...'The elf was named Sofia Bellwings, a chatty girl. He kicked her out, but the Elf actually invited an adventure.'...
...*****...
Sofia uses her bow as a body support and uses it to walk. He looked at the young man before him who was so short and deep in heart trying to remember about the Garielnains race, yet nothing could be imagined.
"Hey, I didn't force you to take me to your residence. It's your responsibility" Sofia opened her voice and made Arslan stare at her.
Arslan Galie only looked at Sofia for a moment before looking forward again. Honestly, he never said anything. This girl decided on her own and followed her home.
"What do you really want with that disgusting caterpillar? Seeing it gave me goosebumps," Sofia again opened her voice.
"This is my food,"
"Ma-food?! You're... Eating a creature! You're seriously gonna eat that?" Sofia felt pale, her stomach became sore.
"You think I'm gonna play around?" Arslan spoke briefly and then said nothing more, not even responding to Sofia's speech.
The pungent aroma grew stronger as Sofia continued to follow Arslan, the place around her was full of large trees and the thing she was treading on was a type of moss plant that looked very dirty. He really wanted to protest, but still tried to hold back because his wounds needed to be treated.
Sofia frowned as she watched an old dracovudu tree that had a hole. He also followed Arslan into the hole even though he had to bend the body.
"The smell is very stinging. It felt like I was under a pile of carcasses" Sofia almost vomited but Arslan suddenly opened his voice.
"You must not pollute my abode with your vomit. You'd better hold it if I don't want to drive it out,"
Sofia closed her nose while circulating a glance. He had previously bent his body when entering because the hole in front of him was too short, but it turned out that the contents inside this dracovudu tree were spacious and there was some furniture in sight.
Sofia looked at the tiny bed and then sat there. He asked, "Do you live here? Where is everyone?"
"Who are you looking for?" Arslan took the water and gave it to Sofia. The thing in his hand was a wooden glass filled with water that was not even very clear.
Sofia gulped, she did not want to drink dirty water, but on one hand she was completely thirsty.
"I'll just close my eyes" Sofia started drinking the water Arslan gave her. He could feel a gritty texture, but at least his throat was now wet.
Sofia coughed and said, "I'm looking for your family. Can't you live here alone?"
Arslan Galie exhales. He walked towards the cupboard made of dracovudu root and took out some dried plants.
Sofia sees Arslan pounding some plants and asks again, "So how? Are your parents out?"
"I live alone,"
"Mn? Staying alone? So is there a race like you around here? This is your settlement, right?"
"......... Just me,"
Sofia blinked, "You live far away from your race or what? I don't understand at all,"
"................" Arslan stared for a moment at Sofia and said, "......... Stay apart like the Giant race."
"Oh, really? So the Garielnains were a race living on their own. But usually the Giant race will at least live with two or three people from his own people"
"But Garielnains did live alone," Arslan separated the herbs he mashed. Some of her mix it with water and then start walking to Sofia's place.
Arslan said, "Drink this and the other herbs you put yourself on your wounds. I have a more important job,"
Sofia flinched, "So you're saying I'm the one who's getting hurt is no more important than your job?"
"of course. I was hungry and there was nothing more important than eating," Arslan replied calmly and started picking up the rainbow beetle caterpillar he had previously caught.
Sofia notices Arslan who begins to dismember the caterpillar. His hair stood up as he watched the caterpillar even still wriggling as part of his body was cut into pieces.
"Hey, maybe you should know this... But an Elf like me doesn't eat animals." Sofia said, "We only eat fruits and vegetables, so you don't have to bother."
"Hmph, who cooked for you? I made it for myself." Arslan said, "If you're done with the herbs then go. This place is too dirty for a creature like you,"
!!
Hearing the words of this 1.3 meter tall young man made Sofia Bellwings snort. He drank the herbs given to him, it tasted a little different but there was no time to think about it.
"Ouch.. My back hurts," Sofia grimaced and slowly began to lie down. He saw a candlelight on it. This bed is made of wood with straw as the base.
"God... What did you put in your pillow? Is this dry grass? Oh my goodness. Is there no goose feather or softer? It's really loud. Are you sure you can sleep well with a pillow like this? I couldn't sleep myself if it was this hard."
Arslan had no idea about the kind of Elf who had suddenly entered his house uninvited. Subjects who have no manners and without hesitation comment on the house that became the place of residence. Haaah... He was at a loss for words.
"Your bed is really short. Looky. There was no place for my legs," Sofia again opened her voice, "I'm like a giant if I sleep here. You sure you're not from the Dwarf clan? You are indeed taller than the dwarves that I have often met, but you are very short if you are called a human. I can't think about the Garielnains race. Can you give me a clue?"
Sofia turned her head and saw Arslan who was so serious about cooking regardless of herself. His cheeks bubbled and flushed as he re-opened his voice.
"Hey..! Don't you even want to ask me how I got hurt?!"
".............. At most you fall," Arslan replied without turning his head and made Sofia flinch.
"Sucks..! Other people will also know if I got hurt from a fall. But aren't you curious as to how I fell?! You didn't ask me anything before, it's disturbing to know."
"Hmph, I don't want to know nor do I care. If you are disturbed, then my door is always open. You can go easy,"
"You always drive away..." Sofia said softly, "I'm hurt to know. I fell from a height I couldn't even count. I thought I was dead, lucky that the sky loved a beautiful girl like me until I was alive."
"You have to be nice to me..." Sofia said, "If you do that... Then I can make sure you get whatever you want,"
Arslan exhaled and then shook her head, "You say as if you can give someone happiness. Are you gonna use your royal power for that-"
Arslan saw that the white elf was asleep. He sighed and began to eat the food. The girl said she would not be able to sleep with a hard pillow, but look now. The elf looked very calm.
"........ Haaa... It's up to you." Arslan walked out of his house. He left Sofia who was still sleeping soundly.
Sofia herself just woke up after more or less asleep for 5 hours. When he opened his eyes, the surrounding conditions were almost dark. He grimaced because he again felt pain in his back even though it was no longer as severe as before.
He returned to using a magic spell and this time the wound was no longer painful. Sofia looked towards the herbs that Arslan had previously given her and then shook her head slowly.
"That guy was so disrespectful. Instead of preparing warm water or asking me to clean myself... He doesn't even care at all. Um... Where is he?"

The conditions under Red Mountain are like a stretch of fog. Behind it is a green expanse of a very old Dracovudu tree, sheltering swamps and mossy ground beneath.
This location was very vast and stretched so far. There is nothing worth saying other than that the Dracovudu plant gives off a pungent smell like a carcass and is further compounded by the smell from the muddy soil as well as the moss plants around it.
Anyone would definitely not stand it, including Sofia. He even vomited three times when he came out of Arslan's residence. His stomach hurt and in addition to thirst, he was hungry.
Sofia almost cried because of the smell she smelled when she suddenly heard the rustling sound of the water flow. He widened his eyes and immediately rushed to find the origin of the sound. It didn't even take long until he found the water source behind the dracovudu tree.
!!
There was a river with many rocks full of moss in front of him. Although it was water flowing between the rocks, Sofia was very happy because she could drink and wash her face.
"I survived..." Sofia is approaching soon. He took off his shoes and then started sitting on one of the stones.
Just now his two hands were about to touch the water when he sensed the presence of someone. Sofia turned her head and blinked when she saw Arslan washing the fruit not far from her.
"Why did you leave me?" Sofia immediately exclaimed and made Arslan turn her head.
"Oh, are you awake?" Arslan looked calm in response. Her actions left Sofia flabbergasted.
"You're so late. You mean," Sofia washes her face and then starts approaching Arslan. He sat on one of the stones where the young man was and reopened his voice.
"You just left me hurt, don't you have a heart?"
"............ I've made you medicine and allowed you to sleep in my house. What is it still referred to as 'no heart'?" arslan's tone of voice did not change.
"I'm hungry to know..." Sofia pouted, "You don't look at me like that."
".............."
Sofia continues to follow Arslan. Along the way, the elf continued to talk nonstop. Although it is indeed the story that Sofia told more about her life at the palace of Elmora.
"My kingdom is very famous. With fertile soil it is said that he was endowed by the heavens. Not only the land, even the greatest magic user comes from our kingdom and I am a rare user of light magic."
Sofia said, "My name is very famous and that's why I was surprised that you didn't recognize me, let alone that you only responded normally when listening about the Elmora Kingdom. That's annoying tofu!"
"If you're so famous, then why did you fall into a place like this?"
Sofia smiled and then said, "Look. You're curious, right? Hmph. Who said they didn't want to know and didn't care about me, hm?"
Arslan looked at Sofia, her facial expression unchanged as she said. "Alright, no need to say if you don't want to. I just wish you could be quiet and not disturb my hearing."
"You're short which sucks," Sofia puffed her cheeks before smiling. He began to voice out with enthusiasm.
Sofia said, "Listen. I am currently on a great adventure. At present... All over the Middle World... Everyone was fussing about the Dragon Conqueror Sword. Do you know the sword? I'm sure you don't even know anything about him!"
Sofia flinched as Arslan did not walk beside her. He stopped walking and saw the 1.3-meter-tall young man stop stepping from when.
"Why are you staying there? I'm not done talking, yet,"
Arslan's facial expression momentarily changed before returning to normal. He walked back without saying anything. Sofia seemed to not feel the change in mood of the subject beside her and then back up.
"A long time ago, the races fought against the dragons and managed to win by using an extraordinary sword. History as I know it, the sword has been the devil and many races are looking for it to gain the power of the sword. I'm..."
Arslan looked at Sofia as suddenly this girl hung up her words. He was just about to speak when Sofia re-opens.
Sofia said, "There are many people who want to have the sword, but actually the sword must not appear again because what I hear is-The destruction of the world will come along with the presence of the sword. My own kingdom will be in danger,"
Sofia took a breath and looked up. "Since long ago, my race was trusted to protect the key to the location of the sword from those who were greedy. Yet somehow scattered the map about the location of that sword and this was extremely dangerous,"
"I went on an adventure looking for the sword to protect it. But while flying, I was chased by a black witch and even confronted by a herd of *Vultour to make me fall."
^^^*A type of vulture^^^
Sofia noticed a change in Arslan's eyes and then said, "The black magician is just a beginner. I managed to get away from them even with great difficulty. Waitaminute! I'm telling you about the Dragon Conqueror Sword, not about the black magician. So what do you think?"
"No opinions,"
Sofia pouted as she had spoken at length and Arslan only gave her a stern response. He said, "Aren't you curious about the great power that the sword has? I hear whoever gets it, then he will be able to conquer the entire race in Middle-earth."
"......... Not interested,"
"Gosh, you're such a bitch." Sofia follows Arslan as the young man walks away from her. He did not give up and re-opened his voice.
"What if you come with me and venture out for that sword?"
!
Arslan stopped stepping, he looked at Sofia and without a tone said. "I hope I didn't hear you wrong,"
"indeed not. I'm taking you on an adventure to find that sword. It will definitely be an exciting adventure" Sofia smiled and said, "You just calm down. I'm very good at archery, I'll protect you."
"Hmph, not interested."
!!
Sofia froze before finally saying, "There are many people who want that sword. While you said... 'Not interested'? Gee whiz... What race of Garielnains were beings who did not care about anything? The world is currently shaking tofu..!"
"Then go. Find someone who's interested and don't bother me,"
"You..!" Sofia puffed her cheeks. He stomped his feet and followed Arslan home.
At Arslan's house, Sofia continues to talk about the Dragon Conqueror's Sword and persuades the young man to come out for an adventure with her. However, Arslan's response remained the same. The young man refused to leave.
Even Sofia helps when Arslan is hunting, he uses a great archery technique when Arslan is trying to catch fish with his bare hands.
Sofia uses only one arrow and manages to catch two large fish. He smiled and said, "Look. I can protect you. You just calm down. If you come with me, you won't starve."
"Not interested,"
"I actually feel sorry for you. You live alone here and there are no friends to talk to. The world was vast and there were many great places. Don't you really want to see the outside world?"
"................"
"Finding the existence of the Dragon Conquering Sword while exploring the world is an amazing thing. Can't you imagine the adventure that's about to happen. It's gonna be so exciting. Think of. Don't you want to get out of this bad place?"
"................"
Arslan refused. Even while inside her house, Sofia continues to persuade Arslan to go out to see the world.
"I'm seriously taking you. Adventuring with me is so exciting. I can even teach you how to shoot to catch fish,"
".......... Not necessary. And again, aren't you really going to get out of here?"
"Where should I go? The night is very late. It's dark out there. You're so mean to throw away a pretty girl like me,"
"Then stop talking or I'll actually kick you out of here."
"Hmph, how can you sleep in such a small place? And though I never said it because it's disrespectful, your house stinks. You shouldn't have chosen to live under this carrion tree, it's disgusting and dirty."
Arslan noticed the subject he said he couldn't sleep on. Whether conscious or not, but Sofia spontaneously patted the pillow as if to soften it. The girl even seemed to have gotten used to it and seemed to be taking the most comfortable position to sleep.
"You should think carefully about what I said," Sofia muttered before she started yawning. He said, "You've helped me and I don't want to see you in this dirty place."
"..............."
Seeing the elf who began to sleep made Arslan also lie down. He piled straw on the ground and close to his wooden chair.
"..............."
Arslan stared at the ceiling of his house which was part of the root of the dracovudu tree. She thought about Sofia's words, but her facial expression did not change at all. It was a facial expression that was completely disinterested, let alone had a passion for adventure.
"15.000.... 15.001...."
Arslan had something hidden in her eyes. Either Sofia is aware or not, but it is clear that Arslan does not want to get involved with the outside world at all.
.........
When Arslan woke up in the morning, she did not find Sofia. There was only an arrow stuck on the wooden table and a letter that was apparently written by Sofia.
Arslan's expression did not change even though his eyes clearly showed something else. He was just about to mutter when he heard a voice at the door.
Arslan smiled faintly and then walked over. He opened his door and said, "I thought you were going to get lost"
Arslan's words are stuck. She froze when she found out that the one standing at her door was not Sofia, but someone shorter than her, dressed all in white, old-faced, but with a very long beard.
"How are you?"
The voice Arslan heard was heavy. The subject before him was a figure that Arslan knew and this person recognized him well. He's named Gearl Howl, a witch of the Dwarf race.
"Mr Gearl Howl...?" arslan's expression did not change much, but the look in his eyes clearly contained shock. He had not expected at all that the figure that would knock and stand before him was Gearl Howl.
"Can I come in?"
"............" Arslan was silent, watching the subject shorter than him before finally walking into his house.
Despite not answering his remarks, Arslan's actions have become a signal that Gearl Howl is allowed to enter. The old witch circulated her gaze and looked at every corner inside Arslan's house.
