THE CRUELTY OF MY PARALYZED HUSBAND

THE CRUELTY OF MY PARALYZED HUSBAND
6. Fagan's Rage

"Congratulations, Fagan." Aksa extended her hand.

While Elina stood in Aksa's place with a paper bag in her hand. She seemed to be smiling sweetly at her ex-boyfriend.

"Please sit down" said Asya.

He seemed to know very well if something was wrong there. Seeing Elina's smile alone was enough to make Asya realize that there was some kind of ridicule that Elina was holding for the paralyzed man.

"Your wife is classy as well, Fagan," said Elina who was impressed by Asya's graceful demeanor from nowhere.

"Don't underestimate anyone else, Elina." Aksa.

They were sitting in such a strange atmosphere. The awkwardness is visible here and there so that makes things crowded. Elina's eyes did not stop stripping Asya who looked very beautiful with clothes from super luxury brands. "The rich also seem to." Elina spoke in her heart.

The luxurious impression that Fagan deliberately created on Asya sedated Elina. He was silent a thousand languages seeing the appearance of Asya who was not inferior to him.

"Papa told me to come to give you this. He apologized for not being able to attend the wedding of one of his best sons, Fagan." Aksa explained the meaning of his arrival.

"When have I been your father's son?" fagan answered ketus.

Aksa did not care because indeed he already knew Fagan's attitude was like that since he and Elina were in a relationship. Aksa still gave a paper bag that he had brought from the house earlier.

"Congratulations on your marriage. Best prayer I include, may you be happy forever." Aksa added.

"Thank you, Mister. We welcome what you've given us, but we're sorry, we're forced to return this because we didn't receive any gifts from anyone at our wedding," sahut Asya as Fagan taught in the room.

"Rejected?" Maria who was listening to the conversation from the next room became annoyed. "How can the village boy refuse a gift from the Lingga family?" his nag.

"But" sidelines Aksa.

"Nothing but, what my wife said is true. Take and bring back the gifts you gave. Without prejudice to respect, tell your papa if I reject him myself." Fagan spoke.

The atmosphere became silent, there was only an awkward eye-to-eye look at each other that occurred. They avoid eye contact to avoid looking nervous and bad.

"One more, Fagan." Aksa started talking while taking Elina's hand which she held. Aksa grasped it tightly while pointing towards Fagan. "We've come to invite you to our engagement party. After seeing you get married and find the right woman, we decided to formalize our relationship as well" Aksa explained.

Fagan's heart exploded. The woman who until that moment is still the owner of her heart will be edited by her own close friend. Anger erupted but he still had to endure it.

It turned out that the two of them had come not only to deliver the gift, but also to deliver the engagement invitation. Of course it was beyond Fagan's expectations. His heart was broken because of the news of Elina and Aksa's engagement will be held soon.

"Fagan, come, yeah. Give us your blessing" Elina half-mocked.

"Of course I'll come. Don't worry," replied Fagan strong-witted.

After the meeting, Asya takes Fagan back to the room, but Fagan refuses and asks Asya to take him to the study. As soon as he arrived in the room, all the maki and emotional abuse just spilled over. Fagan went berserk while throwing things he could reach with his hands.

"Here, Asya!" fagan shouted without feeling.

Asya who had moved away from fear approached by squeezing both hands in front of the chest. "Yes, Sir."

Fagan pulled Asya's hair and made the face that had been bowed was finally visible. Fagan spat recklessly and pointed at Asya's face in a very cruel manner.

"Basically, women don't know themselves. Because of you I'm disabled, because of you I lost my leg and because of you now I'm left Elina. You're the one I hate the most, Asya." Fagan scolded Elina right in front of the woman's face.

"Deliver, Sir. Untie me. Sick," Asya cried out.

At that moment, Fagan released his grip until Asya fell on the floor. The woman collapsed due to Fagan's strong impulse. Until the hand he used to hold his body was scratched by the broken vase that Fagan slammed when his anger peaked earlier.

"Come, Asya. Get out now." Fagan could not stand it and eventually chose to expel Asya.

"I'm going out, sir. But don't do things that are harmful to you." Asya could still utter the worry she felt to Fagan.
