One by one the monsters began to arrive and surround us both from all directions. So narrow our wiggle room.
The power I felt from the monsters was still the same as before, but the numbers were far many times over, and it would be harder to overcome them.
Even if I can hold it back, I'm not sure I can defeat those monsters at once. Even more so if they attack simultaneously.
I definitely can't dispel all the attacks from those monsters and also the injuries will be a sure thing for me. Whether it's a bite, a scratch, or a bruise.
“Are you still a long time?” ask someone behind my back.
There is no lawfulness. I wanted to check it out, but I couldn't take a second to distract myself from the monsters that were increasing in number.
Not infrequently one by one of them went around looking for an opening to attack.
I'm not daunted. Don't fib. I can't lie to myself.
I tried to focus, but I couldn't. I was too scared. It was this fear that made me unable to focus, even my body was trembling indistinctly.
“Are you still a long time?” ask me one more time.
Still no reply. Yep. No. gabe. I don't know. How did they get past the troops, why did they get here so easily.
Could it be. Just my foe alone, there is no way Adellia and her entire army can be defeated so easily.
I think they just conceded and let them go that way. Damn it was me who had to face them all.
The monster wanted to attack me from the other side. But I was not fooled and ill-fated they instead died because they were trapped in the trench.
They thought I was just setting a trap in front of me. And I made a ditch filled with swords. Stupid monsters are.
Indeed I killed almost half of them, but the other monsters also came one by one.
Several times there were monsters trying to reach my place by jumping. Unfortunately I killed him right before the monster set foot.
And ended up in the ditch with additional stab wounds that increasingly made him unable to get up.
Nevertheless, I always ran to the left, then to the right, to reach out and dispel all the monsters that were trying to reach my place.
Thank goodness I can still hold it until now. I must maintain my stamina and energy so as not to get exhausted before Aalisha completes her magic sequence.
‘Is he still long?’ This time I was muttering to myself.
There are a lot of monsters I have killed. However, Aalisha showed no signs of successfully activating the four-way protective magic.
Whereas when Grandpa Hork wanted to activate magic, he didn't need the process all along. Actually what is the difference between Aalisha and Grandpa Hork.
I wanted to ask him directly, but he was focusing on controlling magic energy. It's impossible.
My breathing was hunting more and more, my stamina was also starting to drain away. I don't think I can hold these monsters much longer.
To raise my own sword, I was unable and had to use both hands.
My palms seemed to pass because several times I used to swing the sword with all my might.
If it wasn't like that, I might be able to blow the bodies of monsters that weighed almost twice as much as me.
Almost a few times I wanted to fall, but I still got up and supported my body using a sword that stuck to the ground.
Not one bit in my mind to give up. Quite the contrary.
Even if the blood dripped out of the forehead, the body was ripped violently from the canines of the monsters, or even the head was torn off by the scratches I could not avoid. I'll stand still.
It seems that if I continue to remain silent here, then more and more monsters will surround us.
But if I distract and take them away from Aalisha. Maybe they'll come after me or vice versa.
Because there is no guard. It is possible that they will directly attack Aalisha, and lose our last chance. Everything I've done all this time will be for nothing.
I decided to fight them head-on, this is one of my ways of busying and distracting them from Aalisha.
I jumped out of the trench, had my legs slipped and almost myself became one of the victims in the trench.
“Huft..” I let out a sigh of relief.
Even if I came to them, but there are some monsters that are still focused on Aalisha. I need to get their attention more.
Slowly but surely, monsters began to approach me. From the right, left, and front, while behind me is a trench.
It seemed that the monsters did not even give me the slightest gap to escape. They really surrounded me this time. It seems that I must fight to the point of the final blood.
I immediately darted into the crowd, without caring about the increasingly tired body and legs that had screamed several times asking for rest.
I have to force myself. I've crossed it, there's no ‘surrender’ word in my dictionary.
The sword I hold tightly, after repeatedly changing its position to find a comfortable grip and not easily separated.
It can be bad if in the middle of my sword fight regardless, of course I can still fight using my bare hands. But it's not very effective.
Three monsters approached me from the right, on the left were four monsters ready to tear me apart, while dozens of monsters awaited me in the front.
I started my attack with a slash slashing from below, after which I combined it with a horizontal round, then a double slash crossed, for a moment I retreated backwards to keep my distance and shot straight, finishing off a few more monsters.
From that position I immediately lowered my body, because from then on the monsters preferred to chirp my head.
It was easy for me to turn things around, my position greatly benefited, because the attacking monter was no longer able to dodge when I launched an attack.
Unknowingly another monster was preparing to hit me with a bite.
Unfortunately I knew the pattern of the attack, I jumped straight up right before being hit by the bite.
Despite the hovering position, I was still able to twist my body and release a slash right in his head.
My body was flooded with sweat mixed with the blood of monsters, the fishy smell mingled with sweat, making it hard to distinguish.
The sword is getting blunt because many times it collides sharply with claws or canine teeth, not infrequently to make a lot of scratch marks.
My face looked red, not from anger, but the result of a bloodbath. I don't know how long I've been fighting, my mind is empty, my eyes are staring blankly.
“Until when this fight will end,”.
“Will it end or not?” I asked at the wind that was blowing fast, sweeping away every shadow of the monster that was in front of me.
“My body is no longer strong, please. end.” That was the last sentence before I completely closed my eyes and was unconscious.
Can I finally sleep, quietly?
