The Part 15

Sean is seen talking to Briyan about his car breaking down. Sean and Briyan left after exchanging opinions about this and that's something I don't want to care about.

Merry and I went to work, when Merry was there he seemed very busy collecting the data of new employees and employees in the company. After collecting the employee data, he met the President upstairs.

About 1 hour Merry was upstairs, he came down and went straight to my room.

"Wi, it looks like the president will do something to the new employee," he said with a somewhat anxious tone and expression.

"really? well. how else, he's the President here, whatever he does is his right," I casually tried to calm Merry, honestly I'm not sure of myself.

"The new employee will be evaluated thoroughly and in depth wi, you can not fall in judgment later," said Merry continued to warn me.

"Okay, thank you for warning me. So what happens to employees who fall in judgment? is he gonna get fired?" manya curious.

"Yes, wi. Employees who have fallen out of judgment will be ordered to make a letter of resignation."

"Sounds sadistic, but I'm not going to give up that easily. Everyone wants to have a decent job and earn a decent wage. Being able to work here is a gift to me, so I will continue to keep that grace."

"Good wi, I'm glad to hear that. Later at 2 pm you have to go upstairs along with other new employees. I'll tell them first." said Merry walking away from me heading out of the room to find another new employee.

By 1pm, Briyan and Sean had not arrived. I feel closer to the time I meet the President, my heart feels more and more willing to be dislodged. I try to stay calm and hope that Briyan and Sean will arrive soon.

Every now and then I see Briyan's father walking back and forth in confusion like there's something he's looking for. And the President finally asked me about Briyan. And I said what happened, not including Briyan sleeping in the girls' guest room, hiks.

At 2 pm I and other new employees went upstairs to meet the president. There were 4 new employees including me who were walking up the stairs.

"Deg-deg an, it seems buk presdir sangar once his face," said one of the employees beside me, from his name tag I can see his name, Rendi.

"I was afraid of being fired, because last month I did not enter 1 week because I was sick," said Leli, the woman beside me.

"Leli, Mala and Rendi, the three of you new employees who are still training, your performance will keep me watching. You've been working here for 2 months, you know the training period is 3 months?"

Mala, Leli and Rendi nodded.

Mala, Leli and Rendi were made to tremble by the President, and I could see Leli's face was deathly pale. Maybe he hasn't had breakfast, he looks like he's going to faint hearing all the words of President.

Degh's! I was like hearing the sound of lightning and its dazzling light.

"Who hired you in this company?!"

We all went downstairs, we went down a lot of stairs.

"I felt like I wanted to hang it" said Rendi, starting a conversation between all of us who were tense.

"Still mending, I'm going to hear the president's buk," Mala said.

"Still mending, I'll go back to the room again" I told them.

"Yes, and soon you'll be back at his house forever!" mala glanced at me.

That day I didn't see Briyan and Sean. They must be busy with Briyan's car. I take a deep breath, I usually feel good working here. But today, I feel uninspired. It was as if something bad was going to happen, either today or the day after.

Merry who usually works quietly in his room, today he made 2 large glasses of milk coffee and more chatting with me. He said his work today was not so solid.

Until we got home from the company, then my mind was a bit calm. I invited Merry to eat outside. We decided to go to the beach not far from there.

Dusk slowly came, me and Merry ordered a fringe meal. There is not how much selling, there is only meatballs and satay. Me and Merry ordered 3 servings of satay and a cold drink.

Fortunately, Merry and I always kept the jacket in the seat. Although the smell is not bad, like the smell of engine oil combustion does not matter, it is better than us being cold. Sate's seller gave us the order, Merry and I started eating.

There was no sign Briyan would call or send a chat. I started to suspect him, was he just playing me? or did he experience something unexpected, such as being bitten by his parents? or has he already got my replacement, as rumors have been circulating? I don't know why I'm getting upset, but this feeling of resentment is for no reason.

"Mer, I was wondering why Mr. Briyan has not appeared for two days," I told Merry, I finally intend to reveal my unek-unek to him.

"really? do you know where he is now?"

"He must be at Wi's house."

I was stunned to hear that, I thought that Briyan had been a free man who could do everything she wanted. But, it turns out he is in the grasp of his parents.

Merry finished the rest of his meal, "are you not his future wife? don't you know much about Mr Briyan?"

"I don't know anything about her Mer, our first meeting was just 2 months ago. He hit me, as you know he changed my old motorcycle."

"Yes, Wi."

"Originally you know Mer, I'm the same Mr. Briyan is only going to marry a contract. There is no love between us."

"Of course, every time I see you there's no love."

We talked a lot about the past, other personal and privacy issues tonight. Me and Merry slowly became friends who understood each other.
