Along the way home from the hospital, Fatma was silent and did not say much because she was busy with her own sugar to the point that Reymond ignored her.

Reymond was a little upset at Fatma, because his wife had no intention of explaining about the man who had invited him to chat in the hospital parking lot.

Reymond cleared his throat to distract Fatma from the sugar. But, it's not Fatma's name if she directly understands Reymond's code.

"I know his name, I mean how did he know you? As I recall, the first time we met you didn't even recognize me"

"You're starting to suspect me again, sir?"

"of course. I'm wondering how you got to know some pretty successful men, when I know how your neighborhood is"

"Have you finished talking, sir?"

"When will you suspect me? If you really object to me being able to know a lot of people, why do you still keep me?"

Fatma continued to force herself to the road as she exited Raymond's car.

"Why? Why would he just suspect me? Why is he always judging me badly?"

Fatma stopped at one of the park benches she did not know where it was, he walked for almost an hour without looking at his left right and just followed his heart telling him to keep going.

He cried alone on the bench, until his stomach felt cramping more pain than before. Until a park visitor realized it because he saw blood that began to drip on a bench occupied by Fatma.

Fatma began to see the direction indicated by the mother.

"Da–blood?"

After saying that, Fatma began to lose consciousness. Yeah, he fainted.

Fatma realized when she was back in the hospital again, she saw a man who was behind her while receiving a call from someone.

"Ayunda, are you conscious?" ask Leandro.

"Where am I?" fatma asked as she began to recognize the person.

"You're in the hospital" Leandro replied.

"Again?" fatma asked with a pale face.

"What do you mean?" leandro did not understand.

"This morning I just got out of the hospital" Fatma replied weakly.

"What's? How come?" ask Leandro.

Fatma did not answer him, she turned her face away from Leandro.

"Sir, how's my fetus doing? Are they okay?" fatma asked slowly, in fact she did not expect more, only her hope in the fetus was still there.

"You're miscarrying, Ayunda. You're bleeding heavily from the shock" replied Leandro

Hearing Leandro's reply, Fatma's tears shed instantly.

The flashback

At that time Leandro's car passed a park, he was very curious in the park because many people were crowding to cause traffic jams, upset waiting for Leandro to get out of his car and approach the crowd

"Miss-all?" leandro murmured when he realized there was a woman lying unconscious with her legs d****.

"Pa, please help me lift the woman up, she's my friend, and she's currently pregnant young" Leandro told a gathering of fathers.

"Well, mas" Javanese the fathers while helping Leandro to lift Fatma's body.

After successfully carrying Fatma into the car, he immediately drove his vehicle at high speed to the nearest hospital.

Arriving at the hospital, Leandro immediately carried Fatma's body and took her to the ER room to be treated by a doctor.

Faithfully, Leandro waited for the doctor to examine Fatma on the doorstep of the room, nor did he tell Reymond the news of Fatma's bleeding. Because Leandro was sure that Fatma had bleeding from her cousin.

Half an hour later, the doctor came out of the room.

"Doctor, how is my friend inside?"

"Can I talk to her husband?"

"His husband is out of town, he is the wife of my cousin. I'm in charge as long as he's not here, you can tell me"

The doctor looked confused by the news he was about to deliver.

"Actually, the patient has very heavy bleeding. Maybe before the patient had run quickly, to the point of shaking his stomach and causing bleeding. Her fetus was not yet strong enough to receive the shock and resulted in a miscarriage"

"A–what? Can't you guys do anything?"

"The great bleeding that resulted in the miscarriage cannot be prevented. Please sign the approval of this operation, because we have to do it immediately" the doctor said, handing over the paper carried by the nurse next door.

Leandro had no choice but to agree, with a heavy heart, he signed the letter. After the letter was approved by Leandro, then the doctor began to do all the procedures.

Long enough Leandro waited for Fatma until he woke up.
