Emperor Xiao then received the scroll and opened it. He began to read the scroll carefully from the first verse to the last. Suddenly his eyes were perfectly rounded with a furrowed forehead and he dropped the scroll onto the floor.

Everyone was made to wonder with the scroll that had already fallen from the hands of that emperor Xiao. Just then when princess Xuan Lan opened the scroll she smiled in satisfaction whereas when emperor Xiao who read it her expression became startled and disappointment was very visible on her face.
