The Angel Behind the Veil

The Angel Behind the Veil
Doctor Arya's Chef

Arriving at Arya's own hospital handling Cantika.

Cantika has a high fever and keeps delirious calling her mother.

Seeing the condition of Cantika Arya was very worried.

It seems like his best friend has suffered since his mother died.

He remembered the harmony of Cantika's relationship with her mother. Many times the three of them cooked and ate together while still in the old house of Cantika. But since living in his uncle's house the moment was no more, especially now that Cantika's mother was gone.

"You must miss Aunt Lisa a lot." Aryan Mummings.

Arya looked at Cantika, actually she was very curious as to how severe the disease on Cantika's face until the time inside the house was Cantika did not want to take off her veil. But Arya felt she could not cross the line, although she wanted to but she could not open the veil of Cantika without Cantika's permission.

Arya once asked Cantika why she did not want to show her face but Cantika just kept silent signifying not to tell her.

Though Arya is eager to find out how severe the disease or injury is so that he can bring Cantika to treatment.

And this is the main reason Arya became a Doctor, not because her family is all Doctors but because she wants to become a great Doctor so that she herself can treat the disease on Cantika's face.

When Cantika woke up it was already night.

"Aryan?"

Cantika was moved to see a friend created for her. Arya sat next to Cantika's bed and continued to look after her, she did not even accept taking care of other patients nor did she let Sister or any other Doctor guard Cantika. He has to ensure the health of Cantika himself.

"Are you hungry? wait a minute I'll prepare soup for you."

Arya is thrilled to see Cantika get up and immediately runs out of the ward to the hospital kitchen to prepare fresh soup for Cantika, until Cantika has no time to say anything.

Shortly after, Arya came in with a bowl of soup.

"I'm sorry I've been troubling you."

Cantika said she felt bad for feeling that she had troubled Arya.

"What do you say I'm your best friend, and then does this include being troublesome?"

"You're my best friend, my only best friend, my best friend but still I can't trouble you." Cantika said with a still weak voice.

Said Arya thrusting a bowl of warm soup at Cantika.

Cantika with a smile and wet eyes received the soup.

"Yes since I moved into our uncle's house we can no longer cook together, I really miss that moment."

Cantika recalled the moment where she, Arya and her mother often cooked together in her old house first.

Seeing Cantika dissolve in Arya's past hastily distracts her.

"Come, eat. I'm gonna go check on the other patients."

Cantika smiled nodding, then Arya came out of the ward.

How delicious?" Arya asked after she returned from the next ward, when she found Cantika's bowl empty.

"Hmm very good. Arya why don't you become a Chef, it will be very dear if your cooking talent is not distributed can be in vain." Cantika Canda.

Seeing Cantika get her mood back Arya was happy.

"If I were the Chef who would be the Doctor to accompany you here who would I be? and yes my cooking talent will not be in vain will there be you who are never full of my cooking." Reply Arya joked with Cantika.

"Hey, am I going to keep getting sick until I need you to be a doctor?"

Cantika glared at Arya with her cheeks puffed up.

"Eh no I can't possibly want you to be a patient anymore. But I really can't be a chef."

The word Arya made Cantika curious.

"Why? why can't you be a Chef, I'm also more confident of your talent than any other famous Chef." Cantika said seriously.

"Because if I were a Chef I would definitely be very busy cooking for people then I would definitely not have the free time to cook for you. Then would you like to be friends with me again if I don't satisfy you with my cooking?" Canda Arya makes Cantika laugh.

"Haha yes, you are absolutely right Ar, if you don't want to cook for me then I won't want to be friends with you anymore."
