Chapter 11 Honeymoon

Sandra changed the bandage on Alex's ankle. He lifted Alex's aching leg up on his lap.

"Why are you quiet?" Sandra opened her voice because she saw her husband was not as chatty as usual.

"Nothing, I'm just admiring my wife who's really beautiful and kind"

"At home you praise me but outside you praise other women" Sandra said, remaining calm while tying a bandage.

"That's my expertise, baby, but trust me only you in my heart"

Sandra I'm worried about my own heart. I should've drained all your possessions this month and I'd have left you. But why don't I do it right away instead I'm busy admiring you Sandra.

"You daydreaming?" sandra's voice shocked Alex.

"Little"

"What are you thinking?"

"Confidential"

"What about you gonna cheat me?"

"Right" Alex pulled Sandra's arm that was about to move away. Sandra sat on Alex's lap.

"This day you don't give me gifts like you used to" Alex chanted his lips. The sign that he asked for Sandra's kiss.

"Not today I don't want to do it"

"Then let me do it. You just stay quiet and enjoy it" Alex grinned at the same time Antony came.

"Ma..."

Alex pulled his face with a look of annoyance.

"The hero can't you sleep? it's already night!" Sandra pinched Alex's waist.

"Be quiet" whispered Sandra annoyed.

"What's the matter, baby?"

"Mom tomorrow I'll go camping for three days"

"really"

"All right then"

Alex suddenly had an idea. He wants to take Sandra to the countryside. He wants to work with Sandra by living away from her luxurious facilities.

"Darling what if we also go to the countryside?"

"You crazy? what about your legs?"

"It's better I think the next two days I can walk normally. Do you want to go to the countryside? it's cold and very pleasant"

Sandra was silent at the thought of Alex's strange idea. So far Sandra has hardly visited places like the countryside or farms. He was more busy visiting socialites and parties last night.

Sandra was also curious about Alex's offer and finally she agreed to travel to the village. Alex accidentally takes Sandra on a business class train to the countryside. He left behind luxury cars and other facilities. In Sandra's suitcase live everyday clothes and supplies.

Along the way Sandra felt quite entertained to see the sights she did not meet in the city and at socialite parties. It was not long before the two arrived at the inn.

"We stay here?" Sandra was astonished by the simple inn in front of her. It was far from the luxurious impression he thought. She thought the man next to her would take her to a hotel.

"Where's the hotel?"

"The hotel? wh-wh-what for? we better stay at this inn and enjoy our real honeymoon"

"What did you say?! so I have to stay in this place?! it's not gonna happen Alex, I'm gonna call my secretary asking her to reserve a better place for me"

Sandra is busy with her phone, Alex looks calm. He grinned as he lifted his suitcase into the inn. Sandra grumbled in annoyance because there was no signal there. He could not call his secretary.

"Damn!" Finally Sandra lifted her suitcase and followed Alex. The building is more like a house. Sandra looked around the room.

"Alex what is this?!" sandra's face paled looking at the bathroom without a bathup and there was only a dipper there even the shower was not there.

"How do I take a bath Lex?"

"You can't use that thing? or do you want to take a bath with me?" Alex gave a wicked smile seeing Sandra get mad at him.
