Ren was still thinking about the dream he had, why Bayu called him Meira, and why he could drown.

Seeing Meira's condition getting worse, and even doctors say, slim hope for Meira to be able to recover, because of the brain damage he experienced, Dean's mother was gripped with guilt, and the, because what caused Meira to go into a coma was her son.

After all Meira receives treatment at the hospital belonging to Dean's father's family, and automatically everything can be covered up, especially Meira is an orphan, no one will seek her whereabouts, and suspicious of her death, because people who know Meira, just know, Meira fell into a coma because she slipped from the upper floor of her house, but they did not realize that the cause of Meira fell because she was pushed by Dean.

The big deal, done by Ren's parents with Dean's mother, is to donate Meira's real heart, which still has a chance to live, to be transplanted to Ren, and close the secret.
