Asya's face instantly turned flat, she retracted the corner of her lips after hearing the jolt from the sister-in-law. Moreover, that sentence so cornered Asya, he was blamed for what happened. This has indeed happened often, it has even become a common thing for Asya. But the reality was never the same, Asya's heart trembled this time. Fagan's younger brother continued to discuss the painful matter.
"You deserve to be punished, Asya. You have to accept everything" Cecilia said again.
After the girl left, Asya again harbored a sense of unreliability for Fagan who was so injured. It seemed like the scorn was becoming a serious matter this time. How it is also complicated. Not only about the important environment talking about all that, but also about the amount of pressure that occurs.
"That's how important their friends are? Why do they think their nonsense is so important?" ask Asya in her heart.
After throwing away her trash bag, Asya returned to the room. He immediately finished his task and prepared what Fagan needed that morning.
"I'll prepare breakfast, sir." Asya asked permission to go to the kitchen while Fagan prepared himself for work.
"It's past breakfast, Asya. They must have finished eating." Fagan answered softly.
"No problem, sir. Let me prepare," Asya said.
Fagan, who got the rebuttal, just commented a smile. Usually he would go on a rampage and not let Asya get away with it all.
"You've been misbehaving since you woke up. Do you still think something happened last night?" fagan.
"Not really, Sir." Asya.
"That means you believe what I'm explaining?" ask Fagan.
"Of course, sir," replied Asya.
That made Fagan relieved, because there would be no more worries he felt because of last night's events. He did not need to be unkind to Asya because of that.
Asya passed after that short chat, she prepared her husband's breakfast. He didn't want to waste time because Fagan was too late to go to the company. He readies everything on the table while waiting for Fagan to come, very painstakingly and completely, Asya does that for Fagan.
"Please be good. If there's something you're not comfortable with, use your phone" Fagan explained.
This was the first time Fagan had left a message before leaving the house. It's just that Asya is confused by the sentence of something that makes it uncomfortable. Fagan knew very well that all this time that never made Asya comfortable was his own mother.
"What's wrong with Mr. Fagan?" ask Asya.
"No, Asya. Even if it's Mama who makes you uncomfortable, you can call me" Fagan explained.
As soon as Asya's eyes sparkled, she did not expect that her husband would be such a concern for her. Even what Asya was worried about was anticipated very precisely by Fagan.
"Akh, I'm not sure I can tell all the same things he is," Asya's inner self after realizing what happened all along.
The girl didn't have the guts to say anything bad about her mother-in-law during the day. Although Fagan himself said all that directly, but, the reality is not as easy as he thought. Maria and Cecilia were incomparable opponents. They cannot be considered easy to overcome.
"Are you sure, Asya? Can you fight me?" mary after Fagan left home for work.
"Don't hope, yes, Asya. You don't expect much from your husband, Fagan is just trying to make your heart happy, after that he will make your heart cry full of blood" explained Maria half-threatening.
Asya fell silent, she was not only threatened to lead a life of suffering. He also seemed condemned to forever bear the penalty for a mistake he did not commit. His heart, which had begun to hope for Fagan, made Asya become frightened.
"I'll excuse you, ma'am," said Asya, unwilling to extend the matter.
"Where to go, Asya. You want to meet my brother? Want to call him?" Cecilia held onto the shoulder of Asya who was walking through her.
"No, Young Miss. I will not be confused with Mr. Fagan no matter what," he replied in fear.
Asya chose to keep everything to herself. He was determined that even if he got the sword slash from his father-in-law, Asya would not say anything to Fagan. He remembers clearly that Fagan was just trying to please him.
"Does this include a gift from the play you performed? Why didn't yesterday look like a gift? His words earlier also did not sound joking at all," Asya said in his heart.
He passed towards the room and cleared up the rest of the work left there. The girl's mind drifted far into the clouds. He felt how Fagan spoke in a hopeful tone and was also filled with tenderness since yesterday. He did not want to consider it a normal thing, because it was not Fagan's habit.
"Mr Fagan even behaved very well. He was considerate and even worried about me" Asya said.
She was still thinking about what her mother-in-law was yelling in her ear about Fagan's attitude. When Asya's mind was very upset, suddenly his phone rang. Obviously Fagan must have called, because only Fagan had his new phone number.
"I .. yes, sir," Asya replied.
"I've asked Abrisam to send someone to clean the bathroom. Today they're going to replace the mirror and everything that's broken in there" Fagan said.
"All right, sir." Asya answered briefly.
"So what happened? Why are you in the room?" ask again.
"No, Mister. Nothing's happening." Asya.
"Really?" Fagan's little heart said something happened to his wife.
"Really, Sir. I'm doing fine. The work outside is done. I happened to be in the room" Asya explained convincingly.
"Alright," concluded Fagan and the talks were soon over.
Once again Fagan made Asya even more confused. He looks like he's being played. His heart was already empathetic to the attitude and attention Fagan showed. Half of Asya's heart had been crushed by Fagan.
"Sir, what does this mean? Why do you make the situation this difficult? Which one should I trust?" asya said while hugging her phone.
The girl's heart was like being at a crossroads. He felt that something that had happened in these past weeks was something he could not ignore. Starting from the attitude that changed for good, a kiss, to the worry that Fagan showed was enough to be an excuse for Asya to melt his heart.
Those hopes began to appear as something that Asha could not contain himself. Inevitably, Asya's heart hopes and wants more at this time.
