The Duda's Beloved Girl

The Duda's Beloved Girl
15. Retaliation

Heh, who are you?! Interfere with our problems. If you do not know what do not interfere dong,” protest one of the men who just hit Devan.

Devan glanced at Lala who was kneeling while crying. Then refocus on that person. “then now tell me what's your reason for doing that?” he asked with his sharp eyes.

“He sold dishonestly, he reduced the scales when we bought the chili earlier,” said one of the men with thick mustache.

Devan shook his head quickly.

“He's not that kind of person! What is the evidence that he reduced the scales? You said you bought the chili. Now where's the chili you bought? Why are your hands empty,” urged Devan who made them silent a thousand languages.

“If you do not have evidence like this, I will report you to the authorities. Since you have damaged and destroyed his merchandise!,” firmly Devan prepared to take his phone to contact the police.

“J-don't sir, we're innocent. We were just told here!” eventually one of them confessed.

Devan undoes his intention to pick up the phone and then stares back at them. Devan gripped the collar of the mustachioed man's shirt firmly, he could not hold back his emotions as they said just told.

“Say! Who told you to?!” snapped it.

“Chili traders next door, sir. I was paid to slander this girl and damage her merchandise,” they answered quickly.

“You drag him here or your face will I make ruined!” threaten Devan that scares them.

Devan deliberately pushed the man to the ground. One of them suddenly left and came back with a woman who Devan guessed was almost the same age as him.

“He sir told us,” the man pushed the Trader on Devan. Obviously, this time the chili merchant was terrified. His body even trembled at the look of Devan's eyes which seemed to want to kill him right now.

Devan raised his hand to drive the man away. This time he let go because he did not want to extend it. But not with the woman who was the merchant who told them that. Devan immediately dragged the woman and brought her out of the crowd. In fact he dislikes being rude to women the most, but today the exception.

Lala who saw all that could only fall silent while lamenting her fate. With the rest of her tears Lala picked up all the chili that was splattered on the ground because of that man. Lala did not expect that the one who did all this was the work of the new trader. If from the beginning he knew this was Lala would definitely not stay silent.

“We are good people, son. But good people don't have to be quiet when they're hurt. There are times when we release our anger on that person as a form of our concern for his wrong attitude.”

Suddenly the words of his father ring in Lala's mind. Lala closed her eyes for a moment, she should have fought the oppression from the beginning. But what is it that is just an ordinary woman. Lala did not dare to fight them because of their numbers.

Meanwhile, Devan continues to drag the female Merchant all the way to her car. I don't know what he's gonna do. His face showed uncontrolled anger. When he got to the car Devan immediately pushed the woman to hit the door of his car hard.

The woman screamed in pain from such a violent urge.

“M-forgive me, Sir. Please release me, I have to go home,” said the woman with a brick and did not dare to look at Devan's face.

Devan smiled cynically, wanting to slap the woman because of her actions. But Devan wasn't that cruel, he just gave her a creepy look.

“Just want to go home! You have to take responsibility for what you did!” grunts Devan.

“But this is not entirely my fault, Sir. If only the girl had not leaked what I did maybe I would not have done this,” the woman still tried to defend herself despite the fear of still mastering it.

Devan caged the woman with both hands and then brought her face close to her ears. The woman could not retreat anymore, she closed her eyes tightly because the current distance with Devan was really close. Devan's breath was irregular in his ears. If this was not a problem he would be willing to kiss Devan. Unfortunately that's not what Devan would do.

The woman opened her eyes as soon as she knew who Devan was. His face showed panic.

“M-forgive me Sir, I promise I will apologize immediately and pay the loss of girl bod....”.

Devan glared his eyes when he heard the woman would call Lala a foolish girl. Soon the woman was correcting her words.

“I mean that pretty girl,”

“Then?” ask Devan.

“Then what?” the woman also asked back.

Just as Devan was about to answer him, Lala arrived just to come after them. Lala's gaze was only on the woman. Devan gave him a code to apologize immediately. When the woman was about to apologize, Lala had already grabbed her first. That made Devan surprised.

“It turns out you're the mastermind behind the destruction of my sale. Now that you feel this, I will not forgive you!”

Lala pulled the woman's hair strongly. The woman is in pain and asks Devan to let her go.

“If om help him, I do not want to see him again,” threatened Lala and managed to make Devan undo his intention to help. As a result Devan only became a spectator in the middle of the two people.

“I've warned you to stop cheating like that, why do you retaliate by destroying my wares! You think I'm selling in the market just for you to destroy.” Hardik Lala to the woman.

the woman continued to wriggle in pain and tried to take Lala's hand off.

‘A-I'm sorry, I'll pay your loss soon. But please take your hands off right now,”

Lala glanced at Devan who nodded her head while smiling.

“She has realized her mistake, just take off La.” Devan.

Lala just took the woman's hair off.

“Quick! Pay for your rug according to the crushed chili,”

The woman nodded, her hair already looking random because of Lala's jayakan. He immediately took his wallet and gave all his sales money today. After that, he went and ran away.

Lala counted the money but suddenly he was already in someone's arms. Lala was stunned, Devan hugged her tightly.

Seriate....
