"Arghhhhhhhhhhhh."
In the delivery room a woman is struggling to give birth to her babies. Several times she screamed when the contractions began to attack her abdomen.
"Come Miss, you can do it, for sure" said one of the men holding the woman's hand.
"Yes Miss. Come Miss!" exclaim the man who was his one.
"Arghhhhhhhhhhhh."
"Sister Yoas. Brother Yoel, sick. I'm not capable of. I'm not strong," the woman's chattering resounded.
"You can do it, Miss," replied one of them.
"Silence Miss. Slowly. Let's try again," said the one.
The doctors and nurses in charge of helping the delivery appeared to be encouraging.
"Let's go again" said the doctor.
"Arghhhhhhhhhhhh."
"Owe owe owe owe."
The doctor took the first baby and gave it to the nurse.
"Owe owe owe owe." The second baby came out.
"Owe owe owe owe." The third baby came out.
"Owe owe owe owe." The fourth baby came out.
"Hurry to clean the babies," asked the doctor.
"So, she's bleeding" the nurse reported.
Doctors are fighting to save the mother who is bleeding heavily. Trying to hold the blood so as not to come out a lot. Moreover, looking at that woman's face that looked ashen as it was bloodless. Slowly the woman's eyes closed.
"Dok, the patient fainted," said the nurse.
"Take oxygen" the doctor ordered.
While the four babies who have just been born, immediately cleaned and brought out of the delivery room. The mother is still fighting death.
"Enter blood transfusions" the doctor ordered.
"Okay Doc" said a nurse.
"Critical patient conditions, Doc," reports the others.
"Prepare the operating room" the doctor said.
"Good Doc."
Doctors and nurses were fighting to save the woman who had just experienced severe bleeding. She gave birth normally without surgery, even her four babies were healthy without any shortage.
"Dok, please save him" said the man, crying.
"We will do our best, sir. But you better wait outside."
The man was forced to go out and occasionally saw a calm woman being handled by doctors and nurses.
"Sister, how's Miss Aerin doing?" ask Yoel.
Yoas shook his head weakly, "He's still being treated by a doctor" said Yoas.
Armed with the skills at his disposal and an experienced Yoel living abroad, they can finally survive even though they have to find a job there.
"Sister is afraid Miss, why-why," said Yoas wiping his tears.
Aerin was already considered like a younger brother to Yoas. Moreover, the nature of Aerin is meek and friendly. Even the woman did not look from her origin. Although an employer of Aerin nature remains humble. She did not look next to her husband's assistant.
"How are the twins?" joash asked, trying to calm down to not panic.
"They're in the baby's room" replied Yoel.
"Yes has accompanied the twins, let Brother keep Miss here," said Yoas to his sister.
"Yes, sister" said Yoel directly to the baby's room.
Joash sat with his frustrated face. He could not bear to see Aerin's suffering. Especially considering the treatment of Christopher and Alta to his Young Miss makes Yoas' heart sicker. Aerin not only as an employer but also a sister who is so dear to Yoas.
"I promise I'll take care of you, Miss. Someday you will meet again with the Young Master," murmured Yoas propped his back against the wall.
In the last few months, they have been living as they are in this foreign country. It was fortunate that Yoas had some savings during his time as Alan's assistant. It was the money he used to survive until he got a job. Yoas and Yoel work for a mining company. The experience they had while working with Alan, led them to find a more decent job.
Although not yet fully able to give a decent life to Aerin. At least they no longer live a shortage like the early came to this country.

"Cup cup, Daddy's darling, don't cry yeah, honey. Mommy is sleeping" said Yoas holding Aerin's baby girl.
"O Papa's hotshot, wahh so smart!" yoel yelled too.
The two men became caretakers of Aerin's four children. Aerin was unconscious after bleeding. He was still comfortably asleep in a hospital cage. He looked calm even though the cries of his four children continued to echo.
"Sister, hasn't there been any change about, miss?" ask Yoel.
"Yet. Miss has not shown her reaction" said Yoas.
Yoas looked at Aerin, deeply saddened to see the suffering of this woman. Why did the problems in his life never stop? There are things that make him like an unworthy person happy.
Yoas puts her only baby girl next to Aerin. He stared at the pale face filled with such hoses. Still remember once Aerin struggle during her pregnancy, everywhere the woman had to bring all four lives in her stomach and even without a husband.
"Miss, when did you wake up? Don't you want to see your baby? They miss you, Miss," said Yoas, rubbing Aerin's head. "Wake up Miss, your struggle is still long. You must be strong for the sake of your children" continued Yoas again.
Joel also felt sadness. The last few months of living in simplicity with Aerin, made him learn many things. From that woman he learned to be strong and firm as a man. Learn to be a tough fighter against the cruelty of life.
"Yes Miss, Little Miss keeps crying looking for you," continued Yoel.
The two brothers can only sigh long while sleeping there is a response or speech from Aerin. The woman fell asleep comfortably in her sleep without being disturbed in the slightest.
"Sister, what should we do?" asked Yoel who was confused by Aerin's condition, the woman had been in a coma for several weeks.
The doctor did not explain anything, Aerin has passed the critical period. However, somehow the woman did not wake up from her sleep.
"So I'll ask the doctor again" replied Yoas. "Bring Little Miss a break," he told her.
Joas and Joel stay in the hospital to look after Aerin and her four children. The newborn children were in the same room as the mother. Actually the doctors have ordered that all four be taken home. However, no one took care of them and Joash and Joel were forced to stay in the hospital with Aerin and her four children.
