"Son," Alex hissed. His eyes flashed, scaring Deril. "Dad also had a glimpse of it" whispered Alex.

"What?" Deril could not believe what his ears were hearing. But, seeing Alex who did not blink a bit when saying that, made Deril have no choice but to believe the words of his father. "When?" ask Deril.

Alex scratched his chin which began to be overgrown with a beard. He tried to remember. "Not so long ago. About last week."

"Me too!" sambar Deril in a low voice.

The roar of Doctor Stephen's car is no longer heard from the house next door. There was no sign either, that Doctor Stephen would greet his two neighbors who were relaxing in the house next door, even though Alex and Deril were seen though.

"It looks like Doctor Stephen is really mad at you, huh," Alex sighed. "He didn't say hello at all."

Deril turned to Doctor Stephen's house. The front door was tightly closed. The house is like having no life.

"So, the sequence is like this," Deril continued. "I saw Doctor Stephen playing the piano, then Mika was not seen again, then there was the incident of 'it', and a housekeeper came to clean the house."

"Well, did you find out that there was a housekeeper coming?" Alex wonder.

"I didn't see it on purpose" Deril replied. "Is Mika being held captive?"

"Haha! If your mother hears you talking like this, she'll definitely take you to a psychiatrist!" Alex laughs. "Maybe it's Mika's boyfriend."

"No way."

Deril had already opened his mouth to argue. To him, the reason Alex had said, made no sense. Deril sees how Doctor Stephen treats Mika like an expensive diamond that should not even be touched. How could Doctor Stephen allow someone to have a husband-wife relationship with his favorite child. However, as Deril had not yet spoken his mind, Serena appeared from behind the front door and called them to take a shower immediately. Dinner will be ready soon.

"Don't tell your mother this. We'll discuss it again later," Alex said before moving on from her seat. Then Alex went inside first.

Deril stared at Doctor Stephen's house for a few more seconds. To him, the house was very suspicious. He could not believe what he looked like from the outside.

Suspicion cannot go out of his head. She still clearly remembered the image of Mika and the fat man. It's definitely not Mika's boyfriend. That guy's too old for Mika. Except, Mika does like men who are much older than her.

'But if it's Mika's boyfriend, why would she ask for help?' inner Deril.

"Son!" serena shouted from the front door of their house. "The wind is strong, you know! You can catch a cold!"

"Yes, yes!" Deril ran over to Serena. He did feel a bit jolly from being outside too often these days. "Mom, can I make some warm water for a bath?" deril asked as he passed Serena.

Not far from where Deril disappeared into the house, Doctor Stephen observed Deril from the first-floor window of his house. His eyes were glittering, angry. Just this time he was this angry again, after fifteen years had passed.

"Thanks to the boy, you're lucky" Doctor Stephen said, more like a growl. He turned to Mika who was standing not far from him, while holding a briefcase. "Papa will delay the tea party for some time."

Doctor Stephen moved out of the window, not forgetting that he had closed the curtain even though it was not yet dark. He didn't want to see Deril's head pop out of the window and mess up again.
