THE LEGEND OF THE SWORD GOD

V1 #CH 4 — Special Cuisine.

This morning the weather was very sunny and the snowstorm had stopped.

In the Long family mansion, countless people passed by and looked extremely busy. Because, today was the day of a grand gathering of all the members and branches of the Sky Dragon Clan.

Heilong woke up lazily from his bed. He walked slowly towards the backyard of the house and then stood there while stretching out his arms wide.

"God ... The morning air is fresh in this place. Her clean air can clear my mind" Heilong said excitedly.

He stood in the backyard for almost thirty minutes just to enjoy the cool air and the warm morning sun in his new place.

"It seems like now is a good time to cultivate for a while." Heilong started sitting cross-legged and started his cultivation.

He began to absorb the surrounding natural energy through the meridian points and concentrated that energy into his dantian and then channeled it back to his meridian points to clear and strengthen all the scattered meridian points on body.

It had been over an hour of Heilong cultivating.

He finally decided to end his meditation and slowly began to open his eyes while adjusting his breathing to become more relaxed.

"Why does my stomach feel so hungry? I just remembered from last night that I had not eaten anything" Heilong said when he heard a distinctive sound coming from his stomach.

The cultivation practice did use up most of the energy present within his body therefore he felt his body become extremely tired and hungry.

"Before going to a meeting, I'll go to the kitchen and eat first."

He left the backyard and headed straight for the kitchen.

Long Family Mansion Kitchen.

"What's really going on here? Why is the kitchen empty?" heilong said a little surprised when he arrived at the kitchen.

Currently the kitchen condition of the Long Family was indeed empty as all the maids were preparing a banquet for the large gathering event of the Heavenly Dragon Clan in the Hall within the Long Family Mansion.

"It just so happens that the kitchen is empty. I'm going to show Dad the cooking skills I have by making him some really good food that he's never seen on this Planet. While living on Earth, I was a professional chef so making good food was easy for me" Heilong said.

"I'm going to start cooking the fried rice special" Heilong said as he heated the oil in the frying pan and began preparing food.

He took chili, onion, garlic, tomatoes, shrimp, squid, white rice and chives from the grocery shelf.

Then Heilong began sauteing chili, onion, garlic, and tomatoes until they smelled fragrant.

After that, he then put the shrimp and squid.

After the shrimp and squid change color. Heilong began to include white rice, sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and granulated sugar in quick succession.

Heilong then put the chives when the fried rice was half cooked and continued to stir until it was completely cooked.

Lastly he sprinkled fried shallots and pickled cucumbers as a complement.

Although his fate on this planet is a swordsman, Heilong cooks like a famous restaurant chef. If there's a girl who's looking, she's probably going crazy.

Special fried rice is ready to be served.

Heilong went back around the kitchen and picked up started picking up groceries. He took liquid, coffee, chocolate, and eggs.

"This is the only food left.” Heilong stared at the foodstuff and became confused about what all the foodstuffs he had just taken were like. Because, the food he can get is only a little and incomplete.

After a few minutes, Heilong finally got a food idea that matched the groceries he got.

“With this foodstuff I should be able to make chocolate pudding. But before that, I had to search. Does this kitchen have gelatin?"

Heilong went back around the kitchen and explored every shelf of groceries he encountered. But, he did not find a gelatin.

"It seems like no one on this planet knows how to make gelatin."

Heilong thought hard to find a way so that he could make gelatin in a place with very minimal cooking equipment like this.

His eyes were then fixed on a wooden box to the right of the kitchen shelf. "This is seaweed. I think I can use this material to make gelatin."

Heilong started making gelatinous pudding with seaweed material.

Of course he used the power of his ice element to help the process of freezing the pudding because in this place there is no refrigerator.

"Now the chocolate pudding and special fried rice are ready! I'll eat with dad."

Heilong immediately brought the two dishes of fried rice and the chocolate-coated pudding to Long Bao's room.

Long Bao Room.

After arriving at his father's room door, Heilong immediately knocked on the door.

"Dad, can I come in? I brought you some really good food" Heilong shouted as he knocked on the door.

"Come in! The door is not locked" Long Bao replied.

"This is all who cooks? The smell of this dish is very fragrant to make dad more hungry. And what is the name of all these foods? I've only seen food this good for the first time." Long Bao smiled happily at the extremely delicious food presented in front of him.

"This is called special fried rice and chocolate pudding. It's all me cooking," Heilong replied indifferently.

"You!? Since when can you cook. Did you decide to stop being a swordsman and want to become a chef?" Long Bao was very surprised because his son had never cooked before. In fact, it could be said that this child had absolutely no cooking talent.

"When I was in Blue Cloud College, I often practiced late into the night and often skipped dinner. Finally the head of the kitchen told me to go to the kitchen after I finished training and gave me some food. Because often in the kitchen, then my intention to learn to cook.
