Play your guitar Sophie

Play your guitar Sophie
Reconciliations

“Soph,” Nando seemed like he wanted to say something but he didn't keep going. His right hand held Dede's hand.

“Soph,” Dede's mouth opened to say something but I think something's stuck in her mouth.

“Saph, soph, soph from earlier? If you're hungry for soup ask Grandma there!. Yes, my name is Sophie. Sophie Srikandi's. Now 16 years old. Blue finger – blue all. Know khan, I'm learning to play guitar!”

“Iya, yes, it was my fault,” Nando interjected, “Not should you be tormented learning guitar.”

“Nando, don't GR well. I'm not learning guitar because of you. So you don't have to apologize.” Nadaku is very cynical, as if – would be Nando is indeed wrong in this. But it really isn't. He's not wrong. Dede didn't either. Then whose fault is it ? Maybe Fernando. Why should Fernando be blamed ? No time for Nando or Dede to talk again, the bell went off.

“We chat again later,” Nando got on his bike and drove away. Dede looked at Nando's back until he was lost at the corner of the road. Like the view of a soldier's wife when driving her husband to the battlefield.

“We still remain authenticated? Can you understand?” ask Dede. We both walked sideways to our classroom, through the hallways whose voices echoed when people were quiet.

“If only there were another De, I wouldn't choose you.”

Dede laughing. “You mean ?”

“You must understand that the price of a friendship is expensive?”

“He uh,”

“You know khan what it means?”

“Iya, I know. Where do you want me to buy it?”

“In expensive places. At the hotel, any restaurant is expensive. Which if you take me there your pocket money for a year runs out. I have to order the most expensive food.”

“Do not be evil – evil deh Soph. In a story like this, I look bad. I think I'm marrying a friend. But you're my best friend Soph. You really know how to sit the problem.” said Dede. My best friend is right. In my heart came back the song Frans.

In everyone's heart, there's a recycling box.

I embrace my best friend. “I know De. You are my shabat, and will forever be,” my whisper in his ear. My best friend smiled. Today feels more beautiful than ever.

Along with the other teenagers who wear – ash white uniforms in this school, Dede and I got into my class. We sat on the bench next to each other. There's someone with – fingers who's got long nails touching my shoulders. Jenny, my classmate who believes herself to have a sixth sense so that she can predict the future.

“What's Jenn ?” my many.

“I think today will be a beautiful day for you.” Said sure. I'm laughing a little. “How can you know ?”

“I can feel it. Know khan, I'm a fortune teller.”

“Trims well,” I said to please Jenny.

“Regular aja.”

I-i know. Today is a fun day. The unpleasant feeling that hung over these few days slowly began to dissipate. Me and Dede bai – fine. I loved Dede and didn't want our friendship to break down just because of a guy who didn't like me.

Then arrived – arrived I got a stomachache when my Physical teacher came.

“Good morning,” her voice was in –. The mustache is transverse above the lips, rough and awut – awuttan. Does he want to be Albert Einstein?

“Please prepare the paper. There's only stationery on the bench. No one's hands slipped on the bench. I also do not want anyone to lift the paper replay cover the head of the temple – pura yawn while asking for answers. If something is not clear, please raise your hand and ask. I think there is nothing more to ask ..” without a base – stale just to attract the attention of students like me he stood up and wrote about – problems on the board with his big marker.

“Don't daydream Sophie. Write and do. There is nothing you can learn by constantly looking at flowers from the !” window he shouted when I did not also write about it on the board and instead chose to see the plants on the side of the class that was flowering.

Physics is not my friend. Especially friend. We have been hostile for a long time. Physics and its conspiracies, chemistry and mathematics are mortal enemies. And why is this beautiful morning when physics comes and declares war on me. My mood just changed.

Even though I've been trying to die – matian, still the name physics is difficult for me. I saw about – about the story that has been neatly written on the board. I have to calculate Coulomb's law. I don't know what Charles Coulomb was thinking when he created this first law. Does he want to torture that poor girl whose finger – fingers are blue like me? Why should I learn everything I can't use later?

For example, as it is today. I have to calculate the problem of – questions that I will only meet in all textbooks, I have never practiced in the real world. Now you know why I prefer to learn English. Well because what I learned can be directly used in my life. In many ways I understand that physics helps human life. Like Thomas Alpha Edison with his light bulb or Albert Einstein with his nuclear reaction. But what then should all SMU kids learn physics?

It's hard, huh ?! I read a little paper from Dede. Kubalas,

Yes L

Dede laughed without a sound. He wrote something, You're sorry Nando did too?

At least I'll try De. Mr. Rustam was busy reading the newspaper in front.

Ja. I understand. Thanks yeah.

Don't be happy just yet !

Dede threw the paper. His eyes are like asking. What ?

I'm ashamed of Nando. I threw my paper at Dede's desk but shit. The paper fell down. Dede forced to find – search under his stool. Thankfully met.

Why ?

How could Dede not understand a problem like this. Well be ashamed. I'm a girl. You also. Cook not understand ?

Dede read while disturbing – nods. Ja. Then what should I do ?

Ordinary aja. At most my shame will disappear on my own. I throw my paper with a smile.

Where ? Dede smiled too.

Timbuktu

Laughter we both got out stuck. A few heads immediately turned towards me and Dede. We both pura – pura confused. I threw my paper at Dede.

Ngaco. The word paper Dede. Mr. Rustam doesn't read newspapers anymore. Now his eagle-like eyes are looking for – find our fault here. I have to be extra careful – heart.

It's good not to have a boyfriend ? What does it feel like ? I threw it and Mr. Rustam looked suspicious. He pura – pura cough, throb and his country. I pura – pura see again about – about on the board. As if – will I want to do again about the repetition I have collected earlier.

Heart's warm. Every moment is always laughing. Dede throw it at me.

But I really should thank Nando

How ? reply Dede.

Mr. Rustam is now walking – streets in a small alley that separates the bench and the bench.

If there is no one, I am not serious about learning guitar. I just take the silver.

Dede leaned forward to be more free to write, Good if so. Take silverware.

But you helped me promote myself. I'm khan pingin out of the singles club forever. Let's keep one club De. Club chick – chick courtship. Let my heart warm and keep laughing.

I picked up the little paper that fell under my stool. Cuba, Beres.

Then I crumpled the paper with my left hand.

But, Mr. Rustam is now next to my desk, knowing that I***a small paper that he must have thought was a cheat.
