THE LAST HOBBIT'S

THE LAST HOBBIT'S
40 - Proof

Arslan rubbed his wrist. The rope that had previously been firmly tied to him was now removed. She looked at Helena Vennamous and the magic knight who was beside this beautiful woman.

He knew that the magic knight who was a follower of Helena Vennamous could not be just this one person. There must be other magic knights, let alone An not being in this place.

Helena Vennamous noticed the 1.3 meter tall young man before her who started to pick up the hammer and looked back at her. He said coldly, "Why? can't you do it?"

"I just need a little space to move," Arslan said without a tone. He also took stones and wood that really are ordinary objects and taken carelessly.

The ordinary stone in his hand was not a star stone, it was not included in the sword-making materials. Not to mention the existence of this ordinary piece of wood, whoever forged his sword-will definitely protest Helena Vennamous. It's just that Arslan couldn't have done something like that if his life was the bet.

Helena Vennamou. "If you can't do as you say, then before you take your life you'll see how I killed your friend."

Arslan took a breath. His facial expression did not change and it was as if he had not listened to the words of Helena Vennamous. The young man was concentrating hard on what he was doing. Honestly, he had never used this hammer for a long time, including forging weapons.

Arslan closed his eyes for a moment. Her. Deepen, "I just need to prove myself. Not trying to turn this thing into a quality weapon, this is just an ordinary test."

Arslan opened his eyes and then started exhaling. He held up the hammer in his hand and then cast a magic spell.

"Deterfom Fascia..!"

?!

The loud sound as the hammer struck the stone created sparks that unexpectedly instantly smouldered. Helena Vennamous and the magic knight who was with her even took a step back from being jolted.

The two saw flames gushing out and on the other hand Arslan remained near the flames. He put pieces of wood into the fire and a loud sound like two objects clashing back was heard.

Helena Vennamous and the magic knight who was with her paid close attention to Arslan's every action. The unexpected thing was that with just a single hit, a fire then appeared and was still so smoldering.

Helena Vennamous was not an expert who had knowledge of the ordinances of forging weapons, nor was the magic knight with her. But they clearly know that what Arslan is doing is an incredible type of skill.

Arslan needed five forges before the blaze in front of him slowly shrank and eventually disappeared. Helena Vennamous and the magic knight who was with her took one step closer, before finally snapping in shock.

After the fire was extinguished, a dagger with a pattern like wood fibers was seen. It had no grip, but the look was truly an art.

Arslan said, "You gave me ordinary stone and wood. These two things aren't weapons-making materials, so if the results aren't satisfactory-that's not my fault."

Helena Vennamous gasped as this short youth thrust a dagger at her. He reached out and then started holding the dagger. Helena Vennamous noticed the object in her hand and subconsciously held her breath.

He didn't expect this to work and honestly Helena Vennamous doubted Arslan's ability. He had never expected that this figure could do something so impossible to realize.

"How can you do that?!" Helena Vennamous opens her voice. "This is impossible.. Ba-how you-"

"Didn't the Dragon Conqueror Sword originally be a doubtful weapon?" Arslan interrupted and returned, making Helena Vennamous look at him.

Arslan continued, "All races doubted the ability of the sword. If only they had believed and accepted, there would not have been many fatalities."

!!!

The magic knight who was with Helena Vennamous was shocked. He looked at Arslan and opened his voice, "Who... Who the hell are you?"

"Hmph," Arslan snorted. "Could possibly... What have I shown you guys yet to prove my true identity?"

"Or maybe..." Arslan calmly said, "You guys already know but don't want to admit it?"

Helena Vennamous felt her breath as if it was stuck in her throat. He gulped and tried to remain calm, but his facial expression clearly could not lie to his feelings.

"Tell me your name," Helena Vennamous finally opened her voice and made the short-bodied young man in front of her stare intently at her.

"Arslan Gallie. And the Lunar Orchis owes me a thousand lives."
