Chapter 169 Kaylee Has Admitted

After the Emperor went inside the bathroom, Kevin sat down next to Kaylee to check the child's body temperature. When he woke up, he checked and went down. He wanted to make sure of it again before waking her up.

"Thank God the fever has gone down. If you hadn't come down, Tania would have been mad at me." Kevin muttered in relief.

"Darling, dear Kaylee, wake up. It's noon. You should have breakfast before taking the medicine." Kevin stroked Kaylee's cheek gently to wake her up.

As the Emperor walked out of the bathroom, he saw this scene and furrowed his brows.

Kevin and Kaylee let go of their embrace but did not let go completely. They just stretched like they didn't want to part.

"There's nothing. Why why anyway? I just feel uncle is very good. He's been looking after me all night. Can't you hug to thank me?" Kaylee answered, pursing her lips.

"Oh..." The Emperor knew there must be something between them. But he didn't want to dispute it. If Kaylee didn't want to tell him, she wouldn't have forced him either.

"Uncle, if Kaylee's okay can we go to the hospital?" Ask the Emperor Kevin.

"Kaylee is better. But he just recovered. However the hospital environment will not be good for him in the meantime. Later if it's fully recovered, I'll bring you there myself." Kevin answered with an explanation.

"All right then." The Emperor did not argue and nodded his head.

"Breakfast is ready below. I'll catch up after feeding Kaylee some food and medicine. You can go alone, right?"

"But I don't want to be here. I want to have breakfast with you guys downstairs." Kaylee refused. He did not want to be left alone in the room.

"All right then. Let uncle carry you." Kevin did not forbid. He immediately reached out his hand to lift Kaylee.

Two days later, Kevin kept his promise and took the two children to the hospital to visit Tania. During these two days, Kevin didn't go to the company. He works from home. Danil came several times each day to bring him work or to report some important issues. Kevin also does not come to the hospital to see Tania at all and only makes phone calls and videos with her.

"Darling, he said you were sick. How are you doing now?" Tania asked worriedly. He immediately reached out his hand to check Kaylee's body temperature. He heaved a sigh of relief after confirming that Kaylee's body temperature was normal.

"Md. Kaylee already knows. But the Emperor still doesn't know." Kaylee replied in a low voice. Tania looked at the Emperor who was already sitting on the sofa waiting while playing his phone.

"Well that's okay." Tania breathed a heavy sigh. He knows his two children well. The Emperor's nature was more harsh.

"Darling, are you blaming mommy?" Tania was worried.

"No. Mommy, can I sleep with my mom? I miss mami so much." Kaylee blinked her eyes.

"Of course."

"Tania, grandma sent me some chicken soup. Do you want to eat?" Kevin approached while showing him the box.

"Gee... It must be delicious, right?"

"Yes. This is grandma's chicken soup. You used to like him a lot. I'll bribe you later." Kevin moves quickly by getting rice and chicken soup for Tania.

"No need for uncle. Didn't uncle have a meeting today? Uncle is busy. Let me feed mami." Kaylee woke up and spoke with passion.

"..." - ".Tania narrowed her eyes looking at Kevin.

"Yes. There's a little problem in the company. So I'm gonna have an online meeting to discuss it." Kevin answered explaining.

"alright. You get busy first. Not because I worked you out to be a mess." Tania said attentively.

"alright. Then I'll go there first. If you need something, don't hesitate to call me okay?"

"okay."

Kevin went to one side. Which is quite close to the Emperor's seat. Sit in front of the laptop and immediately start the meeting. Inside the patient's nursery, suddenly there were so many activities.
