Two weeks have passed since Lena fell into a coma. Today Rani replaces Lisa looking after Lena. After she goes to see Lena's three babies, Rani is in the same room with Lisa and Lena.

“Ran, I'm going to the Lena store first huh?” Lisa speaking.

During these 2 weeks Lisa was the one who kept Lena in the hospital, occasionally she went to the store to see the development of Lena store and returned with her best friend. Sometimes he does office work sent by his secretary via e-mail.

“OK, are you going back to your office?” Rani asked while eating the snack she brought earlier.

“It seems not, I want to keep the store and see Lena wake up from her coma.” Replied Lisa who was then nodded by Rani.

“Tonight I'll take care of Lena. You go to the store.”

“Thank you Ran, I hope he quickly wakes up from his coma.” Lisa saw Lena lying down.

Lisa immediately went out, before going to the store she went to the nursery where her three nieces were.

Rani steps up her legs and sits next to Lena's bed. He looked at Lena Haru and felt sad. He fixed the blanket Lena used.

“Hai Len. How are you?”

“You're okay right?”

Yeah, as you can see. Those were the words that Lena would say, if she asked about Lena's news. Rani smiled wryly when there was no response given by Lena.

“Don't stay there long. You're not bored of sleeping on?”

“Look at your three babies, they are very handsome and beautiful.” Rani showed me a picture of three of Lena's babies that she had taken.

“Sister Farel is getting a divorce from Sarah. Sarah lied to us all.”

“It turns out that the child he was carrying was not a brother Farel.”

“you know Len, I'm very happy to know that sister is getting divorced.”

“That's good, right? You still have a chance to be with Brother Farel.”

“And you should know, if Lisa and Reno are getting close. Looks like they'll be as soon as you think.” Rani is sad because Lena remains silent without responding to Rani's words.

“Wake up, we miss you.” Rani smiled before preparing to go to sleep.

Elena smiled happily when she saw the scene before her. Flowers spread out along his sight. The flowers swayed in the wind as if they were dancing to welcome him.

“Where am I? Lena asked herself.

Lena walked down the path splitting the flower bed. His steps came to a halt when he saw three children waving their hands as if calling him towards them. Lena continued her steps towards the three children.

He saw 2 handsome boys and 1 beautiful girl. The longer the closer the step, he could see if the three children were waiting for his arrival.

“Mommy, come here. Play with us.” Call one of those kids.

“Mommy?” Lena was confused by the call.

“Iya Mommy, you are our Mommy.” Say the girl.

“Are you three my children?”

“Ya Mom, look. Our eyes are like yours Mom.”

Lena looked at the eyes of the three children. Lena admits their eyes are similar to hers. He immediately approached and hugged the three children. Lena cried happily because she could meet her three children.

“Why is Mommy crying? Mommy wasn't happy to meet the three of us?” ask one of the boys.

“Mommy cried not because she was sad, but because she was happy to meet you three here. Lena wiped her tears and smiled at her children.

Lena did not expect to be able to meet her three children in a place as beautiful as this. At that place they were four joking around, laughing happily. If anyone sees Lena there, the person will know that Lena is happily laughing with her children.

“What's the name of you three?” Lena started the conversation back after getting tired of playing with them.

“We don't have a name, Mommy hasn't given us a name.” The girl lowered her head. The boy's three faces were sad.

“Really?”

“Yes, Mom.” Say the three boys at the same time.

“We are in a beautiful place Mom.” Say one of the boys.

“Yes, this place is so beautiful. I want to be here forever.” Said Lena while looking at the flowers there.

“Mom, we want Mommy back.” Saying a girl

“Where to go back?”

“To where Mom should be.” Saying other boys

“Then why are you guys here?”

“We came to pick up Mommy.”

“Why should I go back? Here tasty.” Say Lena again.

“This is not Mommy's place. We all miss Mommy.” Say the girl while crying.

“Sstttt... No cry. Would you be happy if Mom came back.”

“Yes, Mom.” Answer the three children.

“Back Mom. Aunty Rani and Aunty Lisa miss Mommy.”

“How do I get back to you guys?”

“Mom, follow Mommy.”

“Yes, Mommy will be back for the three of you and everyone waiting for me.” Lena said sure.

“Mom, it's time you came back.” The three children smiled happily.

Suddenly Lena's body drifted away from her three children. Before he disappeared Lena gave the names of the three of them.

“I'll name you three Andra, Andri, and Fiya.” Shouted Lena who was replied with a nod by the three children.

Lena felt her body fall down and pulled something into a deep hole. Lena shouted until she finally saw the light that blinded her eyes so she had to close her eyes. Slowly he tried to open his eyes again, now everything is different there is no vast expanse of flowers anymore. He just saw the room in white. There was an infusion tube on his wrist.

His hands began to move in search of something. Rani, who is near Lena, awakens due to Lena's sudden movements. Rani is shocked and happy because her prayers and Lisa are answered. Lena opened her eyes, she woke up from her coma.

“Haa... Haaauuuss.” Said Lena stammered but still be understood by Rani.

Rani immediately took the water in the glass beside Lena's bed. Lena drank all the water, because she was very thirsty. After Rani finished giving the drinking water, she immediately pressed the button that was there and shortly after that the doctor came along with Reno. The doctor came to check on Lena.

“Dok, how is it?” Rani asked.

“It's a miracle Ma'am, Lena's mom is doing fine. Now he only needs postpartum recovery.” Doctor bright.

“Can doc?”

“Iya Ma'am, we immediately moved Lena's mother to the hospital room for her recovery time. Then we'll excuse you.”

“Thank you doctor.” Rani said again.

“Ran, you should tell Lisa about this good news.” Reno and Rani immediately contacted him.

“Tell also if I'll pick him up.” Say Reno again.

“where are my children?” Ask Lena.

“There's in the kid's room, they're all fine. You don't worry. I think the sisters will bring them to you after you're in your room later.” Reno replied.

“Thank you for coming back Len.” Rani and Lena smiled.

After Rani finished calling Lisa. He returned to Lena's room and asked for permission to have lunch. He immediately went out to the hospital canteen. While Reno was in the room chatting briefly with Lena, then went to pick up Lisa at Lena's store.

Lisa and Reno rush to the hospital after Rani informs her that Lena has woken up from her coma. Lisa was so happy and grateful when she heard the news. Arriving in Lena's room, Lisa is shocked to see Farel's figure has been on Lena's bed. Farel's sighting was very sad, it was like a lack of sleep and so tired.

“Sister Farel, what are you doing here? Where's Lena?”
