Like a Stranger

The bell rang loudly 6 times which is a sign that the time for rest is over. This ipa1 and 2 times classes are combined in chemistry lessons. They are required to have a laboratory room next to the school hall.

Eyebrows and Liza were standing in front of their locker to pick up laboratory clothes. They put it on and walked to the laboratory.

"Za, which material?" asked Alis while opening the book she was holding, she stepped in mingling with her classmates.

Liza frowned, she glared at Eyebrows. "Usually you told me about it, but now you are the same as me" said Liza indifferently.

"I forgot."

Eyebrows glared at the senile word Liza said. He remained silent when they arrived in front of the laboratory.

The 12th grade ipa1 children seemed to have gathered in the room, Without looking everywhere, Eyebrows had mingled standing up to listen to the material that would be delivered by Marlina's mother.

"Children, as I told you earlier, today we hold a joint practicum between classes 12 ipa1 and 12 ipa2. Today we will learn about freezing. So, the goal is to find out the freezing point in some solutions. Tools and materials are available in each place. And the division of the mother group will divide into 6 groups. The group mingled between the ipa1 and 2 classes" Merlina explained at the beginning of their meeting.

The eyebrows just quietly listen to what is explained by their teacher. Now it is the turn of the group division. Eyebrows are grouped 5 with 3 members of their class and 3 members of ipa1 class.

"Alis, it's good that I can be with you" Liza said with cheers as she hugged Alis.

Eyebrows remained silent and stared at Liza for a moment before she looked at Aldo and Al who were also in a group with her. Aldo looked at him while Al was just being indifferent and looking cold. With that attitude, Alis understood that Al was avoiding him.

"Hi.. We meet again the sleeping princess." said Aldo who looks tempting Eyebrows. He looked at the Eyebrows that looked very awkward on him. "Don't be so awkward, I won't eat a stiff girl like you either." Aldo drew Alis' hand to join his group.

Al who saw all that seemed to heat up, he grasped both hands tightly by his side. He tried not to look at them.

"Al, you put the material into the tube, while the Eyebrows stir it." said Aldo without feeling guilty.

Just now Alis and Al wanted to protest, the others already seemed to agree with Aldo's proposal.

Al put the material instructed by Merry to him while Liza took the material. The eyebrows that stir it. Aldo only recorded the results while others took note of the chemical reaction.

There was no conversation going on between Al and Alis, even after finishing with his task, Al immediately moved away from his group. He felt unable to control his emotions and was sick at the same time as they were close together. Aldo seemed flabbergasted by Al's new attitude this time being cold to him. Even from his face was a huge aura of anger.

"Al, ma'af. This is not my wish. And if I hurt you. But this is not my wish. If I had known that Shayba was Eyebrow, then of course I would have rejected him Al. Forgive me Al." said Aldo softly. Aldo could not deny, after his togetherness in the library room, his heart was warmer and he felt there was no empty space anymore. But he was sure that it was not a feeling of love.

Al looked at Aldo sharply, clenching both his hands by his side. Without a word, he turned around and walked away from Aldo who was staring at him softly.

Meanwhile, Andra and Irfan seemed to be gaping because they heard everything that Aldo had just said.

"So, the Eyebrow that you've been betrothed all this time?" ask Irfan who is approaching Aldo. Aldo turned his body, he looked at Irfan and Andra who seemed to stare in disappointment at him. "Why didn't you tell us earlier, Do to us? Do you not trust us anymore?" ask Irfan again.

Aldo lowered his head, he could not answer Irfan's question, he felt very guilty now. But he can't do anything.

"I'm disappointed in you, Do!" irfan said and passed from before Aldo who looked at him until he disappeared behind the wall.

"Do, I understand your situation. It's not your will either. Forgive Irfan who spoke rudely to you" Andra said as she patted Aldo on the shoulder.

"Dra, actually I also just found out yesterday that Eyebrow is Syaiba. It was after several times I asked for his address to Arya. I was hesitant at first, but after I met her father, I only found out that my doubts were futile."

While Al tries to calm himself down, he does not want any more emotions and does the futile thing that will harm himself. He washed his face several times. He turned his head up while closing his eyes to calm his mind.

"Al, you ain't pa-feed?" Irfan who had just entered looked at Al anxiously.

Al scrunched his forehead and looked at Irfan questioningly.

"Al, I know everything." Irfan answered Al's confusion. "I heard it earlier, when you fought in the school hall." continued Irfan again.

"Udah, lupain. I'm not okay either." replied Al while inviting Irfan to return to the laboratory room.

"Al, aren't you going to be mad at Aldo?" Andra catches Al after he comes out of the toilet. Al just kept quiet and immediately acted cold to Andra and Irfan. Seeing that, Andra felt very guilty for asking about Aldo when his mind was tangled and when Aldolah was the main suspect.

Al soon regroups with his group, but as much as possible he gives distance to Alis and he acts even colder as if they are strangers who have just met for the first time. While the Eyebrows who saw Al's attitude like that can only wonder themselves in the heart. Because he doesn't know where his mistake lies. But he understood that Al did not want himself to be as close as he had been in previous days.
