God's Ring

Arya hugs Cantika and brings Cantika into the old house of Cantika.

"We're resting here first, Danish is having a long holiday picnic with her teacher and friends, so you don't have to think about it. I've also got Mr. Sofian guarding Danish there."

Yesterday Danish with her friends and teachers set out for a small picnic while studying in the outdoors. But Arya had already told her driver to look after Danish, so Arya could calm down.

Cantika nodded and hugged her husband tightly. She was so scared that Remon kidnapped her.

"Had it all gone, Remon would have rotted in prison and would never come after you again." Arya stroked Cantika's head.

"He's not after me." Cantika said as she raised her head looking at the husband in front of her. She felt it was time her husband found out about the ring that the god called the ring.

Arya looked at Cantika in confusion.

Cantika took off her arms and stood up and stepped into a small room that Arya herself was surprised to see there was a secret room inside the room.

Arya follows Cantika into the secret chamber.

Cantika opened a small box in which there is a ring that looks so unique.

"Remon wants this ring, Almarhumah mother is the last descendant of the priest who was nicknamed the god of the ruler several years ago. I also found out shortly after my mother died. Mom only ever told me if I had to keep the ring from this grandpa, I didn't wear it for fear of eliminating it. Mother had also said that if I experienced something urgent, I could hide in this secret room. So when dad redeems this house for me, I keep this ring here so it doesn't go away, I don't know if it's the ring that people like Remon are looking for." Cantika said as she stared at the ring in her hand.

"When did you find out if this ring is a god ring that can make its owner the ruler to be worshiped?" Ask Arya.

Cantika looked at Arya.

"When Remon asked him for the first time, I didn't understand at first, but Remon himself told me that this ring is a god ring that only deserves to be worn by people who want to be pastors and not Muslims like me." Answer Cantika.

"Then what now? if people like Remon knew this ring was in your hands they would do something similar to Remon, I don't want you to do anything." Arya.

"I'm gonna break this ring." Cantika.

But what surprised him was that, as he tried to smash the ring by hitting it with a hammer, the ring did not scratch in the slightest.

"Not carelessly naming this ring a god's ring, this ring can't be destroyed with any hard object." Arya said as Cantika continued to try to destroy the ring.

"Then what now?" Cantika was confused if she could not destroy the ring, then there would definitely be the next person who would be eyeing the ring again, then, and it will make that person powerful and re-energize non-Muslim influences and make Islam engulfed again in the city, as his late grandfather had done. That is why, in such a big city no one knows Islam when Cantika has not fought for Islam through her novel.
