"You go to sleep here for the night. Tomorrow me and my bow will take you back. I'll call the maid to take care of this man" Xuan Lan said then left just like that.

Shortly after Xuan Lan came out there were already some servants who had come to the room belonging to the woman who had been helped by Xuan Lan. They saw a man sleeping on the floor with his legs bent like a man sitting, and they moved him somewhere.
After the male servants left, two female servants came to the room. They gave the woman a change of clothes. The woman then changed her clothes with her trembling hands.
"Miss need not be afraid anymore. Tonight we will accompany the lady here" said a waiter.
"Right lady, forgive us for not hearing the screams of the lady" said another.
The woman just nodded while crying. He still feels scared for now.
Whereas on the other hand Xuan Lan was having an impromptu meeting with the workers in her inn. He cannot be angry here because this is not the fault of his workers.
"You know what happened up there, right?" xuan Lan asked all of his men.
"Sure, reine" they said in unison while slightly lowered.
"No need to duck, look at me as usual" Xuan Lan said.
"It's not your fault, do you have any idea to anticipate if something like this is going to happen in the future?" xuan Lan asked staring at them all intensely.
They then fell silent in their respective minds then there was a fellow Xuan Lan who spoke up.
"What if we give guards in every hallway? Then we will give the bells in the guest room, if the guests experience violence then he can shake the bells for three times" he said.
Xuan Lan and the others seemed to be thinking. The idea of this man was indeed good but Xuan Lan somewhat disagreed with the bells that had to be shaken. What if the torturer would hide the bell if he found out about this.
"For the guards in every hallway I can accept it but for the bells? Isn't that too complicated? After all every room we wake up soundproofed might not be the sound of bells" asked Xuan Lan who then explained what was on her mind.
"How about we take off the silencer that is near the door so that if someone screams then the scream will be heard from the front door" said someone giving a suggestion.
Xuan Lan looked at the person who gave the suggestion. He seemed to think for a moment, and then nodded his head in a sign that he agreed to the advice of the man before him.
Xuan Lan then pointed at a few of them to tell the Tigers that this news could quickly spread throughout the inn that was under the auspices of the Gold Tiger.
"Now I can sleep soundly" Xuan Lan said then threw herself onto her bed.
The next morning, Prince Zhan had already woken up first. He cleaned his body then he just woke Xuan Lan up with his gentleness.

After they finished eating, the two of them returned to the room that the woman had occupied yesterday. He was accompanied by two servants beside him.
"As soon as you get ready, we'll drop you off in a moment" Xuan Lan said flatly.
The lady earlier looked at Xuan Lan who was still in the doorway. He nodded his head and prepared himself. Xuan Lan then looked at the hole that helped her figure out the man's crime yesterday. He then told the two servants in front of him if the hole needed to be closed and repaired.
Shortly after that, the woman was ready for her clothes. He then approached Xuan Lan.
"S-I'm ready miss" she said fearfully as Xuan Lan always showed her flat gaze plus when Xuan Lan punched the man who had nearly abused her yesterday.
"Yes, let's go out" Xuan Lan said then the two of them came out to approach Prince Zhan.
"How's that guy gege?" asked Xuan Lan.
"She's safe just her face's a little bruised, are you?" asked prince Zhan to investigate.
"No, maybe the guards. You know if they respect women so much, it's only natural that they do that" Xuan Lan said.
After that they went out accompanied by some servants to escort the man and the woman yesterday because according to Xuan Lan the man still had to take responsibility for everything he had done to the woman and Xuan Lan had no right to give him punishment. Let the woman's family punish the man or in accordance with the laws of the Tang Empire.
"You get in the carriage" Xuan Lan told the woman.
The woman immediately complied without saying anything while the man was taken care of by the servants behind him. Xuan Lan and prince Zhan chose to ride the horse.

"The man is still outside. If you want to punish him we will not stand in his way" Xuan Lan told the man.
"We will wait for the future husband of our daughter to come back first miss because we think he is the one who deserves to punish the man" said the middle-aged man with his head down.
"Where is he now?" ask Xuan Lan again.
"She was looking for our daughter and we've sent people to tell our daughter's future husband if our daughter is back home" the man replied.
After hours of waiting, finally the man who was the real husband of the woman had returned. He immediately asked where the man who had kidnapped his future wife.
After he found out where the man was. He went straight to the man and beat him to death. He then asked his subordinates to lock the man in his family's prison.
"Are you okay?" ask the man to his crying wife.
"Yes" he said softly.
"Have you dined it?" the man asked carefully and the woman cried even louder. From there he could guess that his future wife had been desecrated by another man. He hugged his future wife gently.
"Almost" Xuan Lan said.
The man then looked up at the person who had spoken earlier.
"meaning?" ask the confused man.
"I ask you if she's been tainted by another man would you still accept her as your wife?" asked Xuan Lan. The man seemed to think for a moment, he then looked at the woman in his arms.
"Sure" said the man steady.
"Will you make him a concubine or a concubine?" ask Xuan Lan again.
"Of course not. I will still make her my only wife" said the man.
The woman he was holding was crying more and more. She felt inappropriate for her future husband.
"I don't deserve you" she said in tears.

The man then looked at his injured woman's lips. He rubbed it gently, he was sure the woman must be fighting the man. He hugged his wife again tightly.
"Thank you for saving my future wife. What gifts do you want?" ask the man.
"We ti-d" Xuan Lan said unfinished, prince Zhan has already cut him off.
"We want that" said Prince Zhan, pointing to something in the room. Everyone followed the direction that Prince Zhan had pointed.
