Chapter 23
Reymond sat pensively on the sofa in Fatma's ward. After his arrival, the doctor immediately called Reymond to meet and talk important in his study.
Unceasingly he stared at a woman who was still sleeping on the sickle bed, no matter what her heart was feeling at the moment, he was also confused.
"Why in front of him can't I control myself? Haven't I always been able to control all my emotions and h***t was? Then why when with him that feeling I can not resist? Why do I feel angry and dislike if he is close to another man? I've really been driven mad by this little boy" Reymond murmured.
"Now what should I do? The doctor rebuked me for what I did last night to him. Sure enough, what I did was outrageous, but it wouldn't have happened if he hadn't been helped by Leandro and he didn't say anything to me about his sister's accident" he quietly rubbed his face rough.
The flashback
"Sir, are you fighting?" ask the doctor who handles Fatma.
"What do doctors mean? I don't understand" Reymond said.
"I don't know whether or not you guys had a fight, it's just that while I was examining the patient, I saw some bruises on the patient's body" the doctor replied.
Reymond was quite surprised by the statement the doctor had just said.
"It's impossible if I do violence against him" Reymond refused.
He still does not realize that what he did last night included violence, forcing Fatma to serve him. However, the name forcing is still an act of violence.
"I didn't realize it was a doctor's wound, because I never had violence against him" Reymond replied, still refusing.
The doctor breathed a rough breath.
"I don't accuse you of doing it either, I'm just asking. Sorry if you were offended by my question" the doctor said.
"I only suggest that if you are facing a problem, it is better to talk with a cool head so as not to get carried away with emotions. The mental state of the patient is also still unstable, so it is likely that the patient may be traumatized, which is what I am worried about" the doctor said.
There was guilt in Reymond's heart as he learned of the effect of his actions on Fatma.
"I'm outrageous" Reymond murmured again.
"Well doctor, from now on I will really take care of my wife. Thank you very much for your help" Reymond said, shaking the doctor's hand.
After finishing their conversation, Raymond resigned to return to the Fatma treatment room.
Flashback off
"From now on I should be able to truly guard it, let alone Leandro deliberately already waving his war flag, it's impossible if I have to allow Fatma to stay in the apartment alone because it could be an opportunity that Leandro will take advantage of" Raymond murmured softly.
Fatma woke up because she wanted to go to the bathroom, she was surprised to see Raymond who was asleep in a position sitting on the sofa of the room.
Slowly, Fatma got out of the patient's bed.
He tried not to make any noise so as not to wake Reymond who was sleeping, but just as he stepped up, Reymond's voice sounded like a person reprimanding him and it made him surprised.
"Where are you going?" ask Reymond
"Tu–tuan? Sorry if I interrupt your break" Fatma said, bowing her head in fear when she saw Reymond's face as upset.
Reymond himself felt strange towards Fatma's attitude which instead lowered his head when he saw her.
"I'm asking you, so answer correctly instead of bowing your head like that!" reymond said, which made Fatma even more afraid of him.
"Sa–I just want to pee, sir" Fatma replied nervously out of fear.
"Yes, go!" reymond said and let Fatma go.
Fatma no longer answered her words, she simply nodded her head and left in front of Reymond.
"Why is he here? Shouldn't she be with Madame Nadira right now?" batin Fatma wondered when she was behind the bathroom door.

Across town, a woman is enjoying a vacation with her little daughter. The woman is Nadira, a fact that Reymond does not know is Nadira actually has a daughter that he left behind along with his in-laws and ex-husband. But sometimes they are still in touch behind his family, as they are today.
Nadira chooses to hide his status in front of Reymond, because he knows that Reymond is a man who can do anything with his power. It made her afraid that if Reymond would hurt the two people who were very valuable to her, she herself did it because when she was with her husband she could not have anything she wanted.
Easy, the reason is because of money, wealth, and fame. Nadira likes all those things, so he chose to leave the person he loves to pursue the satisfaction he wants.
Her ex-husband himself could not ban what Nadira wanted, because he was also unable to give what Nadira wanted. Even with no idea of her embarrassment, her ex-husband likes to ask Nadira for a share. Nadira himself felt no objection because she also still loved her ex-husband very much.
Nadira's relationship with her ex-husband was arguably like an affair, she who still loves her ex-husband but because of the pursuit of satisfaction she was released, and the same with the ex-husband Nadira himself. They love each other and want each other. Be he can only support what is the decision of Nadira, because he thinks it will also be beneficial for him.
