Chapter 13| Thank you

When the office hours were up Alice had to go home, there was no way she would go with Samuel. He was reluctant but he was very tired and sleepy. Every now and then she gently rubbed her stomach, there was a peaceful feeling when her hands were there.

Breathe out slowly

Dimansion he didn't see anyone there, there was a sense of loss in him. But he immediately ignored it.

He went up to the top of the room to clean himself up and lay down for a while. Middle closed her eyes and faintly she heard her phone ringing and she knew who was contacting her.

"What's wrong?" The answer is still with eyes closed.

"W-what?"

Alice immediately allowed her to sit. Sleepiness gone. Looking back at the name that managed to surprise him.

"Alright, come in first I'll go down". Tampa wastes time, Alice steps quickly down the stairs but keeps her womb safe.

Until the guest room today was already dark when she returned earlier Alice just closed her eyes, and suddenly it was dark

Under the light of the tall and sturdy man stood his back to Alice.

"Calvin....". Calling lirih.

The man turned around displaying his wide smile. He came closer and hugged his wife dear. Since last night he kept thinking about his wife, too much weight on his head. About their marriage being on the edge while she desperately wants to have a successor. He couldn't just wait until Alice came home.

He's determined to erase the damn deal he made, which means he's willing to lose twenty percent of his shares on behalf of Alice's company

Now he realized that even though the twenty percent stake was lost to him he still had nothing to lose because of his wife Alice. No why give some to the wife, right?

"What's wrong? Sit first".

Alice was clearly confused this was the first time her husband had come. Suddenly.

"I miss you too much, so I just decided to come here". Obviously Alice was very confused this was Calvin's first visit to his Mansion during their marriage. Alice should be happy.

Still in his arms Calvin said "Didn't you miss me?"

Alice tried to break their arms, looking at the beautiful eyes in front of her. The eyes are red and a little puffy.

"Are you crying?" alice Maaih looked into those eyes

"Ah no, only dust accidentally enters". His kill. Nor would Alice believe that they would encounter dust on the streets. In a luxury car that is AC, of course, it is impossible.

"Don't lie to me, you're not good at it". Alice replied making a wide smile on Calvin's lips imprinted clearly.

Looking at the clock was almost dinner time but the Mansion still looked deserted. Usually at this hour Thomas' father would sit in the family room with some books in his hands.

"Then where's Edgar?" with a thump that is becoming. Just because I said that name.

"Let's go in for dinner, but first change your clothes. I don't know where Dad is". Alice took her husband upstairs to clean up she would ask the driver to buy her husband new clothes.

After a few minutes in the bathroom Calvin came out and saw Alice sitting on the edge of the bed with a new outfit in her hand.

Alice who was afraid Calvin knew tried to take off the burly hand but Calvin with his strength was certainly not comparable to Alice's strength. He put his hand on that stomach. It was as if something was warming his heart. Is it because of her great desire to have children? He asked himself in his heart.

It was not only Calvin who felt calm when the hand was there but Alice too. He feels peaceful. The heavy hand made him comfortable.

He felt strange in the shape of his wife's stomach. He turned around and held Alice's body. He was crouching right in front of his wife's stomach.

Alice, shocked and frightened, took two steps back, but her hand was restrained. Calvin looked up as if begging Alice not to move.

As if hypnotized to see that gaze Alice nailed. Calvin stepped up again in a way that squatted his curiosity was very high at this moment. He slowly lifted the clothes his wife was wearing. The movement is very slow. Alice closed her eyes because she was not ready.

After the clothes were lifted, Calvin patterned him clearly knowing something was different. He reached out his hand rubbing the protruding part. Alice tensed.

"Darling....?"Calvin looked up to wait for Alice to speak, even though he knew that what he saw and felt was a fact.

Calvin stood looking at the pale face. "You don't want to tell me anything?". Ask a witty

"You're hiding this from me? so much so that you don't want to give this happy news?"

Alice turned her face away. Hiding her tears that almost fell.

"SAY? WHY DID YOU HIDE YOUR PREGNANCY, ALICE, TELL ME?". Alice was shocked by Calvin's clasping. The tears she had been holding back had already flowed.

"Say, do you hate me so much? Just because I framed someone?". Said lirih.

"I was in control of the medicine, and I was told you were the only one with me. I miss you too much, you always leave when I want you". Further

"And am I wrong to be drug-controlled and imagine you spending the night with me huh?" his low voice signified despair.

"It's been almost two years of our marriage, during which I struggled to make you give your heart to me. But during that time you gave only a little". She made Alice look at her husband.

Calvin fell on the floor he was crying. She was already disappointed that Alice was hiding this big fact from her.she did not care that Alice gave her a little space in her heart as long as there was still enough of it.

Seeing her husband like that collapsed Alice's defenses she crouched down and hugged her husband. They hugged each other and held each other together.

"So he's moving?" Her question broke her embrace.

"Did? Of course he's not very small yet"

they are now on the couch. They'll have dinner in the room. Maid has delivered food for them. Again it turns out that Thomas and Edgar's father were at his residence due to a sudden affair. So they'll have dinner in the room only.

"Thank you dear". Kissing his wife's cheek.

The two of them ate quietly and occasionally joked about the moment that Calvin had missed so much all this time.

Finished with the food, the two of them did not go straight to sleep but rather sat in a balcony room enjoying the thick of the night with Calvin bending his affectionate wife.

He was grateful to have come looking for his wife. If he had followed his ego again, he would not have known that in his womb his wife had grown the seeds of his love. And she'll regret it knowing that their marriage will last less than three months.
