Daddy Danesh already knows about Quirinus' work. But, she'll keep quiet and not tell Annora. Surely his son can be more sad or consider himself a parent who is heartbroken for letting fall in love with a man with a profession that is far from good.
The pair of old men both calmed the princess by rubbing her back and hugging. Annora's head was also paled to Daddy Danesh's comfortable chest.
“Lantas why are you sad? Can't accept that reality?” ask Mommy Felly.
Annora nodded in confirming. “When I know, I feel so sick that I can't do any activities properly.”
“You don't have any relationship, do you? Neither is the lover. Then, why are you so sad and sick when you know the profession?” It's Daddy Danesh's turn to talk. Both hands cupped the child's cheeks and raised their faces toward her, moving fingers to help remove the wet tracks that made Annora look chaotic.
Annora's speechless. True, why he felt hurt while the relationship with Quirinus was unclear. Finally, his shoulder paled in response. Then his head lowered while saying softly. “I also don't know.”
Patting her back wrapped in warm clothes, Mommy Felly slightly shook her head to see her daughter's behavior while in a state of broken heart. Just this time Annora got grim and shut herself up, also crying because of a man.
“Begin, Dear ..” Annora's shoulder is covered by Mommy Felly. “Maybe you feel pain because actually inside here there is still a desire to have that man.” His palm rested on the chest of the princess. “But your mind is the opposite. You don't like the Quirinus profession. So, between feeling and logic keep at war.”
The lips were curled down and the eyes were set against the Mommy. “Aaa .. why the guess is correct.” Like a teenage boy who just broke up in love, again he let out tears.
“Then, Daddy was the same as Quirinus, playing women outside,” Danesh chirped. Making Annora gawk at him, must have been surprised because only her son knew. “But, the difference, if Daddy pays people, while Quirinus is paid.”
“Why would Mommy want to be with Daddy? Though former many women.” There was a frown on Annora's forehead that showed disgust.
“Because all of that is just your daddy's past. If it is truly love, then it can accept all the shortcomings and all the bad memories of the couple. At least, the man I married has proven that the future is not the same as the past. He is no longer a player, and until now only loyal to Mommy.”
Daddy Danesh menoel Annora's nose. “Can you catch your mommy speech?”
Another twitch of the shoulder shown by Annora. Not too sure of his thoughts. “Do I also have to accept and breastfeed like Mommy?”
“It's up to you. If Quirinus really likes you and wants to quit her job now, it doesn't matter if you want to. But, if you can't compromise with her past, don't force it,” advises Mommy Felly.
“Everything goes back to your heart because the one who lived is not us, but you.” Daddy Danesh ended his monologue by removing the strands of hair that covered half of Annora's face.
