Deril walks after Alex, down the aisle of the hospital. The hospital smell was still lingering inside his head. He's been there a long time. Now, when he had to go back there, his nose was used to it.
Alex leads Deril to the fifth floor of the hospital. Then they turn when passing through a glass door with a tight security system. The hospital was quite luxurious for its size in the countryside. Moreover, the hospital had five floors. From the charter hanging on the front office desk, Deril can tell that the hospital has been standing for nine years. Pretty new.
"Do you know this hospital is complete?" alex said as they walked through the hallway with the door of the treatment room on their right and left.
"I'm amazed the same one who has. That guy dared to build a hospital with this complete facility on the city border" said Deril.
Alex agreed. "Well, until," his hand stuck out at the door with the number 5041. Alex pushed it open. Serena looked over when the door opened. "Hello, Honey!" hello Alex full of love.
Deril came in, then made sure the door behind him was closed. "Hi!" greet Deril, when she saw Diana staring at her from the bed.
Diana still looked pale. An oxygen hose was attached to his nose. Both of his hands were infused. One contains a white liquid, while the other is connected to a bottle with a yellow liquid. Both are driping slowly. Diana only smiled weakly welcoming the arrival of Deril and Alex.
"You healthy?" Serena approaches Deril. Actually, they always exchanged messages as long as Deril was at home. However, looking at her son directly, clearly made Serena long. "Eat already?"
"Here you go, ma'am" replied Deril. "Mom can't imagine! Dad make me fried rice four times in a row!" deril protested, but with a satisfied smile.
"Dad, right, I told you. I can only make fried rice" Alex defended himself. Alex sits at the foot of Diana's bed. "How are you, Father's most beautiful son?" ask Alex.
"Well," Diana replied, though unsure whether Alex heard the answer or not.
Deril joined Alex. Without hesitation, Deril clasped Diana's hand. His sister's hands were cold and getting thinner. "If you're home later, I'll buy you whatever you want" Deril said.
"Sister doesn't have money" Diana said.
"I can ask Dad" Deril replied lightly.
Alex and Serena just let out a sigh hearing their son's conversation. "How's the house doing?" ask Serena, more on Deril. Serena knew that her husband could not voluntarily sweep or mop the house. Alex would prefer to call the services of a housekeeper for such a thing.
"I can take the time to clean the house" Deril replied.
"Why don't you ask Miss Sonya for help?" ask Serena. "Mother got a message from your father, if you don't like it when Miss Sonya comes."
"I don't like no stranger in the house without anyone watching" Deril slightly snatched. "I also don't want to keep an eye on strangers while working if they're at home" Deril added.
"Let your son, ma'am," Alex defends Deril. "At the same time, there are men and women in one roof, it can cause slander."
"Gosh, Dad! Dad said I'd have a crush on Sonya's mom!?" deril protest.
"Ah, yes, forgot! Deril, right, already has Mika," teased Alex.
Deril doesn't mind. Diana was a child who was spoiled since childhood. He could not force his parents to involve the police in the case. Moreover, after discussing with Alex, they have no solid evidence that Doctor Stephen did all this to their families.
Deril will do everything as planned. Approaching Mika and waiting for a crack to expose Doctor Stephen's crimes to his family. He's the one who has to stand last when all this is done.
Without Deril knowing, Diana stared a lot at her brother. Pieces and pieces of events that night, kept flashing inside his head. Seeing her mother who was more silent and did not ask about the terrible thing, made Diana had a lot of time to think and digest what had happened.

Diana was in a hospital bed. His eyes were fixed on the television screen embedded in the wall, while his left hand clasped the bell of the nurse's call. From the moment she realized, Diana did not want to take off the call bell, even though Serena was with her. Undeniably, he was terrified. Not much he remembers. Because of that, he became very frightened.
The young girl knew how her mother was. If he talked about what happened that night, his mother would be hysterical and would not solve the problem.
'I have to talk to Big Brother, ' Diana thought repeatedly.
In order not to attract Serena's attention, Diana chose to be more silent. He put on a fine face, despite being haunted by nightmares every night. Serena once offered counseling sessions with a mental health specialist. However, for Diana, it would only make her more frustrated, because she had to remember waking up in the wet ground.
Diana glanced towards the sofa. His sister was there. The teenager was sitting there watching television. There was no sign that they would be left alone. But, he wanted to complain to Deril.
'How do I get Mom and Dad to leave?' inner Diana.
"Well!" suddenly Deril makes a sound. "I think you need to breathe some air outside for a moment."
"Mom's okay," Serena quickly refused.
"You're right" but Alex agrees with Deril. "Darling, you haven't been out of the hospital since I was hospitalized, have you?"
"I want to accompany Diana here," Serena still refused.
"There's me, ma'am," Deril reminded. "I promise, I won't go anywhere and leave Diana alone here. Even if there's an earthquake or a bomb threat."
Serena looked at Deril for a long time. He really didn't want to leave his daughter. But, true, her husband said. His mind was too long in the hospital room. In fact, Serena did not want to leave her child to just eat in the hospital cafeteria.
"Come on," Alex got up first, then waited for his wife to decide.
Serena finally complies. He walked out of the room holding Alex's hand. Diana waited until the door of her room was perfectly closed, until she finally opened her mouth to speak.
"Wait," whispered Deril. "Don't talk now. We have to make sure you don't hear anything."
