Many dangers quickly approach our protagonist - even though he is not even aware of it.
As the scan of the Heavenly Dao Eye approached the Myriad Emperor World, a huge change suddenly occurred.
The entire universe suddenly became silent.
All life in the universe—whether they are in some World of Chaos in higher dimensions or an almost infinite number of worlds in lower dimensions— suddenly stops anything that they did and quietly looked up at the sky.
Trillions upon trillions of lives, which had different identities, different races, and different cultivation levels.
When they raised their heads, all they could see was a purple-robed young man standing above them: to be exact, he seemed to be standing above the entire universe. It doesn't matter where you are, how far away you are, what your size is, whether you're an existing being or not, whether you're a living being or not, everything that exists or does not exist can see this young man.
The inhabitants of the universe could not see this man's face, but somehow they could see his temperament and both of his eyes.
The man gives the feeling that he is free and unfettered, that he is not bound by worldly moorings, that his actions are only bound by his desires: in other words, that his actions are bound only by his desires, he can do whatever he likes whenever he wants.
He's transcendent. He's separated.
And then there are his eyes.
In his eyes, you could see the fate of all living beings and things: the destined birth, growth, and destruction. It was a beautiful yet terrible cycle.
When one looks at those eyes, one would immediately ask oneself: Does destiny really exist? Is our life from birth to death arranged like a written story? If so, who is the author? And how can we escape from such shackles?
Maybe this guy knows the answer. Unfortunately, he is not here to answer our questions. Nevertheless, we are still happy to be in front of him.
Right after the young man appeared, giant eyes also appeared above all living beings.
Unlike humans who are a mystery to humans, all living things instantly recognize these eyes despite having no prior knowledge of them. It was as if the cognitive knowledge of these beings was directly placed in their minds.
This was the Great Dao Eye.
In this Chaotic Universe, there were many Chaotic Worlds like the Eternal Ascension World. Every Chaotic World had a Heavenly Dao Eye to manage it and keep it in order. The collective Chaotic World and its Eye of Heavenly Dao can be called the Chaotic Universe.
Thus, the Eye of the Great Dao was basically the boss or ruler of the entire Chaotic Universe.
There were two types of Great Dao Eyes: those that had emotions and those that did not. As for how the difference arises and what is the effect of each? Well, that's the information that our own protagonist has to discover on his journey.
However, it seemed that the one that had just appeared was emotionless.
Nonetheless, as the Great Dao Eye looked at the man who seemed to be standing on it, he felt something that seemed to be buried deep within his memories: fear.
It was not that the Heavenly Dao Eye had suddenly learned to have emotions: no, it was more like an instinct when the lower life forms were dealing with the higher ones.
It is the same when an ant meets a human who can kill it with just one finger. Or when men meet the Almighty God who governs their fate.
Throughout his nearly infinite lifetime, the Great Dao Eye could count less than five times where he felt these emotions.
The separated young man only slightly looked at the giant's eyes and then ignored him. He opened his mouth and exclaimed:
"Stop."
This single word echoed throughout the Chaotic Universe. After that, A Supreme Will instantly traveled throughout the universe and executed this man's orders.
Time and space froze, and everything began to stop.
The Life and Death Cycle stopped evolving, all living things at this moment became immortal, capable of living forever frozen in that one moment.
The shackles of Fate had been removed, or rather, turned possession into this supreme will. The fate of all living beings is no longer their own - as it once was and always will be.
All cause and effect, all karmic bonds are severed, thus freeing all living beings from the consequences of their actions. All their sins and altruism were erased, turning them into blank sheets.
Yin and Yang are no longer separate. All living beings are free from the concepts of good and evil, day and night, fire and water: they are no longer divided.
Just this one sentence showed the terrifying power of this creature. Among all beings, only two people or objects are aware of the things that are happening around the universe. One of them was the Great Dao Eye and the other, the shadow that stood in Wang Wei's maternity room. And to their horror, they were helpless and could only watch it happen.
After that, the free and unfettered young man rewrote the basic law or the Great Dao of the Chaotic Universe.
Why would he do all that?
Because of the newborn baby in Myriad Emperor World.
The separated youth did all of this to prevent the Heavenly Dao Eye from paying attention to Wang Wei. He erased the memories of all living beings, the memories of the powerful ruler of the Eternal Ascension World, and even the Heavenly Dao Eye. Heck, even his boss - the Great Dao Eye - was not spared. He rewinds time to the moment he's born and gives him a world-recognized "nationality" identity.
The only survivor was a shadow, but even he was unable to truly understand exactly what the Supreme Being had done because of the huge difference from their cultivation level. However, he could probably guess the essence and identity of the Supreme Being.
The shadow smiled and muttered to himself: "So, that's what happened. Now, so many things can be explained."
The shadow looked into the Eyes of the Most High and said: "I will be the last victor."
After doing all of this, after finishing his task, the young man who let go gave a meaningful glance at the newborn, then into the shadow, smiled, and said:
"The journey has begun, yes."
"But it's also over, too" replied the sweet and delicate voice with the same detachment of the young man. You can easily tell that it is a woman's voice.
"How about making it a little more interesting this time?" he giggles.
“Do not mess around when it comes to things that are so important,” scolded the young man.
The woman laughed without a care. Then he quietly cast an extremely thin and undetectable white line in the Chaotic Universe.
Of course the young man noticed his actions, but he ignored them. As he said, some things are inevitable; the process may be different, but the ending will be the same.
You can tell from their conversations that these two people are very close to each other from the way they talk. Also, with a similar status.
Two young and immortal people were like people living in a strange place. In this strange, all-white-looking place, all concepts exist simultaneously or simultaneously.
You can see space, time, matter, energy, life, death, reality, dreams, fantasies, yin and yang, absolute beginnings, absolute endings etc.
All concepts known and unknown to human cognition exist simultaneously in this strange place: His name is Hongmeng.
According to the cultivators understanding of the Dao, Chaos existed before the birth of the universe. Chaos gives birth to everything. What was before Chaos? What causes chaos? The answer is Hongmeng.
Hongmeng existed before the chaos.
