Lidya leaned limp at the end of her bed. Her heart was so sick when it came to accepting Alex's treatment of being so rude to her. It is clear that she is so trivial and not so worthless in the presence of the man who calls himself her husband.
Lidya rubbed her tears that had now washed her face. Either until when he can survive the torments of this "forced" household hell. If given the request of Arman, his father-in-law, it was impossible for Lidya to win Alex's heart.
Now all he can do is be grateful, because now Alex has given him the freedom to do anything he wants. That means, he is free to go in and out of the house whenever he wants.
In silence Lidya thought of being able to pass the time. To be embraced and relax at home is not a habit of Lidya. He is too ordinary to do many things and does not want to waste the least amount of time in vain.
"I have to find a job" he murmured. "Staying alone all day here will only make me tormented and even more lamenting my fate which is still uncertain."
Lidya opened her laptop and started looking for jobs that she could do online, to supplement her income other than her online store.
Alex has said that he will not give him a living, so he must be clever to find a way to be able to earn his own income without having to ask his parents. And he avoided it very much, for he did not want to trouble them. Let him keep and feel for himself all his suffering at this time.
It has been almost an hour struggling to find a job vacancy, Lidya still has not found one that suits his abilities and desires. He was almost desperate, but suddenly he remembered Andre. Maybe his best friend can give him help, at least Andre might be able to find job information for him.
Lidya snatched her phone excitedly. He hopes Andre will still answer the call and talk to him, even though Alex has hurt him.
"Yes, Lid?" Sure enough, Andre answered Lidya's call quickly, Lidya did not stop breathing a sigh of relief.
"Ndre, forgive my husband" said Lidya, full of regret.
Andre's laughter was heard at the end of the call. "I can tell him, don't worry" he replied.
"I didn't think Alex would come."
"No matter Lidya, it's natural to me, because it's her right, she's your husband."
Lidya let out a long breath. "Thank you for understanding. That's you, Ndre. One thing I've always admired about you, your patience and sincerity for me."
Andre pretended to be amazed. "really? You admire me?"
Lidya chuckles. "Don't ge-er. 'You're just amazed."
Andre laughed off. "By the way, you can talk to me freely, where's your husband? "
"Away away. I'm alone now" replied Lidya.
"It's okay you're talking to me?"
"No dong, Andre has given me freedom, at least from now on, since I protested."
"A protest about his attitude?"
"Yes. I don't like her treatment of you, especially of me when she takes me home."
"Why is Lid, she's rude to you?" ask Andre.
"No, yeah, like his own way, you polar guy."
Andre was only able to sigh at the end there. He was so upset at not being able to do anything to help Lidya, at least for now.
"Is there anything you want to say?" andre asked, reminiscent of Lidya's purpose in contacting him.
"Oh yes, I forgot. Can you help me, Ndre?"
"What did you help me with, huh?"
"You're a businessman, maybe if there is information about job vacancies that suit me, I ask you to tell me, yes," Lidya replied.
Andre laughed when he heard it. "Job vacancy information, hm?"
"Yes, Ndre, I need a job right now" Lidya replied.
"Not wrong? Your parents and your husband are rich, why are you looking for a job?" Andre fishing rod. Actually he was surprised too, why did Lidya get like that, did her husband not give her a living?
"That's right, your husband's wife doesn't care for you" Andre said.
"No, just don't get bored here."
"Ehm, are you coming to my office tomorrow?" andre asked suddenly.
"to your office in Bandung?"
"Yes, in Bandung. Can you?"
Lidya was silent thinking about Andre's question. "What am I doing there?"
"She said she needed a job? I have another vacancy, which may suit you very well" replied Andre enthusiastically.
"Oh yeah? What is it, what does spil dong work and how?"
"You can see and know for yourself tomorrow, if you come" replied Andre.
"Ck! Always yes, I love to be curious!" lidya Protest.
Andre laughed at the same end. Laughing satisfied to make Lidya instantly frown.
"Prepare, tomorrow morning I'll pick you up" said Andre.
"Okay, all right."
"Don't forget to say goodbye to your husband, Lid."
"Ready, Mister Onion."

Mary stepped to the door in a hurry. Someone had already knocked on the door and pressed the bell a few times. Mary was afraid that someone might leave, impatiently waiting for the door to be opened.
Lidya was in her room, on the second floor. He did not hear voices from below. That day he went home to his parents, to find some appropriate clothes, which he would wear to Bandung, with Andre.
"Andre?" Maria was surprised when she saw that Andre had come to see you.
Andre smiled and nodded politely. "Andre wants to pick Lidya up, Auntie," he replied.
"There, Lidya is still in the room, you sit down first, let Auntie call Lidya," Mary replied with uneasiness, she was afraid Alex would suddenly come again and mess things up.
"Ma, Lidya went first with Andre, to Bandung," said Lidya as he stepped down from the stairs and then rushed to hug his mother and kissed the reverence, the back of the hand of the one who was already pregnant and gave birth to it into this world.
"Have you told me Alex, son?" ask Mary to make sure.
"Already, Ma. Alek agreed, I was allowed to go out as well, but I had to keep my guard up" Lidya replied.
"Thank God, then" said Maria. "Where are you going, my son, Ndre?" ask Maria who is now stepping closer to Andre.
"To Andre's workplace, Auntie, as I said yesterday, we are in need of someone suitable to be our advertising model" Andre explained, winking one eye and sticking his index finger to his lips, coded Maria not to divulge this secret to Lidya.
"Alright, hopefully according to the criteria you are looking for, son," said Maria gave support.
Andre nodded and smiled, then immediately pulled Lidya's arm, inviting her to leave immediately, accompanied by a hopeful look from Maria.
"Consider your youth, my children," he hissed in his heart.
"Why did you let them both go?" scold someone who just came
"Alex?"
