CHAPTERS 15. GIAN CARES

Gian circulated the gaze throughout the room with a frown. As he looked towards the corner of the room, hidden between the closet and the wall. “Ele?” sapa Gian was astonished to see the girl he knew now curled up behind the blanket with a trembling body. “Eleanor?” call him and walk towards him in slow steps.

“Ele? Why are you there?” Gian walked slowly closer then stretched out his hand but his movements came to a halt as he saw the girl's shocked reaction. “Ele? It's me, doctor gian. You remember me, right?”

He grew even more confused and frowned at seeing Emily's frightened expression upon seeing her. It's really weird, why doesn't he recognize Gian?

“Ja--don't get close!” emily said in an almost inaudible voice. He pulled the blanket over his entire body. “Do not approach! Don't touch me.”

Gian is further confused by Emily's reaction which he thinks is Eleanor. The girl looks increasingly frightened and Emily's condition that makes Gian increasingly desperate.

It was Jaysen who forbade her from getting close and touching Emily and now it is the girl who asks her the same thing. ‘They're in cahoots or what the hell?’ the weakness in the heart.

“Ele, I've come to treat you. Jaysen said that you were sick.” Gian said in a gentle tone so as not to scare Emily. Gian's attitude was like persuading a frightened little cat. The girl's reaction when she mentioned Jaysen's name made Gian's forehead even more wrinkled.

It was obvious that the girl he thought of as Eleanor was terrified. “Ele, hey..hey...Can I come over there? I have to check on you.” Gian said trying to get permission from Emily to get close to her.

Gian did not want to make the girl hysterical while trying to get close. But there was no word from Emily, she was still curled up quietly in a blanket that tightly covered her body.

“Good.” Gian felt that Emily would only refuse if she continued to push, eventually choosing to sit on the carpet. “How about I wait here and you can decide if I'm dangerous to you or not?”

Behind her blanket Emily bit her lips, the pain all over her body felt more throbbing especially the wrist that is now more swollen.

He hesitantly raised his blanket and peeked.

“Tenace. He's not here. It's just me and you. He asked me to come here to check on you because he said you were sick.”

Emily opened her eyes. While Gian seems to know that he wants to make sure if Jaysen is there or not. Emily didn't want to see that cruel and horrible blind man,

Slowly Emily lowered her blanket and attached it to her shoulder. His pair of eyes accidentally met a man wearing a white shirt and khakki-colored pants.

Emily tilted her head trying to remember the name of the man in front of her. She heard the man name, after scanning her for a moment she said, “Gi—Gian?”

ask her timidly.

Gian held his breath looking at the girl in front of him who was looking at him seriously. The pair of gray-colored eyes seemed to hypnotize him. “Ya Lord...”.

‘What happened here?’ whispers in the heart. Gian saw some blushing wounds on his neck and some parts of his body. And worse is the wrist.

BRAAKKK

“Gian!” exciting Jaysen once the room door opens, “How long is se---”

“Jay! Are you crazy, huh?” cut Gian instantly clutching the blind man's collar in anger. He beat the blind man and finished him off.

“What do you do?”

“You still ask what I did, heh?”

“Please take off my shirt! I don't understand you.” sergeant Jaysen after he managed to release Gian's hand grip.

“What have you done to that girl?”

“What do you mean ask so Gian?”

The emotional Gian sighed a few times, trying to calm down. “There were some bruises on his body. His neck also had a trace of a giggle and the most severe was his fractured left wrist and also his leg.”

“Ap—apa?”

“Jaysen Avshallom Wisesa! I know what kind of person you are. But whatever you did to that girl was already too outrageous! I didn't know you were human or what?”

There was no sound, the atmosphere in the room was silent for a moment and not a word came out of Jaysen's lips. He was digesting all Gian had said about the girl's condition.

“Cracked?” the whisper couldn't believe it.

“Iya! Have you ever pushed him to the point of falling or clutched his hands or feet firmly? And there's more, I saw a screech on his neck that had turned blue and looked terrible!” Gian took a momentary breath bit by bit dampening his anger. “Jaysen! Do you intend to kill the girl, huh?”

Jaysen frowned, last night he did strangle her neck and pushed Eleanor and grabbed her wrists and legs as the girl wanted to escape.

Even though the girl was already thrashing and screaming in pain but Jaysen acted as if he didn't care at all. Not to mention Evan's treatment which also must have treated him harshly when he wanted to rape Eleanor. “Even after that I still want to fuck her. Ta--.” murmured Jaysen.

“WHAT? Did you just say? What do you still want with him last night?” Gian shouted in disbelief until he repeated his sentence.

“A—aku's. Don't think of anything weird, Gian! Last night we almost did it but it's not because of him.eh.he passed out.”.

Gian looked at the blind man in front of him with a look of disbelief. “OK, so last night he passed out. And after that, did you check it out? Make sure he sleeps well?” Gian still tried to speak calmly and patiently held back his emotions.

“Eh? I—itu ak-.” The answer is no because last night after he found out Eleanor had fainted, Jaysen instead left the girl without caring about her. Just this morning when he ordered the maid to move the girl who was actually Emily into one of the bedrooms. There was no answer Jaysen could say, but Gian could already guess what might have happened.

Gian growled, unable to hold back his emotions that had peaked, Gian lashed a punch at Jaysen. Gian shouldn't have done that, he knew who and how a Jaysen Avshallom Wisesa was. But that pair of gray eyes was so alluring that it made Gian desperately want to protect him.

The two men hit each other, after Gian hit him back Jaysen who hit Gian with all his might. It was as if forgetting Jaysen's blind state and the possible consequences Gian would accept for his attitude.

While Jaysen who is now angry because Gian has dared to hit him did not stay silent. Even though he was now blind did not mean he lost his fighting ability. The two men hit each other to the ground.

Gian was already battered to death by Jaysen mercilessly. “Do not come here again unless I call you!” jaysen snapped as Gian was dragged out by his guards.

“Don't treat him as casually as Jaysen!” reply Gian did not want to lose still want to challenge Jaysen even though his condition has been battered. “As long as you know her, that girl is like a little cat who is always scared every time you hear your name!” yelled Gian again.

“What's really why? That little cat is mine! So it's up to me to treat him like what he is! She's mine! Remember that!” hardik Jaysen is about to hit Gian again.

“Basic crazy man! Arrogant and heartless!” yelled Gian so upset at Jaysen.
