Ch. 52 - Wind Controller Vs Fire Controller

The referee explained the rules, the rules did not change at all, so the five participants immediately understood without having to explain at length.

“Alright, you guys please retreat to the corner of the arena.”

Immediately the five of them walked up to the corner of the arena. The view of the three participants unless Chen Shui pointed to Rey, they seemed to have the same thought that was to get rid of Rey first, that was because Rey's appearance of being able to defeat early stage earth level cultivators earlier made them wary because they were all on the same stage as the person who defeated Rey.

All the spectators were shocked to see Guoming, Shunjimey, and Kung Lao suddenly outside the dividing line after the referee said the word began, the three of them were too focused on Rey to the point that they forgot that Chen Shui was no less powerful than Rey, the strange ability that Chen Shui possessed could not be realized by all of them.

Rey bowed her head and faintly saw the thin, white air wrapping past her face cut off a strand of her hair. Chen Shui smiled, only this time there was someone who could dodge his attack, it made him even more amazed with Rey.

“I don't know how you can evade my attack, but you can't beat me.” Chen Shui emphasized the word impossible, it sounded arrogant but that was the reality, but it seemed that he did not know that Rey was a horny being who could make the impossible possible for him.

“Must be?”

Rey's eyes turned black which made Chen Shui surprised instead of playing, the dark aura on his body vaguely came out, one thing that should not be done is to never advocate Rey or demean her, she said, surely he is a brutish creature who will dismantle the body of anyone who dares to humble him, dares to be arrogant in front of pride itself? “You can control the wind, whereas I can control the fire!” Rey shouted loudly.

Rey flicked her hand which created such a huge fire slash, it made Chen Shui immediately coat himself with the wind to fend off the attack, and that was where his mistake lay.

Rey smiled widely and without mercy she instantly burned the wind that wrapped around Chen Shui's body, the fire devoured Chen Shui crazily, ferociously, even the referee and the generals almost went down to the arena to save him, but they immediately paused when they saw Chen Shui floating in the air in a state of well-being, only his robe was partially burned.

“You made my late mother's cloak burn, you won't forgive me!” Shouted Chen Shui loudly.

Suddenly the clouds above the arena clumped up slowly forming a tornado, Rey feeling that she shouldn't wake the sleeping lion, but a lion alone can never frighten him, for he is the father of the lion.

The tornado was slowly growing up which made a mess of the entire arena, all the spectators were evacuated out of the arena by the organizers and guards, the crowd said, even the generals themselves had to intervene to help make a seal outside the arena so that the tornado did not destroy things outside the arena.

Rey is currently sitting sweetly looking at the large tornado above the arena, no longer caring about the dividing line because it has been lost to the tornado. Chen Shui grew increasingly furious at Rey who looked at him with an innocent face, he controlled his tornado towards Rey, Rey herself just silently unmoved at the tornado that was heading towards him.

Rey smiled and suddenly the tornado was burning violently, the tornado turned into a fire tornado that made anyone see it goosebumps. The scene of an inevitable power struggle, Rey controlled the tornado with her fire, while Chen Shui controlled the tornado with his wind control ability.

The tornado was moving back and forth like confused about where to go, serong there serong here like playing pull with the bluff. As if not to be outdone, Chen Shui made a huge tornado until it devoured Rey completely, but did Rey lose? Of course not, since Rey was still casually sitting sweetly while grimacing full of ridicule towards Chen Shui, not even the slightest trace of fire on his body, it was like the flames were deliberately avoiding him.

Slowly the tornado shrank followed by Chen Shui who also slowly came down, it was because the energy in Chen Shui was drained, it was used by Rey to approach Chen Shui, who was very close, and unexpectedly Rey romantically carried Chen Shui like a frog prince carrying a rhino, it was because Rey's body was very small while Chen Shui's body was bigger than him.

“Luckily my dagger is gone, otherwise I would have freed you for having dared to try to kill me.” Rey said while looking at Chen Shui's beautiful face that was not covered with a veil.

Chen Shui faintly looked at Rey who was staring at him, but it did not last long as his gaze slowly darkened.
