti saw Denny's friendly attitude, all this time in her memory was just a cold face.

“That rumor, you need to clear up as soon as possible. I do not like anyone gossiping behind me,” Denny put on a face does not like to know there are people who dare to spread the issue is not true.

*********

Iqbal and Yanti are in the car back from Denny's house.

“Why take me to meet Hanna and Mr Denny?” Tanya Yanti broke the silence between the two during the trip.

“Sorry, if you don't like it. To me they are both my friends and my brother, ” Iqbal replied with a gaze pointing to the street in front of him.

“I'm just surprised, haven't seen them in a long time. You're gonna marry me and ask her to come. Those words were good, encouraging Hanna not to give up on her illness. I like your thoughts,” Yanti remembered Iqbal's words when introducing herself to Hanna. He had not expected to hear that remark out of Iqbal's lips. He said, the man beside him would not think that far, let alone their relationship was fairly new.

“What I have said will not be withdrawn again and I am serious. Now, what do you think?” Tanya Iqbal wants to know the contents of Yanti's heart.

Yanti was silent, she was unable to think. Iqbal's question left his head empty. Suddenly the car slowed down and stopped by the side of the road. Yanti grew confused, seeing Iqbal's attitude.

“Is he angry? Did I reject him? Yanti, what's wrong with you, why can't you answer? This guy, really seriously, I have to answer now?” Yanti's head was filled with questions, her eyes glanced at Iqbal who was focused on driving no more words out.

At Denny's house, Deli steals a look at Denny.

“Until when this man accompanies his wife, he does not like to be released. I want to see how much his love lasts.” Deli's inner whisper saw Denny not move from Hanna's room. He just went outside to clean up the rest of the time to accompany Hanna.

“Master, you can rest in the room, I will take care of the mistress,” Deli is trying to start a conversation with Denny.

“No, I want to be with him. When you're done, go back to your room. I'll call if I need you,” said Denny flat. She didn't want to be away from Hanna, when Hanna regained consciousness, she made sure that her face would be seen.

“Alright sir,” Deli stepped away leaving the room. He couldn't force Denny either.

Arriving at the room, Deli laid her body. His mind was reminded of the name Beautiful. Then Deli grabs the phone and makes a call with Yanti.

“Hallo,” greet Yanti from across.

“You're home?” Ask Deli.

“Hem,” short answer.

“Why does your voice sound weird?” Deli asked back, hearing Yanti's lethargic voice.

“Did I reject it? He didn't give me a chance to think. The basic man annoyed me,” Yanti cursed him, Iqbal's attitude confused him.

“What are you talking about, I don't understand" Deli didn't know what happened to upset Yanti.

“She proposed to me, but I didn't answer right away. He said he didn't want to force, what does that mean?” Yanti's voice sounded high.

“If you're confused just ask, does she still want to be with you or not?" Deli tries to help Yanti determine her attitude.

“I don't want to, I'll wait if he still wants to contact me. Otherwise he has already severed our relationship.” Yanti replied sadly.

“Whatever, I'd like to ask, Do you know Beautiful and who she is to Mr Denny?” Tanya Deli did not want to linger with feeling upset Yanti.

“Beautiful, just like you we were friends since college, became friends and worked in the same place. Later his attitude more and more keep secrets, until his marriage with Mr. Denny is also not known to many people. He rarely goes to work for a variety of reasons. Surprising news, he had an accident and died. We haven't had time to share stories about her wedding.” Yanti said repeating her memories with Indah.

“Oh..., so she's Mr. Deny's first wife and is dead. Now his wife is also very sick, what a poor man.” Celoteh Deli responds to Yanti's story.

“Why did you ask that?” yanti asked realized from her past memories.

“It's okay, just curious because you guys mentioned his name earlier.” Yes, I want to rest. Tut, tut, tut.” Yanti disconnected the call, her curiosity had already paid off with Yanti's reply.

“Hey, that kid, I still want to talk he's been playing close,” Yanti landed her phone just anywhere on top right to sleep.

*******

Time goes on with the journey of life. Life that sometimes brings a person is shrouded in pleasure and also sadness. Both cannot escape the struggle of life. A strong foothold is gratitude and sincere acceptance, bound with patience.

Hanna's condition is getting weaker with her pregnancy reaching eight months. His body was no longer able to withstand the increasingly gnawing disease. Alia asks permission to remove the fetus in the womb because of Hanna's condition. Denny gives permission after hearing Aaron's input and advice. The operation was performed for the birth of Hanna's baby. After undergoing a risky operation, Denny's daughter was born safely. Mama Denny and Papa Hanna welcome the birth of their grandchild.

Hanna was taken to the treatment room after surgery. Denny faithfully was by her side anxiously waiting for Hanna to regain consciousness. Iqbal can't be with Denny, his burdening job as long as Denny isn't present at the company. He is also trying to fulfill the promise that must be fulfilled, namely cleaning the name of Indah in the company and also the promise to Hanna. To this day, that promise has not been fulfilled.

In the room, Hanna's eyes slowly opened.

“Mas,” his weak voice called out to Denny who was looking at him wistfully.

“An, you're aware? Our baby survived, she's beautiful like you. Thank you, I love you so much.” Denny spoke softly and stroked Hanna's head.

“I want to see it,” pinta Hanna.

Mama Denny approached, held Hanna's baby and put her in her arms.

“Mas, take care of our daughter. I can't raise her with you. I'm sorry,” Hanna said in an increasingly weak voice.

“No An, you have to hold on for me and our baby. You've been doing it all this time, now hang on a little more, you'll be healed, you'll be undergoing a conversion.” Denny's voice trembled, his tears unstoppable. She couldn't lose Hanna.

“Mas, I'm sorry for what I've done so far. Don't hate me, I love you so much.”

Hanna.

“I've forgiven, I can't hate you and I love you. Forgive me for not being able to love as much as your love.” Denny whispered in Hanna's ear with tears in his eyes and kissed her forehead.

Tears flowed from the corner of Hanna's eyes, the last long breath blowing from her mouth. Hanna's eyes were tightly shut for good with a smile framing her face.

“Hanna...., Hanna....,” Denny calls the name of the little friend and best friend who has been accompanying his life.

Hanna's departure was accompanied by sobs, and sincerity. They knew Hanna had fought hard enough to give birth to her baby. Hanna's burial is done next to the Exquisite's tomb. Denny stared softly at the two gravestones lined up before him. Both loved and loved ones left him.
