The atmosphere again felt awkward after Deswara revealed that he was the leader of the Liberation Organization who opposed the government of the Kingdom.

After Deswara regained his composure the guards had already pulled back their weapons. Arya then began to take out some other documents and gave some to Deswara's side.

The document contains details regarding the change of the Madya City government system. Several detailed explanations of the activities of Arya and her entourage are also contained in the document.
