CHAPTER 53. LIKE A ROLLER COASTER

“EH, the!” carefully and slowly Emily pulled back the linton necklace from Jaysen's hand. He was afraid that the blind man would pull off his necklace. “Nyo-mrs Sabrina who gave this necklace---”

“When?” cut Jaysen is starting to look impatient. His jaw stiffened like he was holding back anger. “When did you receive this necklace from him?”

 

“Ehm, the time finished the process of fitting clothes last week, the youth said that he would give me something.” Emily plays the tip of her skirt and occasionally squeezes it.

Slowly he felt uneasiness, he could feel Jaysen's change of emotions. Emily also began to think that soon Jaysen would explode his anger.

He even jumped in shock as Jaysen shouted to Argya . The girl's body trembled even more in fear of Jaysen's dark aura coming out strong.

 

“Ya, Young Master.” replied Argya who had been on guard before the library door.  It did not take long for the bodyguard to immediately enter and face his master. “Some I can help you with? Is there something Young Master needs?” tanyakanya.

 

“From now on there should never be another shipment coming in from outside just like that. Everything should be to my knowledge! Must be with my permission to be brought in. No matter who the shipment is from, do you understand?” he said with an angry voice.

 

Argya still remained calm in the face of the soaring anger of jaysen, he politely asked, “All Young Master's package?”

“Nevent need all packages. Special package intended for my future wife only. I don't like it when he receives a package or a shipment from someone else!”

 

“If there is a shipment that passes, it's your responsibility Argya!”

“What are you waiting for Argya? If you understand, get out of here! Leave us!” jaysen said again with a cold tone full of emphasis.

 

Argya felt heavy hearted leaving the room plus the pleading gaze that Emily directed at him. But Jaysen's orders were absolute, without even needing to say a word the bodyguard could feel the overwhelming intimidation pressure of the blind man.

 

“Alright then. Excuse me first.” uajrnya reluctantly, by waiting Argya's head finally turned away. “Please call me if anything is needed again.”

For a moment there was a suffocating silence as Argya passed away and the door of the library room closed again. The quiet atmosphere of the library that Emily used to love, but now is a place of terror that is scary for the girl.

 

“Honey, where are you?” jaysen's forehead creased as he sat back down and felt the sofa next to him but he did not find Emily there. “Honey? Comehere! Where are you?”

Emily huddled under the table. He covered his mouth with both hands so as not to make a sound.

 

Afraid! He's very scared. The girl knew that her act of hiding like this was quite ridiculous. But there wasn't enough courage he had to face an emotional Jaysen.

Lately he seemed to be lulled by Jaysen's attitude which turned a little friendly. The girl forgot that the blind man she was with could be terrible when she was angry.

 

“Honey? You're hiding, aren't you? Why shut up, honey? If I call you you have to answer dong? Don't just shut up! Honey, come out!”

Emily peeked out from behind the table, she took into account the possibility for her to be able to get out of the library secretly. Is safe? What if he gets caught and Jaysen hurts him again?

 

“You want to play hide and seek, baby? Want to try hiding from me?” jaysen asked, sitting on the couch.

With a smile at the corner of her lips that seemed to lift. Emily almost cried, Jaysen's drastic emotional change like this seemed to provide a trigger for the girl.

All the horrible memories of the violence he had experienced since arriving at this house instantly also sprung up in his eyes. Emily recalled all the cruelty the blind man had experienced Emily. All the fear and worry seemed to hit the girl hard again, making her body tremble even more. He buried his face between his thighs and held him back from making a sound.

 

“Calculate to ten yes, dear. If you do not go out too then I will be there to catch you loh.” said Jaysen warned.

“Ugh!” isak Emily held back tears. “Mama, fear! I'm so scared.”

“One.....two.....three.......”.

Emily closed her eyes, trying to hold back her fear. Really he felt with Jaysen like a very dangerous roller coaster ride.
