The Cruel Fate
Part 29.2

“All preparations have been completed. Our troops are ready at any time to be deployed to the battlefield.” said Aiden who entered the large tent belonging to Athens along with Arsen there.

“Hmm. This weapon also seems ready to be reused after thousands of years in rest. The hands of his heir are ready also to enter the real battlefield,” said Athens and glanced at Arrio.

“Finally we can rest for a while before the war starts. How about tonight we have a special family dinner, to welcome the coming of the healer with all the troops? I'm sure they like it and will add to the spirit of all our troops when they see the healer who is near us,” proposed Aksel who is nodding Jason.

“I agree with my twin proposal. All of you, we can introduce our world to brother Arra. So he can get more used to everything here.” Jason continued.

“What do you think Arrio?” ask Athens.

“I have no problem with that. Just let everyone know that tonight there will be dinner with me and the healer. No need to be made too special because we are in a situation that is close to war. It is not good if we do a celebration before the war happens.” explained Arrio.

“OK! I'll have everyone set up a table. And you're Aksel, go to Arra's tent and have him prepare for dinner together,”.

“Ready to do!” Axel exclaimed with his happy face and immediately walked out of the tent.

Meanwhile, Arsen and Jason decided to re-clean Athen's tent, which contained a lot of paper and parchment scattered around almost every corner.

Aksel immediately stopped his steps as soon as he almost approached Arra's tent. There was such a dark aura felt there and the loss of the bodyguards guarding the tent area was also a big question for Aksel. The young angel immediately put on his robe to cover his head and entered Arra's tent with a heart of – hearts. The sword in his hand was now also ready and in his hand was very tight.

Axel quickly revealed the curtains in Arra's tent and was surprised because the condition of the tent is so quiet and still so neat without any sign of – attack there. The young angel again – again moved deftly to go deeper into his tent and check the whereabouts of Arra who was still invisible.

“Kak Arra! Arra!” call him while surrounding the tent. “Kak Arra! Where are you? Arra!” aksel shouted and immediately burst out, walking towards the special dressing room but there was also empty.

Then he approached the bed where Arra was asleep and saw the blanket that had been messy in use. But there's something strange there. There was a charred, burning scar on the end of his blanket and a few other spots. There were also some black feathers scattered around the girl's bed and also towards the back of the tent.

The axle watches the black feather more closely and wide when with his ability he can find out who the owner of the black feathers that look like the feathers of a crow there. This belonged to Ellard, who was none other than the Warlord of the Devils.

The disappearance of Arra from that place and all the traces left there with a black aura that surrounds the place also increasingly makes Aksel sure that his brother-in-law has been brought by Ellard who managed to break through into the territory of the angels.

“Job!” The axle quickly ran out of the tent.

The loss of Arra made the entire region of the angels so quiet before. They are now regrouping in Athens' tent to negotiate a strategy to do with the two great tasks that are now right in front of the angels. The first is to win the war and the second is also the main is to save the healer who is currently in the hands of the demon curse.

Arrio himself was still standing outside and gazing deep into the tent of the demons as Athens approached him.

“I understand what you're thinking, even though I can't feel what you're feeling completely. Come in first, we will help you bring him back to this place,” said Athens.

“You know, what makes me more hurt?” ask Arrio. “I promised him, that this would be his safest place. I brought him here, with great hope that every corner of this place would protect him from all the evil eyes that were eyeing him. But now...he is there, even without me being able to protect him at all.. I feel, I have failed, Athens,” said Arrio with – glass eyes.

Athens sighed and patted Arrio's shoulder slowly,

“What's happening here now, it's not your fault Arrio. Which makes the guard is not too strong because considering the guard in this place is enough just with the crowd of the angels,” said Athens.

“I don't know what's going on with him right now.”.

“I'm sure he'll be good – fine. Heard what he got from the twins. I'm sure he can handle it. Come on in now and get ready,” invite Athens who embrace Arrio's shoulder to immediately enter his tent.

Meanwhile, in a place facing the tent of the angels. Inside a large black tent with a large flag with a magnificent demon emblem, there was a girl who looked very unfazed. His body was full of claw wounds and the clothes he wore were almost torn all over. Not to mention his hair that was already very messy with sweat flowing on his forehead, hands, and back.

The girl continued to move non-stop, trying to escape from the rope that tightly tied her hands behind her back. His mouth that was covered with a black cloth was very painful. The soles of his feet were already bleeding because they had been stung by the fire that was deliberately given by the demons to torture him.

And that was when one demonic figure with a body size larger than the others entered, he carried a sword weapon similar to Arrio's but with a black flash.

“What is he Darrick?” batin Arra asked – ask.

But it seems not, because the demon just looked at him and smiled harassing himself while his hands tried to touch Arra's bound face and body. The girl kept trying to break away now from the rope that tied her up as Ellard's rough hands slowly rolled down her curves. The expression on that demon face that was so disgusting made Arra want to spit on his face. Yet he could only growl without being able to resist at this moment.
