Nine years ago ..(part 1).
A luxurious black car stopped right in front of the gate of the junior high school. A 25-year-old man came down and opened the door for a 12-year-old girl.
"Thank you, Om." A smile so sweet emanated from the second daughter of Alka and Rani.
The man named Harlan replied to her with a faint smile.
The car drove to a house that had been occupied by the young girl since birth. The building now consists of 2 floors and several times have been renovated.
Harlan opened the door as she always did on orders from the girl's birth mother.
"Om, don't want to stop for lunch" he said.
"No, thank you. Om has to go back to the office, your mother will definitely nag if long," said Harlan.
"Yes," the girl walked quickly into her house.
Shireen, now 32, threw a smile at her daughter. "Hi, pretty!"
"Hi, Ma."
"Change her clothes we'll have lunch together" Shireen said.
"Dad and Sean are having lunch with us?"
"So soon, I'll be there when he calls Mama if he's still at Sean's school."
"Then I change my clothes" Raline said.
"Yes, son."
Shireen was busy tidying up the dishes served on the dining table.
Shortly thereafter, Raline appears along with Alka and Sean.
"We change clothes" she asked the youngest son of her husband's first marriage.
Sean followed my mother's orders.
They also had lunch with Alshe who is now 5 years old.
Shireen is pregnant with her second baby, her gestational age is now 6 months.
"Who did you come home with, Raline?" ask Alka.
"With Harlan, Dad."
"Dad doesn't know the guy, when can we meet him?"
"Just ask the mother, Om Harlan is the man" replied Raline.
Alka turned her eyes to Shireen as if asking permission to contact her ex-wife.
"Mama's gonna call your mom and ask her what her name was?"
"Om Harlan, Ma."
"Yes, we want to know how he is and where he lives" Shireen said.
"Om Harlan is handsome, Ma. Tall and fragrant, it's my fault I was a child" Raline chirped.
"When you're older, what do you want?" ask Alka.
"I will make a lover," answered Raline innocently while grinning.
"Jeez, Raline. You are twelve years old, don't think strangely. I'm going to forbid you from having a serious relationship with the opposite sex!" Advice Alka.
"Ih, Dad. I'm just kidding, there's no way I like om-om, too" he said.
"Who knows you've started assessing the opposite sex" Alka said.
"I want serious school, Dad. I want to be a model and a designer" Raline said.
"Yes, I will support your ideals" Alka said as she chewed the food.

After lunch, Shireen called Rani.
"Hello, Shireen. What's up?"
"Hello, Brother. I just wanted to ask the guy who always picks Raline up to school" she replied.
"Oh, Harlan you mean?"
"Yes, Brother."
"What happened to him?"
"Me and Mas Alka never knew his figure" he replied again.
"More of the time I'll tell him to meet you. Harlan's my assistant in the office, so you don't have to worry" Rani said.
"Yes, Brother."
"Sorry, yeah."
"No need to apologize, brother. We were just curious, Raline was picked up and befriended anyone."
"Sorry, I never told you if Harlan asked me to pick Raline up. Again sorry!"
"Yes, Brother."
"I want to get on with the job, I'll hang up, yeah!"
"Yes, Brother!"

The next day...
Harlan picks up Raline at school as usual, she will open the car door for the little girl.
Raline was sitting on the back seat of the passenger.
"Mama and Dad are home?" harlan asked Raline while driving.
"Father in the workshop, Mama must be at home if not at the catering place," replied Raline.
"Om wants to meet them" Harlan said.
"Make what?"
"Apply you!"
"Huh, what?" Raline asked to repeat the words of the adult man who was driving.
Harlan chuckles.
"Om Harlan, I'm serious. Why would you want to see them?"
"Say your mother, father and mother you want to meet Om. Maybe they were afraid that my daughter would kidnap me" replied Harlan.
"Oh," he said briefly.
It was not until 15 minutes on their way to the house belonging to the Alka family.
Raline opened the door without Harlan opening it.
Raline ran into her house, "Mama, there's Om Harlan!"
"Tell me to wait on the porch!" shireen shouted from the kitchen.
"Yes, Ma." Raline then went out to meet Harlan who was still standing near the car.
"Om, said Mama told me to wait on the porch," said Raline.
"Alright," Harlan walked towards the place the homeowner ordered.
Shireen came out with a cup of tea and served it to the man. "My husband is coming home soon so look forward to it, yeah. I've also asked for permission from Rani."
"Yes, Mba."
5 Minutes later, Alka returned home with her youngest son and first daughter from her second marriage.
"Mama!" Alshe ran into the house to her mother.
"Darling, we'll be back to change clothes in a minute to have lunch together!" he told Sean and Alshe.
Harlan stood up when she saw Alka approaching him.
"You're Rani's assistant?"
"Yes, sir."
"Call me Mas Alka" he said.
"Yes, Mas Alka."
"How long has it been Rani's personal assistant?"
"It's only been two years, Mommy."
"Oh," he said briefly.
"We're just curious, whose daughter we picked up with. But, we believe in you. Especially Brother Rani who decided it," said Shireen who sat next to her husband.
"I'm sorry if I didn't introduce myself to you before. Because I'm in a hurry to get back to the office." Harlan gave an excuse.
"Yes" said Alka.
"Can I go home?"
"Yes, can. Sorry, it interfered with your work time and also had been bothered to pick up our daughter," said Alka.
"It's okay, Mom. This is my job. All parents will do the same, especially I am a stranger who has only known Raline for a few days." Harlan knew the anxiety of the two girl's parents.
"Yes, you're right."
"Then I say I have to go back to the office" said Harlan.
"Yes, please!" alka.
"Excuse me, Mas, Mba." Slightly lowered his head and smiled, Harlan walked towards the car then passed.
"As Raline said, Mas."
"Yes, handsome."
"Raline has begun to be a teenager, love for the opposite sex will certainly also be experienced."
"You mean Raline's gonna love it?"
"Mas Alka heard it for herself right at lunch yesterday, if Raline says she's grown up she'll make Harlan a lover."
"It was just a babble of a new kid who likes the opposite sex" said Alka.
"Yes, that's right. But, we still have to keep an eye on him, Mas."
"Yes, right."
