Fatma asks Reymond to meet with Rumi, he feels bad for the treatment Reymond has done to the woman.
"Come, Mas. I just wanted to see him for a minute." Fatma kept holding her husband's hand to allow him to meet Rumi.
Reymond shook his head slowly, clearly he would never bring them together again. "Darling, I've been telling you the truth. I've sent him back to country A and he's gone now with Zen."
Yes, Fatma thought about her husband's actions all night and this morning she planned to meet him one last time, but it's true that Reymond said that Rumi had left the country.
"really? When did they leave?" ask Fatma who has not trusted Reymond's words to her.
Reymond exhaled violently, if the position of Fatma was still as before, maybe this time he would again scold the woman who is now his beloved wife.
"Last night, baby. I sent him last night directly, after the effect of the medicine I injected was gone."
Fatma bent her face, she constantly felt bad towards Rumi.
"But I–"
"It's not you who's wrong. So you don't have to apologize to him and what I've done is just to make him a deterrent, so as not to dare to mess with you or our family later" Reymond said, give a little understanding to his wife.
"Yes, I know, Mas." Fatma rose from her seat in a doldrums, she could not argue with her husband. What Reymond said has a point, too.
"Are you angry?" reymond asked who saw his wife bend her face.
"I'm just sorry for not being able to apologize to her," Fatma replied as she passed by from beside Reymond.
"Darling, I have a surprise for you" Reymond said, holding Fatma's hand before she left.
"What surprise, Mas?" ask Fatma who is sitting back.
Reymond smiled as he reached into one of the pockets of his suit pocket, he thrust a small velvet box in front of his wife.
"Beautiful ring for my wife" Reymond said as he opened the velvet box.
Fatma fell silent, she was still amazed by the ring Reymond had gifted her. "Mas?!"
"You're the best girl for me, baby."
"Ta–but isn't this too much?" tanya Fatma who was still staring at that glittering little thing.
Reymond smiled and shook his head slowly, taking the ring from the box and putting it on Fatma's ring finger. He remembered when they were married at that time, not giving any jewelry just cash as his dowry.
"It's perfect for you" Reymond said as he slowly kissed his new wife's hand as he fitted the diamond ring.
"Mas, this is too much. I can't take it." Fatma said while trying to get the ring out of her finger.
Seeing Fatma who was about to release the ring back, Reymond immediately blocked it. "Don't open, baby. Let's just say this is one of the signs of our marriage. Besides, I didn't give you any jewelry at the time."
Fatma fell silent, she undoes her intention to remove the ring, because as Reymond said, if they did not exchange rings or anything while married.
"alright. But isn't this overkill?" Fatma still felt that what Reymond had given her was too much.
"No, hon. It's the simplest and most elegant model, so it doesn't really stand out when you wear it for a day" Reymond replied as he watched the ring tucked into his wife's ring finger.
"Oh, yes, I forgot to say that Mommy and Daddy are coming here tomorrow" Raymond told the news of his parents' arrival.
At once, Fatma widened her eyes and closed her mouth, she was very surprised and happy when she heard the news of her father-in-law's arrival, of course she missed him so much because it had been a month and more they did not meet.
"really? Why didn't Mommy tell me this?" ask Fatma with excitement.
Reymond smiled happily, he knew that his wife missed both parents very much, especially the mommy.
"Maybe Mommy forgot, so she didn't tell you" Reymond said, rubbing Fatma's head.
"I didn't expect that I'd fall for you this deep, lucky that I married you religiously and stateally, right then," his mind did not distract him from the wife who was inside next to him.
Fatma lowered her head, knowing that her husband was watching her as she blinked. "It's a good thing that Tio and Tantri have gone to school, so I'm not seduced by them either" he said as he watched the ring he had just worn a few minutes ago.
Today Reymond is taking a leave of absence and leaving all work to Zio, he wants to spend his time at home with Fatma, his wife. Reymond himself took a leave of absence without his wife's knowledge.
"Mas, you're not going to the office?" ask Fatma because she was surprised by the husband who was not usually always at home during the day.
"No, today I want to spend some time with you" Reymond replied as he laid his body on the sofa, while his head was on Fatma's lap.
Reymond took Fatma's hand and put it on his head. "Now it's my turn to spy on you" he said.
Fatma smiled at her husband's words, she also did what Reymond wanted, namely rubbing his head.
"Since when have you been spoiled like this, Mas?"
"Okay, maybe it's because I want to be pampered."
"Are you the kind of person who likes to be spoiled?" tanya Fatma was curious.
Reymond got up from his sleep, he told Fatma to go to sleep as he had done. Without refusing, Fatma followed the direction of her husband who told her to lie down, Reymond also rubbed Fatma's head slowly.
"How is. Do you like it?" reymond asked without stopping his activities.
Fatma closed her eyes, she permeated every touch of her husband. "It's been a long time that I don't feel a stroke in my head, since the last time mom and dad did it before I died" she said.
"I–iya, this is convenient." Fatma said as she rose from her sleep and sat back down, she could not help but hold back the tears that just flowed down her cheeks because she remembered her mother and father who were gone.
Reymond, who saw his wife rubbing the corner of his eye, felt uncomfortable. "Have I hurt him?" ask in the heart.
"Darling, are you okay? Why crying? Have I made a mistake?" reymond asked worriedly while pulling the wife into his arms.
Cuddled by Reymond, Fatma shook her head slowly. "I'm fine, Mas. It's okay."
"Why are you crying?"
"I'm .. I just remember my mom and dad." The cry that Fatma had just weathered, finally spilled as well. He really misses both of his parents.
Reymond now felt more guilty, because it made his wife cry. "Darling, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to make you sad."
Reymond hugged her for a while, until Fatma's cry subsided, and she let go of his embrace.
