The Duda's Beloved Girl

The Duda's Beloved Girl
30. Devan's anger

Devan smiled sinisterly, he turned his head to his right and left. After making sure no one was around, Devan went straight into Clarisa's room and locked the door.

Clarisa smiled as Devan locked her room.

“You want to see our son, Devan?!” he said as he stroked Devan's shoulder with his wiggly finger.

Devan was still silent, he only saw what Clarisa did to him.

“Sorry yes, Devan. I had to lie to that news. If I claim I am pregnant with my lover maybe my career as a model will be destroyed just like that,” continued Clarisa again as she raised her head and looked at Devan's face which increasingly looks handsome in her eyes.

“Already?”

Clarisa raised her eyebrows in confusion, because suddenly Devan looked at her sharply plus a very flat facial expression on her face.

“Why you?” ask Clarisa carefully.

Devan did not reply, his hand just choked Clarisa's neck and pushed her all the way to the wall. Clarisa rounded her eyes as Devan's huge hand choked her so that she could barely breathe.

“I never should have seen you again, Clarisa. You're just a damn woman*n who will always ruin your life. Maybe I can forgive you in the past. But not now. How dare you use my name for your own sake?” Devan further tightened his hands around Clarisa's neck with fiery eyes.

Clarisa tries to release Devan's hand, but it is not left by Devan.

“L-eppa-sin De.van, A.ku. gak.. can not...breathe,” moans sabil staring Devan with full supplication. His face was already very pale as it was difficult to breathe.

Devan continued to stare at him viciously as if he was venting his anger at Clarisa.

“I won't let you go again, Clarisa. In a sense you have to take responsibility for what you make today. Tonight I will take you to Indonesia,” Devan replied and then loosened his hand from Clarisa's neck. He saw Clarisa was powerless again.

Clarisa immediately coughed as Devan released her hand.

“Rapidly clean your things! Before I drag you down rudely!” devan's edict with an equally eerie expression in Clarisa's eyes.

“T-but Dev..

“INI MY ORDERS CLARISA! DON'T ARGUE AND QUICKLY DO IT! devan snapped with his voice blaring in the room.

Clarisa nodded fearfully afraid, she had never seen Devan this angry before. It seems like his decision this time was too rushed until Clarisa forgot who Devan really was. Devan doesn't give rise to anything or anyone when he's angry. His emotions are very uncontrollable if he is angry.

With a lunglai Clarisa walked towards her room to tidy up her belongings. He doesn't want to make Devan even more angry with him. Clarisa does not know later her fate should be how in Indonesia.

.

Lala cries for Devan to sleep, she wakes up during the day with a swollen face and puffy eyes. Lala glanced at her phone lying on her bed. He picked it up and checked his phone. When Lala opened her phone the first thing she saw was the number of missed calls and fifty messages from Devan.

Lala almost opened the message, but she remembered the news again so Lala paused her intention.

“Already La, from the beginning you should not open your heart to him. You should be more careful, let alone he is a rich man,” Lala said in her heart.

Lala came down from her bed and looked at the wall clock that was already heading towards the number twelve. Lala looked out her window, the rain that had fallen from this morning had now stopped. He chose to leave his room.

Just as Lala had just walked out of her room, Lala heard the sound of broken glass from her mother's room. Lala stopped her steps when she heard that voice.

“MOM!!!”

Lala immediately ran towards her mother's room with a panicked face. When he arrived there, he opened the door of the room in a hurry. But it seems he was late, when Lala went into his mother's room he saw his mother who was unconscious with foam in her mouth.

Lala covered her mouth with her inattentive gaze, her tears instantly melted upon seeing that.she instantly approached Siti and shook her body.

“Mother, mom wake up mom! Don't stay in Lala, ma'am. Mom wake!!!!”

Lala took Siti's hand quickly and checked her pulse, her breathing choked as she felt that there was no more pulse in her mother's hand. Lala remained silent for a while, then turned her head on Siti's pale face with foam in her mouth.

Without saying anything else Lala immediately hugged Siti's body and cried hysterically. Lala did not care if all her neighbors had to hear her crying voice. Lala could not hold herself back, today she had to lose her mother.

“Mother, Lala hasn't finished looking after mom. Why do you have to leave Lala,” Lala continues to shake the stiff body hoping Siti will open her eyes. But he didn't get any response. Lala grew hysterical with her loud crying voice. Tears that have been exhausted by crying Devan are now coming out with a swift because of the loss of a mother figure in his life.

Suddenly, unexpectedly some neighbors who happened to pass by in his house entered Lala's house when they heard the sound of crying. They flocked towards Siti's room and found Lala crying while hugging her mother.

“Neng Lala, well why this? Mom why?” ask one of my mothers.

Lala turned her head for a while and replied with the rest of her tears. “Mommy's gone, ma'am. I don't want mom to go, please help Lala bu,”

One of Lala's neighbors sat on the bed, doing the same thing Lala did. Then his eyes returned to the other neighbors. He shook his head with a sad looking face.

“We've lost it,” he said to others.

“We are very sorry neng,” said the other.

Lala paid no heed to them, her gaze was already empty. Not even what his neighbors were talking about he heard.

“Mother mother, it is better for one of us to go to the house of Mr. Rt. Then we will go to the mosque to broadcast this news,” proposed the woman who carried the baby.

“I am here yes ma'am, kasian neng Lala.” replied the fat woman.

“Alright, if so I will also call the other residents,”

After the few people left, the mother who had wanted to accompany him immediately sat beside him. He stroked Lala's shoulder patiently.

“Neng Lala is patient well,” he said.
