The Delayed Happiness

Disillusioned

That night Lena came home in wet clothes because it was raining outside. He took a shower and climbed into his bed. He cried lamenting the fate given to him, until finally sleeping because of fatigue.

Lisa who saw Lena's condition like that felt confused and compassionate towards her. He thought maybe Lena and Farel were fighting. Lisa thinks about asking tomorrow.

The next day Lena woke up with her eyes. He got up and went to the bathroom. It looked like his pitiful reflection in the mirror. He was there for quite a while, before finally cleaning himself up and immediately heading out towards the dining room.

“Morning Lis, Ran.” Lena Smile.

“For Len.” Both of his friends stared at him. Lisa finally finds out what happened last night, because early in the morning Rina came to see Lena and finally told Lisa everything.

“Len let's sit down, let's eat together. Here I have made your favorite soto.” Lisa started to get Lena some food.

“Still Yes Lis.” Lena smiled.

“Len.” Call Rina scared.

“Yes, Rina. What's up?” Lena asked in confusion towards Rina's attitude now.

“Are you angry with me?”

“for what?” ask Lena back.

“Emm... Because of my sister's attitude to you.” Lisa was scared. Her tears began to fall.

Lena stopped her breakfast and approached Rani.” I'm not mad at you Rani. I'm not angry with Brother Farel either. I'm just disappointed in him.”

Rani hugs Lena and cries.” Thanks Lena, I thought you'd hate me for Farel.”'s mistake

Lisa smiled at her two best friends. Lena returned to her chair.

“But there's something I want to tell you.” Lena said seriously.

“What is it?” ask your two friends at the same time.

“I'm pregnant.”

“What?”

Both of his friends asked simultaneously. Lena who was stared at by her two best friends also looked back. He resigned if his two best friends would mock him and leave him alone, even if they kicked Lena out now.

“Don't tell me it's Farel's big brother?” guess Rina suddenly.

Lena who heard that immediately looked down embarrassed. Lina looked at Lisa and nodded. Lisa immediately hugged Lena who started crying.

“Len, don't cry, I know you're a strong woman.” Lisa tried to calm him down.

“I have to call Brother Farel, I will tell you this news.” Rani started looking for Farel's name on her cell phone.

“No. please don't tell him Rani.” Lena begged.

“But Len, brother I should know, if he knows I'm sure he'll cancel his wedding with his grandmother's drop-in.” Rani softened her voice.

“Iya Len, you should have told her. He's entitled to know about this fetus.” Lisa chimed.

“Please.” Lena pleaded with both hands.

The two friends who saw also felt pity, Lisa gave a nodding gesture to Rina. Rina agreed to it. They immediately embraced Lena.

Lisa and Rani smile warmly at Lena.

Lisa immediately grabbed Lena's head. “Listen yes the princess wants you like anything, me and Rani will still consider you my best friend.”

“Really?” Lena rubbed the head on Lisa's snare. He could not believe what he heard.

Both of his friends nodded. Lena was happy because at a time like this, there were still people willing to accept her. He smiled and hugged them both.

“By the way, how long has my niece been here? Rani rubbed Lena's stomach. Lisa wanted to know. Because all this time he had never seen Lena nausea like most pregnant women.

“I think it's been a month.”

“Healthy continue yes nephew aunty. Lisa tries to align her face to Lena's stomach.

“If you want something, you have to tell you yes? I don't want my niece to be born mengences because her request is not obeyed.” Rani said pouty.

Lena smiled to herself in light of Rani's words two months ago and the tear draining incident. After chatting in the guest room, the three of them entered their respective rooms to go to sleep immediately.

After a few minutes later, Rani and Lisa have entered their respective dreamland. But not with Lena, he can't sleep now. He wanted Farel to be by his side, hugging him warmly.

“I'm sorry mommy yes, can't make your dad with us. So you should be fine there, don't be naughty ya” Lena stroked her flat stomach.

Luckily the fetus seemed to understand the state of his mommy, shortly after, Lena was sleepy and began to sleep.

At the house of the Atmaja family in the morning, the servants were busy passing by to bring drinks to the master. I don't know how many times they made different drinks, but the master still went back to the bathroom.

His parents who saw his son's behavior could only shake his head. They thought it was possible that her firstborn would make a mess at home this early.

“Hoeek... Hoeek...” The voice was heard again after Farel ran towards the bathroom.

Sarah came over and gave him some water. But Farel refuses and pushes Sarah out.

“Don't get close to me, I can't stand to smell your body.” Farel again let out his entrails as Sarah tried to approach him.

His mother who understood Farel's situation also pulled Sarah away from her son. “Sarah, you better not approach him first. It seems he doesn't want to be with you. Shortly after Sarah's exit, Rani arrives and is confused to see the servants gathered together with her parents in Farel's room. He walked in there and saw the situation of his brother who was a little sad, his brother was sitting limp like he had run a marathon of hundreds of kilos.

“Gold because of nausea like pregnant women, Ran.” His mother answered back to give him the green tea that his servant had made.

Suddenly Farel ran to the bathroom and came back to get the liquid out. He was confused and could not stand it anymore. He felt his body completely limp. Rani feels compassion for her brother and tells the waiter to make avocado juice.

Soon the waiter returned with a glass of avocado juice in his hand. Rani immediately gave the juice to Farel.

“Avocado juice?” Farel is confused as to why Rani gave it to him, but Rani knows she does not like avocado juice.

“Drink first.”

Farel received the drink and tried to drink it. Strange, it tasted good and he didn't feel dizzy anymore. His stomach did not rebel back. Though he knew if he drank avocado juice, he would immediately vomit it back. He also finished the drink.

Everyone who saw it was finally able to breathe with relief. His father told Farel to rest at home. Rani smiles happily to see him, it turns out that her future niece is giving lessons to her daddy. And it doesn't seem like it's going to be easy for Farel going forward.
