The loss of a mother made me very bad, although I never felt affection but I felt happy while with Mom. Now that I live alone with Agus, Yudi himself was still 3 years ago released from prison.

Long story short 2 years passed now I am sitting in the 3rd grade high school, soon I will graduate. Alhamdulilah now I already have 2 craft shops, my efforts are growing even though several times we suffered losses. But I don't give up, for me failure is common. All this time my life has been full of joy and sorrow, maybe more I feel the bitterness of life. The street kids I work with, they all go to school and they don't work anymore. I forbid them to work, maybe just help for a while and I told them to learn more school focus.

Meanwhile the ones I work with, they're neighbors who happen to want to work and some street beggars. I want to hire people around here first, I want the unemployment rate around where I'm going to decrease. I also want the absence of beggars, homeless people, poverty and so on in this country. I'm more looking for people who really need a job or those from the lower middle class. Maybe there are many unemployed people in this country, for example they graduate from High School, college or others. They are from the group of people who have enough, meaning they can still play, have a good mobile phone and are still able to go on vacation. Maybe that person is unemployed but still said capable, I did not employ such people.

Maybe there are some people who want to work at my place, they use a good motorbike his cell phone is also expensive, and, judging from his attitude they want to work with the aim of wanting to add pocket money or just want his status not unemployed anymore. Usually such people are not serious in work, usually tend to be lazy or prefer prestige. Maybe most of today every company or workplace is looking for employees who are good looking, have the ideal height, are young and have to interview first. But for me it's all unnecessary, young or old, the physical is not perfect, just a graduate of elementary school or not school that important people have a passion in work, the work is satisfactory, the work is satisfactory, moreover, that person really needs money for living expenses or supporting his family.

Many people who do not continue their school because they are unable, or those whose lives are from the lower middle class but it turns out they have extraordinary intelligence and abilities beyond those who graduate from college. What I'm looking for is people like that, it's a pity that people have more ability but because economic factors keep their dreams buried. Maybe people who are knowledgeable or have special intelligence can be seen from the attitude and way of speaking. Because of that I made a simple group, where it can be seen each ability of a person in which direction.

Although I am currently working in the arts but I have a desire to be able to help people achieve their dreams. I was helped by Mr. Ardi, Mr. Silvi and Mr. Rudi to channel their abilities. So they must write down their own abilities, ideals and desires. For example, in recent months, there was a 15-year-old girl named Lastri, she only went to school until grade 3 Elementary because her parents could not afford to pay for her school. Currently she works selling fried food in front of the road, she has a habit of drawing clothes designs such as wedding dresses and other interesting clothes. I think he's talented as a designer, before in a few months I want to hone his skills. Ms. Silvi herself helped, not just from the pictures but she learned to practice it. Slowly he made a pattern from paper and then made it directly from the fabric. Maybe early on he was still not proficient but Miss Silvi entered Lastri into a special school. In order for her to be more proficient and hone her skills, until for 7 months Lastri created a very beautiful dress. Bu Silvi from the beginning had said that this Lastri had pent-up talent and must be honed and trained.

Alhamdulillah now Lastri is believed to be a fashion designer, although small first but I am sure his persistence and strong determination will grant his dream. I'm happy to be able to help others, and right now I'm going to help people who want to make their dreams come true. But if the dream cannot be achieved, it can be in another way. Not all ideals can be achieved depending on their ability and fate, now this goal everyone can survive if given more sustenance it is a bonus. Actually it could be a dream that is impossible to grant as long as we continue to try because the fate of the person depends on determination and what we do now. If you just laze around, waiting and procrastinating the dream will never come true. The only way is to fight laziness and be ready to accept failure and obstacles.

So many companies are now bankrupt because of the poor quality of their work, they only rely on money and money. Nowadays money is in power, a lot of nothing can be bought with money even self-esteem as well. Now those who don't know anything can be officials, they buy people's hearts with money. Many of the artists or conglomerates are appointed as legislative candidates, even though their backgrounds do not know about politics. The important thing is that once they are elected, they can enjoy a hefty wage. Even though their work is just sitting around, it still regulates all these subordinates. That is strangely our country, the law feels can be bought by money. Just look at the artists or conglomerates who are entangled in the law but in his prison for just a moment, after being free can still smile and be accepted by the community and even return to continue the business world without any sign. Unlike people like us who are just ordinary people, for example there are poor grandparents who maling bananas in people's gardens or who steal because they need to eat. They can be in prison for several years and after they are free, will not be accepted again by the community may be expelled. They will be stamped as the thief and forever their good name is bad, isn't that unfair. Why is the law different if the rich are guilty ? I have hated injustice for a long time. Therefore my dream is to really prosper the people, eradicate corruption and protect the weak people"

But if that happens, I believe the Indonesian people will be truly prosperous, there will be no more poor people, unemployment and criminal acts" Jefri said

Not that the rich get richer, everything is taken even more business but they are mostly stingy. And we're running out because it's all taken, it's their hard work but at least they split it, anyway, if you do not give for free, you can set up jobs so that later unemployment will decrease" said Arya
