The dreams?

Ren was surprised, when he felt his shoulder patted someone, and how shocked Ren, when he saw that the one who patted his shoulder was Dean, then what happened he saw earlier?

The dreams? According to Dean, Ren was so sleepy that he fell asleep in the car, on the way home, and because he had been asleep for too long, and in the afternoon, Dean decided to wake Ren up.

For a moment Dean fell silent, thinking of Ren's words, about throwing himself off the Mall's roof, and as Dean recalled, it was true that he was suddenly on the Mall's roof, and he didn't know what his purpose was, but when he heard Ren's voice calling out to him, Dean was surprised and finally realized, if only Dean had not heard Ren's voice, he might have been in another realm.

But when he was about to get out of the bathroom, Ren's legs seemed like someone was holding, and of course this, made Ren fall, and when he fell, he fell down, Ren clearly saw a woman with long but unkempt hair sitting right in front of him, grinning and bleeding from between her teeth.

The mysterious woman is right in front of Ren and in a crouching position, and then closely observes Ren's face.
