Christopher and Alta walk into Aerin and Shena's room. The two women were unconscious due to the influence of the drug and they may have fallen asleep because they were tired, let alone not eating for several days because of Anne's actions.
Christopher sat down on the chair beside Aerin's bed. The middle-aged man's tears were unstoppable. Is this the little princess who was separated from him for about 30 years? Is this the daughter she used to hang out with and stayed up every night to change her diaper?
This separation did not happen because of Christopher's wishes, he did not want to part with his wife and child. He wanted to defend them but fate and will rob him of the happiness he carved out in such a way.
"Girl, this is Da-ddy, ma-af." Christopher's voice looked raucous and unable to speak.
Christopher's heart is like being pierced by an ice sword that blows very deep into the spine. He looked at his little daughter. For Christopher, Aerin is still the little princess he wants to call Baby A.
"Wake, Son. Daddy wants to make amends for all Daddy's mistakes. Sorry, sorry." Christopher clasped Aerin's cold hand. Again and again, his heart ached to see the wounds on his daughter's hands. I don't know what Anne did that left so many scars on Aerin's body.
"Hiks hyks."
Christopher is a ruthless man with all his ambitions and revenge. He can remove human intestines if he dares to disturb his life. He rarely said an apology and thank you especially while crying like this.
Alta also cried regretfully. He looked at his sister with mixed feelings. Between being happy and feeling guilty for spreading her sister's suffering.
"I'm sorry Brother Baby A. Forgive Brother," said Alta also with regret that did not stop tormenting her.
Alta crouched beside her sister's bed while rubbing the part of Aerin's leg covered by a thick blanket from the hospital.
"Wake up Baby A" he said. "Sister wants to hug you and apologize" he said.
Christopher glanced at Alta then rubbed his son's shoulders. 30 years they both looked for Aerin and new at the meeting after making many mistakes on the woman. Now this guilty feeling infiltrated and pierced the chest of the two.
"Dad." Alta raised her gaze and looked at Christopher wistfully.
"Everything will be fine" Christopher said, calming his son.
Aerin's wiggly fingers move. Just contact the words and views of Christopher and Alta were addressed to the woman.
"Baby A," call both compact.
Slowly Aerin's eyes opened. His head was still very heavy and his body felt crumpled as if there was a broken joint inside.
Aerin looked at the two men. The woman's eyes were perfectly rounded she was about to get up and run. But his body could not move.
"Don't be afraid, son," Christoper restrained Aerin's body from sitting down.
"Sir, please don't hurt me. I beg you," please Aerin cupped his hands together in the chest. The woman glanced at the next to him. There his little daughter was still comfortably asleep.
"Aerin, don't be afraid. We won't hurt you" Alta said softly.
Aerin instantly fell silent, he seemed to not believe that Alta was speaking so softly to him. He still remembered this man slapping him and stepping on his fingers five years ago.
.
.
Aerin froze in place upon hearing Christopher and Alta's explanation. Several times he stared at the two men in turn, between believing and disbelief.
"Baby?" repeated again.
Aerin knew his father was only Rollies but now he did not know how his father was. After he was home he never heard from his father again.
"Yes Aerin. Daddy's sorry" said Christopher looking deeply at his daughter. It was very curious that she was embracing the weak body of her daughter but what a force, her mistake was blocking it all.
"How can you?" ask Aerin who still does not believe.
Agam, Yoas, Yoel and the three twins went into Aerin and Shena's ward.
"My son" said Aerin.
The three climbed onto the Aerin cage which was quite large.
"Mommy, does it still hurt?" shaka asked Aerin's hand.
Aerin's mind was instantly sidetracked. These children are able to divert their shattered and messy world, seeing smiles and hearing their voices like the most powerful medicine for the wounds in his heart.
"Mommy, fine, Son," Aerin replied smiling knots.
"This Mommy is Grandfa and Uncle Alta" said Zanka introduced the two men with pride.
Aerin again surprised, did his three children already know that the man beside his bed was his real father? Aerin looked at the two men, however the feeling of pain and disappointment especially considering what Christopher and Alta had done to him made Aerin's heart hurt.
.
.
"Slow down, sweetie." Robson extended his hand welcoming Ratih.
"Thank you, Dad" said Ratih.
Ratih took a long breath. Today he is going to Sidney to catch up with his son and grandson. The middle-aged woman looked impatient to hug her daughter who had not met for more than a dozen years.
"Aren't you impatient?" guess Robson chuckles at his wife.
"Yes Dad, Mommy wants to meet Baby A soon," said Ratih with a fluffy smile.
"Yes, Dad too. Come on," take Robson.
Ratih hugged her husband's arm spoiled. Robson was the most comfortable for her to lean on, let alone Robson's gentle and friendly attitude towards her made the woman want to linger with the man.
The two got on the plane and were greeted by the crew who served there.
Ratih sat beside her husband by leaning his head against the man's sturdy boat.
"Dad."
"Yes, Mother?"
"Mother feels like a dream finally found Baby A. Mother had always wanted to meet him but he always refused. Mother is afraid if Baby A does not accept Mother again, Father," said Ratih who could not stem his feelings of worry.
"Baby A is a good woman, I am sure if he will forgive all your mistakes" Robson said.
Robson clasped his wife's hand. The man's gaze looked blank, he got word from Agam that the ex-husband of his wife was also in Sidney. Robson was shocked to learn that his rival was the first husband of his wife.
To be honest, the fear entered his heart, what if the man later took his wife?
"Dad, why?" ask Ratih.
"Mother." Robson looked at his wife seriously.
"Yes, Dad. Why?" ask Gentle coach.
Robson let out a long sigh, to be honest he wouldn't be able to afford to lose Ratih in his life. This woman is a light to him but what if the feeling of Ratih still loves Christopher even though it has been over for 30 years?
Seriate....
