3. The birth of Wang Wei
The birth of Wang Wei had a far greater impact than imagined.
In the higher dimension where the Myriad Emperor Word was located, there were no emptiness or stars, nor any concept of the universe known to Wang Wei's previous life:
There is only Chaos: the beginning and the end of everything. Chaos gives birth to every living and non-living being, and every living and non-living being will one day return to chaos.
In endless chaos, there were many powerful worlds. Each powerful world had a lower dimension that was full of smaller worlds that gave them resources: especially the strong cultivators.
The world of Chaos associated with the Myriad Emperor World was known as the Eternal Ascension World. Even among the countless Chaos Worlds, The Eternal Ascension World was one of the most powerful worlds.
In this powerful world, there were many powerful cultivators whose breath alone was enough to destroy the Myriad Emperor World. However, the Heavenly Dao prevented higher dimensional beings from going to lower levels: at most, they could send projections if they were strong enough.
And among these cultivators, there were nine who stood at the peak and ruled over the entire world. Their words were an absolute law and anyone who did not obey or tried to reach their level would be destroyed without hesitation. Therefore, the fight and competition between them was usually very fierce. Well, to be exact, the competition between seven out of nine is like that.
The last two are different. Their strength had reached a higher level than the other two and the most mundane things did not interest them. However, they were still trying to maintain the balance of power of this world.
Normally the Eternal Ascension World was quite peaceful, but today, seven powerful auras swept across the entire world at the same time. Worse still, soon another 2 more powerful auras were awakened as well. Everyone wants to know what evokes these 9 powerful bosses - especially the last two.
Of course if they knew that it was because of the newborn, everyone would be shocked and would never believe such an absurd thing.
When Wang Wei was born, these strong people started communicating with each other.

"Yes, one's soul has reached the Paragon level and can penetrate into our realm at any moment," replied the beautiful and melodious voice.
"We have to find that person and kill him from the start before he gets up" said another rude voice filled with killing intent.
After this short conversation, the nine powerful Divine Consciousnesses swept across the entire Eternal Ascension World looking for something. After finding nothing, they did not give up, but used more magical means. They looked through every space or dimension in this world - even those created by other cultivators.
After that, they look through space and time, past and present. They see different timelines and future parallel universes. After finding nothing, they looked at the Fate and Fortune of every living being to see which one had the closest fate of becoming a Paragon.
However, their search seemed to be in vain.
After finding nothing after using so much of their strength, the nine powerful beings were enraged and used a more aggressive manner.
They looked at the karma of all living beings, and even went so far as to look through Samsara to ensure that this person did not use the power of reincarnation to cover his tracks.

In fact, such actions were frequent in a big world like the Eternal Ascension World, but usually these alien souls were weak and would soon assimilate and become the "permanent inhabitants" of this world.
As for the strong, they would be blocked outside the world or obliterated completely after entering Reincarnation.
Now, the Heavenly Eyes Dao was paying attention to the soul that had successfully passed through its defenses, and the soul had the potential to completely change the fate and basic order of this world.

The lower the world, the more the number. For example there are more than ten million thousand smaller worlds, less than one million medium thousand worlds, 100,000 or more thousand larger worlds.
