Chapter 21

Reymond is currently dealing with Leandro, actually he feels embarrassed and also angry with his cousin.

He was embarrassed that his cousin found out he had two wives, and he was also angry that Leandro was helping Fatma to pay for all her sister's hospital expenses.

"So right my suspicions all along?" leandro asked, looking coldly at his cousin.

"Why are you interfering with my personal affairs?" ask Reymond.

"Ha.h, I have absolutely no intention of interfering with your personal affairs, it's just that the woman you marry is the woman I've been looking for" Leandro said.

"What do you mean, Lean?" Rey was curious about Leandro's words.

"Fatma Ayunda, the little girl I used to be with. She is my target girl" Leandro replied calmly.

"You're fine, Lean. Even though we are rivals, but you are not worthy to say if Fatma is your target girl let alone you talk like that to her husband" Rey said, he doesn't like it if Leandro says that Fatma is the girl he's been looking for all this time.

Rey began to be close to Lean when he just moved from country B, Lean used to often tell a little girl who was always with him and the girl named Ayunda. But when he finds out if the girl Lean is referring to is Fatma Ayunda, Rey is quite emotional. For some reason, it seems he really does not like if there are other men who pay attention to Fatma, even though he himself feels not interested in his wife.

"His husband? What husband do you mean? Isn't your beloved wife Nadira? Then why are you still defending Ayunda?" asked Leandro who was also feeling annoyed.

"Enough Lean! You've already passed" infuriated Reymond.

Leandro looked at Reymond with a dismissive smile, he was also annoyed at Rey who he thought had taken Fatma away from him. Leandro disliked defeat very much, and for this time he was determined to take Fatma again from him.

"You should pay more attention to your second wife, you will immediately get a surprise from her" said Leandro before leaving Reymond who did not understand Leandro's words.

"Wait, what's your surprise?" reymond asked who was curious about Leandro's last words, but unfortunately his cousin was reluctant to answer them and instead left him alone in the room.

Reymond was curious about the surprise that Leandro meant, if Leandro did not tell him, he would find out.

Then Rey called the man who this morning he told her to follow his wife.

"Sir, I brought you this" said the man, handing him a brown envelope in front of Raymond.

"What's this?" reymond asked, receiving the brown envelope.

"For the time being I'm still investigating who the people in the photo are, and what that has to do with Mrs Nadira" replied Mike, the man he told to follow his wife.

Slowly Reymond opened the envelope to find out the contents, he was more curious about the photos of the people who were there, because he still remembers very well with the face of the little girl and the man and middle-aged woman he had seen.

"Didn't Nadira say she was going to her parents' house this morning? Then why did he go to that house again? And who exactly are they? What does this have to do with Nadira?" there are so many questions in Rey's mind.

"It is impossible that if Nadira dares to betray me, she is a kind woman who is meek. Even though I didn't have a long relationship with him but I believed him, there was no way he was just playing me" Reymond murmured as his hands continued to flip through the photo taken from inside the brown envelope.

"Okay sir, I'll give you the full information as soon as possible" Mike replied.

"Hmmm, you can go now" Reymond ordered.

"Okay sir, excuse me" said Mike before he left in front of Reymond.

Reymond was still faithfully staring at the photos, various prejudices were in his heart, starting from their first night which was very disappointing for him. He had never had an i****m relationship before, but he could quite tell which ones were familiar and which ones were still original.

The flashback

Reymond wants to do his first night with Nadira, he craves those moments. But in reality, it was very disappointing that he was not the first time for Nadira.

"Who?" reymond asked coldly by directly moving away from Nadira.

"What– do you mean, dear?" nadira asked nervously. "Could he have realized it?" nadira's afraid. "What should I do if he suspects me?" ask his heart again.

"Take me honestly! Who preceded me?" asked Reymond straightforwardly.

Nadira's guts shrieked upon hearing Reymond's high tone.

"I'm sorry, Rey. I used to do it with my boyfriend, but before we knew each other" Nadira said, she was still trying to cover up something Reymond didn't know.

"Why? I think you're a good woman who can keep her honor" Reymond said coldly.

"I'm sorry I let you down, Rey. I love you so much now and forever, please forgive me" Nadira replied with tears that had begun to pool.

Reymond could not bear to see Nadira crying, but he also felt disappointed in her. If that's the case, why isn't Nadira telling the truth when they're not married? why would he know it this way?

"Rey, don't we love each other? Can't you accept the lack? I know, I lied to you and disappointed you, but I didn't mean to do any of that. I don't think you're going to have a problem with something like this. I'm really sorry!" nadira said with tears flowing.

Reymond felt that if he had gone too far with Nadira, he hugged Nadira again to calm him down.

"Alright, I'm sorry for being rude to you. I love you so much too, Dira" Reymond said. And they finally made up again, that's why Reymond did not take Nadira to go on a honeymoon until now.

Flashback off

Given that, Reymond felt annoyed himself. He wanted to go to Fatma, but Fatma was still weak and was still being treated. Eventually Reymond can only hold it until Fatma is back to health again.
