"Mas Harlan, I love you!" a 21-year-old girl shouted in public in a park not far from the Sudiro Star Hotel.
The 34-year-old was stunned as he looked at the snot girl he knew a few years ago expressing feelings. He walked up to her quickly, "Hey, what are you doing?" Sluggishly.
"I really love you, Mom." The girl pointed at her cute and adorable face.
"You call me Mas, remember I'm your Om!" said slowly.
"Yes, but we're not blood and there's no sibling ties so I can love you."
Not wanting to be noticed by the people around them, Harlan pulled the girl's hand and pulled her towards the parking lot and told her to get into the car.
Harlan sped up his vehicle towards the girl's house. Without speaking a word or two.
He told the girl to get out of the car.
"I don't want to go down, Mom!"
"Hey, call me Om!"
"I'm not a kid anymore, I want to call Mas Harlan!" said with a spoiled smile.
"I could die made by your mother, if you knew you were telling me love!" Harlan looks stressed.
"Mommy won't be that cruel, Mom." Looks relaxed.
Harlan took her breath trying to calm down.
"Mas Harlan, you want to be my girlfriend?"
"No!" saying firmly.
"Rare you sure you don't want me?" putting on teasing eyes.
"Our relationship is only between nephew and uncle. So, don't expect more!"
"I want more!"
Harlan ruffled her hair rough.
"Hey, why hurt yourself!" the girl touched Harlan's hand and then brushed off the man.
"I'm not hurting myself, I'm just stressing you!"
The girl chuckled.
"Hey, I'm serious. Don't fall in love with me, there are still many men younger than me to be your lover."
"I still want Mas Harlan, period!"
"I don't want to be with you!" rejecting.
"Why?"
"Because I don't want to get married yet" replied Harlan.
"I will wait until Mas Harlan is ready to marry me!"
"Aaarrrghhh .. no!!!!"
"Mas Harlan will wait for who, the age is ripe but not married?"
"It's none of your business, now get out!" his jolt.
"Yes, I'm handsome!"
"Call me, Om!"
"Yes, Om handsome!" Show her sweet smile, then get out of the car. The girl did not forget to wave her hand.
Harlan rushed away from the girl's residence.
Arriving at his rented house, he threw his body on the sofa. He breathed his rough breath.
"There was a boy, where I might have married him. Could end my career!"
The sound of his phone ringing, Harlan took it out of his pants pocket and answered it. "Hello, Mom!"
"Harlan, when are you going to introduce your future wife to Mom?"
"Mom can't call, the first time that question is news that your son is not a future wife," she said.
"Harlan, I can't wait to have a daughter-in-law and grandchild. Don't stay single for long, what people will say!"
"Mom, don't listen to what anyone else says. If you follow their will, there's a stress mother."
"But I can't wait. You're well established, your face is quite handsome, what kind of woman are you looking for?"
"I'm confused too, Mom."
"Do you need to help me find your future wife?"
"No need, Mom. If there is something right and suitable, I will definitely get married" replied Harlan.
"Mom give you a month to find your future wife if there's no. I'll match you!"
"It's like a race, Mom!" chirps.
"Let you keep your promise!"
After receiving a call from his mother, Harlan ruffled his hair back. "Why is today so so so annoying?"
The sound of Harlan's phone ringing again, he immediately picked it up. "What's up, Mom?" ketus tanyanya.
"Harlan, it's me!"
Stung in shock. "Sorry, Miss Rani!"
"Where are you?"
"I'm home again, Mom."
"Why Raline?"
"Raline..." staggered.
"Harlan, am I talking to you? What happened to my daughter? Her mother called when Raline came home with a pouty face and cried."
"Hmmm...."
"Harlan, do you hear me?"
"Yes, Mom. I heard."
How'this? It is impossible to be honest.
"Harlan, did she look sad from your trip home?"
"No, Ma."
"Are you guys not chatting?"
"No, Ma." Harlan replied lying.
"Let's find out why she's crying for what."
"Why should I, Mom?"
"Every day he's with you and you meet often. Maybe my daughter told me about her friend or something" Rani replied.
"Later I'll ask, Mom."
"I'll wait for your explanation!" Rani shut her phone.
Harlan took a breath over and over and then he exhaled.
Get up from the couch, ruffled around the waist. While thinking about the reason what he would give to his superior.
Sit back and remember what happened a few hours ago. "Aarrrghh...."
Meanwhile, Raline was still in her room she wiped her tears.
Shireen persuades Raline to explain why she is crying.
"Ma, I don't want to say anything."
"We're worried, honey. Do you want your father to ask?"
Raline shook her head.
"Then answer me, son."
"I can't say it, Ma."
"Mama asked your mother" Shireen said.
"Why ask Mom, Ma?"
"So, who do you want to ask?"
Raline fell silent.
"Your mother called Mama back, if Harlan didn't know why you were crying" Shireen said.
He.. causes me to cry, he who dares to refuse my love but I will not give up getting it before the ring is coiled in his wife's fingers.
"Is there anything Harlan is hiding that doesn't dare to tell the truth or you threaten him?" Shireen.
"No, Ma. I didn't threaten him" Raline replied.
"So, what's the reason you're crying?"
"A man rejects my love, Ma!" Raline hugged Shireen's body.
The 41-year-old woman smiled. "So that's why you're crying?"
Raline nodded.
"Yes, geez. Thank goodness!" Shireen breathed a sigh of relief.
"Mama, why are you grateful? I'm heartbroken" Raline held onto his chest.
Shireen smiled. "It's natural, you don't have to worry."
"How am I not upset about harboring this feeling, Ma?"
Shireen laughed.
"Ma, I'm serious with him. But, she rejected me because I was a child when I was an adult."
"Yes, your age is coming of age but your mind is not perfect yet."
"Mom say I'm still childish?"
"No, Raline."
"Continue your education don't think of love. You said you wanted to be a model and a designer" Shireen said.
"It's true, Ma. But I don't want to be a model anymore" Raline said.
"Why?"
"Lazy it out."
Shireen smiled. "Whatever you choose, Mama will support as long as it's good."
"Good thanks, Ma."
"Don't be sad anymore, who's the guy you like?"
Raline did not answer.
"You don't want to tell Mama, it's okay" Shireen smiled.
"It's not time yet, Ma."
"Yes, no problem. Yes, I want to continue cooking. Soon your father and brothers will be home" Shireen said, then passed.
"Yes, Ma."
