“What's the problem, they both we leave Len?” Ask Rani.

Lena clucked softly on Rani's forehead. “I don't think it's a problem, you think Reno will eat Lisa.”

“Acts Len.”

“Let's go to the cafeteria looking for a drink, I'm thirsty now.” Lena pulls Rani's hand towards the cafeteria.

The hospital canteen looks clean. Many nurses and nurses were eating there. Lena turned her head all the way looking for an empty table. After being able to, Lena immediately headed to the table before someone else preceded the two of them. Shortly after they sat down, Lena called a salesman close to them.

“I want avocado juice one pack, what do you want Ran?” ask Lena after notifying the seller of the order.

“I mango juice one pack.” Rani spoke politely to the seller.

“That's it mbak?”

“Iya sir.” Lena.

The seller immediately went and made a juice order for Lena and Rani. About five minutes later, their order arrived. They both pay for the drink at the beginning so that after their drinks run out, they can go straight to Lisa's room.

Sometimes the two of them talked, so it was not felt if they had been in the cafeteria for thirty minutes.

“Come on Ran, we're back in Lisa's room. I think there's enough time we've given them.” Lena stands up and is followed by Rani.

On the way, Lena felt her stomach hurt. The water started flowing out onto the floor. It looks like she's about to give birth.

“Ran, looks like I want to give birth.” Lena said with a frown to endure the pain.

“What should I do Len?” Rani helps Lena to the side of the hallway.

“Doctor..... Sisters... Please my best friend want to give birth.” Rani shouted in panic.

“Lena, patience yes. Where is the doctor in this hospital. Doctor....” Shouted Rani again.

Soon the doctor and the nurse came in with a wheelchair. Lena was immediately lifted into a wheelchair and taken to the delivery room. On the way Lena fainted from not being able to endure the pain. The doctor immediately took surgery to save Lena's baby.

“Dok please save my best friend and nephew.” Rani pleaded with the doctor.

“Good Ma'am, we will try our best. Mbak no need to worry.” The doctor tried to calm Rani down.

After the doctor who handled Lena entered to perform the operation, Rani contacted Lisa. He told me that Lena is now in the operating room. A few minutes later Lisa came in a wheelchair with Reno pushing in the back.

“Rani, relax yes. I'm sure Lena and her three babies will survive.” Lisa hugs Rani who starts crying.

“But I was scared, earlier Lena was unconscious.”

“We'd better pray our best for Lena.” Reno said encouragingly to the two women.

The clock has shown at 8 pm, but there is no sign of the doctor coming out of the operating room. The three people who were waiting were sitting quietly. Their minds wandered far away thinking whether Lena survived or not.

Lena's two friends are so anxious, they are ceaselessly praying that Lena and her babies are safe. Shortly after the surgery door opened, the doctor who handled it came out.

“How about doc, they're all fine right?“ ask Lisa.

“The condition of the three babies Bu Lena healthy, but...”.

“But what doc?” Lisa denounced when the doctor wanted to explain.

“Lisa, patience. His doctor just wanted to explain.” Reno holds Lisa's shoulder and is nudged by Lisa.

Rani who was standing was sitting on the floor, while Lisa was crying in Reno's arms.

“When will he wake up doc? Ask Reno.

“We don't know for sure, we can only wait for a miracle. And if she wakes up, it's very likely that Ms. Lena will have amnesia. But we'll try to take good care of Lena's mother here. We'll move Lena's mother right away to the ICU. Then I'm sorry.” The doctor explained and said goodbye to Reno and Lena's two friends.

“Thank you doc.” Reno.

Reno takes Lisa back to her room to rest. Reno doesn't want Lisa to be stressed because of this problem. While Rani takes care of the administration of Lena and her three babies.

After taking care of everything, Rani went to the baby room where the three babies were treated. He took some photos from his phone camera to send to his mother. Rani's mother could not come, because she went with her husband abroad to take care of the branch office there.

When Rani goes to Lisa's room, a man walks in and picks up a little hair from the three babies. Then he put the hair into a small plastic and also brown paper map. He rushes to another hospital to find out if the D-NA of the three babies matches Farel or not.

The man is Danu, Farel's best friend who is paid to find out about the real father of Lena's three babies. Danu had just arrived in the city this afternoon, he immediately sought information about Lena. And find out if Lena's going to give birth tonight.

In the office tonight Farel was thinking about something, standing by the window and looking at the bustle of the city streets. He daydreamed with a glass filled with drinks in his hand. Suddenly a man opened the door and shocked him, the glass he was holding fell to the floor and broke.

Farel's feelings became unpleasant as something bad would happen. She hopes her feelings don't come true and everything is fine.

“Wah... Whoa.... Looks like you're missing me, until the glass falls in shock to see me.”

“The glass fell because you surprised me, what are you doing here?” Farel asked confusedly and suddenly Danu came to his office last night.

“Can't I see the condition and news from my best friend?” Danu teased her best friend.

“Sit. Something I want to ask you.”

Danu sat down immediately after Farel sat down. “I know what you're asking. But first I wanted to tell you that Lena gave birth. He has two sons and one daughter” Danu said and made Farel shocked.

“You mean Lena has three twins?”

“Yes, as you heard. And I've taken a sample for the D-NA test with you. In about two weeks, the test will be out. This is what you want to know. Danu gave the recording on her cell phone.

“What record is this?”

Farel also pressed the phone screen.
