Rasidha Bidadari Clear-eyed

Rasidha Bidadari Clear-eyed
Chapter 5 - Ustadz is handsome

He ran in a hasty step to get into the classroom, remembering himself to be late. She hated delay so much, but now she was caught up in that unwanted situation. "Hopefully the one who taught him was not fierce and would understand my reason for being late," he muttered expectantly there was kindness and one who could understand his predicament.

Now that Rasidha was at the door and knocked on him after saying his greetings, he was very nervous about making a mistake.

"Wa'alaikumsalam, come in!" said a teacher who saw Rasidha with a glance, did not want to look at santriwati and still keep his view as an Ustadz.

Rasidha stepped into the classroom, bowed his head and did not dare to look at the face of the teacher who taught at that hour.

The man was a little surprised when he saw the santriwati's face that had hit him with hasty steps. "Why are you late?"

Rasidha raised his head and looked at the male teacher, smiling as he covered up his mistake. "Sorry, it was called by the manager of this boarding school."

"Hem, for today you are forgiven. But not at any other time" said the ustadz surrogate, who has only taught for a few months in place of his ailing brother.

"Thank you, Ustadz." Rasidha lowered his head and sat back in his chair, listening to the teaching given. Until he remembered, if the ustadz was a man who was accidentally hit by him.

"Astaghfirullah.it turns out that ustadz that I hit earlier. Let's just hope he doesn't recognize me" he murmured, swallowing his saliva with great difficulty. Of course not want to make mistakes while in pesantren, it can affect his life in the future.

After the subjects were finished, Luna, and Elis went to Rasidha who focused on reading a book containing hadith. "Something seems to be covered!"

"Nothing" said Rasidha.

"It's very suspicious" Elis said.

"Don't be su'udzon." Rasidha immediately stepped away from the place, towards the pesantren kitchen and helped some khadimah or commonly called female servants.

"Are we talking wrong?" said Luna who saw Rasidha's departure.

"No, he himself dodged. Forget it!" sahut Elis who does not want to take a headache.

Rasidha rushed to the kitchen and helped the khadimah make food for the santri and santriwati. "Assalamu'alaikum, Ma'am Yayuk."

"Wa'alaikumsalam's chat. Uh, Rasidha? You're back in the pesantren?" welcome Yayuk who hugs the body of a girl of Palestinian descent.

"Yes, my college is over. I went back to the pesantren and wanted to learn a lesson I didn't learn in Cairo."

Yayuk let go of the embrace and took turns with the khadimah who shared the task of finishing lunch. Rasidha did not have the heart with their work and helped slice vegetables, but his desire to help was dashed when the woman who had just hugged him did not allow him to work.

"Eh, what are you doing here? You better learn there," throw out Yayuk who doesn't want if the girl who still has a relationship with the boarding school owner does maid work.

"It's okay, ma'am, let me do it."

"You just got here, if you want to help not today's therapy tomorrow. Focus your mind on the lesson," reject Yayuk who gives his advice as a pesantren alumni, because having no place to live makes him a khadimah and devote himself to pesantren.

Rasidha was fortunate enough to have a loving family, very different from the pesantren who had no purpose and preferred to serve pesantren. He just sat there silent while observing her, able to feel what the senior was feeling. "Father and mother were very kind to me, but I can't avoid the fact that Zaid's father was an ex-military Israeli soldier." His mind quickly wiped away the tears. He tried to melt the atmosphere in the kitchen which was filled with smoke. "Oh yes Ma'am, as long as I was in Cairo, this boarding school was very different. Many of the ustadz and ustadzahs I don't know, were they previous replacements?"

"Yes, especially when he saw ustadz Afif from a distance, he was very handsome." Another imaginary person.

"Hus, don't think of men. Just focus on our cooking or they'll starve." Sergey Yayuk advises his friend who always likes to tell new teachers.

"Yee Ma'am, I just fantasize time can't. Who knows he's my soul mate and the love in the boarding sky becomes phenomenal" replied the smiling Neneng.

"Dream not height Neng, if falling it hurts." The other said, while Rasidha smiled. He desperately missed the warm atmosphere of the pesantren, assuming all of them were brothers.

"Just be it." Neneng stuck out his tongue, he was always the material to enliven the atmosphere.

"I'm helping you, Mom." Tawar Rasidha's.

"No, you just sit still."

"But Mbak__." Rasidha tried to offer power, but Yayuk still forbade it.

"Then I go first Ma'am," said Rasidha who did not want to waste precious time.

"Yes, if you need anything, just tell Ma'am." Reply Yayuk smiled.

"Yes." Yeah."

Rasidha decided to sit in the park by depositing his memorization, of course he did that so that in the afterlife the position of his two biological parents got a high place.

Silence in that place has always been his favorite in spending time, always depositing memorization from several books and also hadiths that have been studied. Without realizing it, if someone is watching from a distance.

"Isn't that the girl who hit me earlier?" muttered.

"It is not good to daydream and speak for yourself" seduced his friend who also teaches at the boarding school. "What do you see?" his curious question, following the direction of his friend's gaze towards a girl. "Remember! Zina eyes."

"I saw it unintentionally, too. Oh yeah, this is the first time I've seen that girl."

"True, he graduated in Cairo and earned a cumlaude degree."

"Where do you know?"

"Kyai Baharuddin's son-in-law, I saw him get a uniform and heard little of their conversation."

The man immediately turned his eyes away, he did not want to if he looked at the girl for too long. But his heart felt something when he first met, he smiled when he found out the name of the girl, Rasidha. "The name is very unique. Astaghfirullah..what am I thinking?" he quickly took a stand and immediately left the place.

The new Ustadz is a byword among santriwati, because its handsome face makes anyone feel at home in his lessons. He was named Muhammad Afif, the young man who succeeded his sick brother for a while. He was also the son of the great kyai, the second reason for teaching there was that the relationship between Kyai Baharuddin and his father was very close.
