CHAPTER 23: THE HUMAN SOUL IS HIGHER THAN THE DEVIL ?

When Lucius calls Vampire count Dracula and his three brides, Roy gets a premonition. Sure enough, when he heard the name Van Helsing, he finally made sure that he might have come to the world of Van Helsing movies

Using Psychokinesis, Roy pulls Lucius in front of him, and his demonic eyes stare intently at him, leaving Lucius horrified. After a while, Roy asked, “Is it outside day or night?”

Bang out! Roy stops Psychokinesis, and Lucius' fat body falls to the ground. Roy stretched out his wings, broke through the wooden roof above him, and flew into the sky.

The magic formation Lucius had set up was in his basement manor. After all, this evil ritual could not be known to anyone. Lucius panicked when he saw Roy flying out. Fearing that others would see Roy and realize that he had summoned a demon, Lucius was hurriedly chased from the back of the stairs.

However, after climbing a few steps, Lucius suddenly recalled something and immediately turned around. He pulled two flintlocks from under his robe and directed them towards the cloaked individual who had participated in the summoning ritual.

“Sorry, miss. I can't let this spread. Therefore, please die! ” Lucius opens fire.

Lucius was just an ordinary person with no magic power. How could he activate his own summoning? The activation of the magic formation was not his own doing but the deeds of these black-robed women. They were magicians, and these magicians instantly had weak magic power in them and had to join hands to activate the magic formation.

These witches were bodyguards that Lucius secretly hired to protect him from Count Dracula. But now that they had witnessed the demonic apparition, Lucius could no longer hold them back. He pulled the trigger without hesitation, killing all of them in his basement.

Lucius was just an ordinary person, but he could actually see this ball of light. His jaw gaped as he stared before remembering what he had to do and started running out.

On the high roof of Lucius' house, Roy squatted there. The season is now winter, and white snow covers the roof. The weather was cold, and the sky was gray. Neither the moon nor the stars were visible, but Roy took a handful of snow and realized how real it was. Snow melted in his hands and became a water droplet. Every step and every movement is very natural.

The small town of Transylvania is built along the mountains. As Lucius was the only remaining nobleman, his country house was built on higher ground. Roy squatted on the roof and could view the entire city from this height. He could see small flickering flames and thin smoke passing through the small town. It was the smoke released by the people who burned the firewood for warmth.

Roy watched this scene in confusion. Everything seems so real but it feels so real. When he learns that the world he entered has the same plot as the Van Helsing film, Roy feels that what he is experiencing right now is similar to that infinity novel.

What was different was that he did not see any gods or missions assigned to him. He came to this world only because of the greedy humans who activated the demon summoning.

What made Roy confused was that he suddenly did not know what he should do in this world.

The four souls floated through the barrier and floated in the air beside Roy. Roy understood at first glance that these were the souls Lucius presented to him. Roy had not expected Lucius to kill his subordinates!

After grabbing one soul, Roy immediately threw it into his mouth and began to feel the pleasure that came with devouring the soul.
