New Friends

Today Alis left for school by bus. He confirmed in January that he had asked to be picked up at noon after school.

When he arrived at the school, he went straight to his class. The condition of the class is quite quiet makes Alis feel quite calm. He opened his book to read.

Dreetts.

The chair next to Eyebrow shifted, Eyebrow only glanced for a moment then refocused on its reading.

"Lis, you read a book early in the morning, and your head comes out in smoke. The complete!" Liza looked towards Alis with a serious mimic.

"What the hell!" Eyebrows sniffed annoyed at Liza who had disbanded the show reading it.

"Geez Eyebrows, I'm serious!" liza said as she stared at Alis with a reassuring mimic.

Eyebrows who were feeling careless with Liza's nosy demeanor just rolled both of her eyeballs. Liza who saw him just laughed gigglingly.

"Alice! someone's looking for you in front of the class!" Riswan the class leader shouted to Alis.

Eyebrows and Liza looked confused, a faint wrinkle on both of them because the whole life of Eyebrows had never experienced this.

"Who's looking for you Lis?" asked Liza to Eyebrow in astonishment. Alis is very self-limiting with anyone but herself. Liza looked at Alis with a seductive look. "Oh mama's son is now grown, has started dating huh?" seduce Liza while raising her eyebrows to tease the Eyebrows.

Eyebrows stared intently at Liza and she simply flicked her shoulders after passing from before Liza. Arriving at the door, he seemed confused by the figure of a sweet smiling man looking at him. Eyebrows just stared flat at the man. He had seen the man but had forgotten where he had seen him.

"Hi, Eyebrows!" the man smiled sweetly and waved his hand towards Eyebrow.

His eyebrows were clumsy for him, he just nodded his head, then looked at the man in a daze.

There was laughter coming from the classroom, Eyebrow was very familiar with the sound of laughter. Eyebrows snickered towards Liza who seemed to be mocking her. He again set his eyes on the man in front of him while trying to dig his memory a few days back.

Ah-yeah.he remembers, a stiff smile bloomed with Eyebrows. "You're Alexkan?" asked Alis looking seriously at the man.

"You remember me Lis. Yes, I'm Alex, who used to talk to you in the library," Alex said with a smile again towards Alis.

The eyebrows frowned again at Alex's words just now. He thought it was not a chat but only Alex who spoke for himself at that time. Ah, let it go, then what's he doing here?

"Then..what's the matter?" asked Alis staring at the field, seen some students seem to notice them. Eyebrows feel bad because they are not used to being the center of attention.

"Oh that, actually I wanted to give this book to you, as my gratitude back then because you wanted to talk to me." Alex smiled back at Eyebrow.

Alis again confused to hear Alex's words that seemed ambiguous. Eyebrows looked at Alex then turned to look towards the field.

"If you accept it, you think of me as a friend. Do you want to be friends with me?" alex asked staring at Alis expectantly.

Eyebrows looked at Alex and nodded with a stiff smile. Alis receives the book that Alex gave her. Eyebrows staring at the book, he looked back at Alex in confusion.

"Oh, I often watch you read. You usually read business books. So, I gave you that book." Alex smiled back at Eyebrow.

Eyebrows turned their eyes the other way to avoid Alex's smile. He was not used to such a smile, especially if the smile was of the opposite sex. But he could not deny, he felt warm with the smile.

"Oh yeah, I want to be classy first. Take a break, we'll get a bag. May it?" Alex again asked for something difficult for Alis to do. Alex knew about it and he wanted Eyebrows not to hide behind his shyness.

His eyebrows just silently stared at Alex, then he lowered his face.

Alex smiled again at the very stiff behavior of Eyebrows. "I'm classy first yeah, bye!" Alex shuffles his hair Eyebrows.

Eyebrows look very tense with Alex's treatment. He could not say a word. His eyes follow Alex's movements that are getting away from him.

"Yeah...! Eyebrows have a girlfriend, right?" suddenly Liza surprised Alis who was still in front of the class. Eyebrows exhaled repeatedly in shock at Liza's sudden existence that was shrieking in excitement and teasing her. His eyes circulated around him, he was again noticed by some people outside the class and all his friends in the class.

"Uh happy! if Alis has a boyfriend, it means she will turn dong, not stiff anymore, so cheap smile. Yakan...?" goddess Goda, their classmates chimed in. Some of her friends also nodded and agreed with the Goddess' opinion.

Eyebrows just glared at them and his eyes looked glaring. His steps led him to the table he was sitting on, slowly he placed the book given by Alex. Alis reopened the book she had just read a little.

Liza only pursed her lips looking at the manner of Eyebrows who could never joke, she was too stiff and also too intimidating. But he hopes, with the presence of the man then the Eyebrows will turn even sweeter. Liza smiled as she imagined all that.

"Ehem!" Liza turned towards the door and she was surprised by Mr. Gun's whereabouts, she was so embarrassed. He hurried off and sat there. He smiled again after staring at Alis.

Al and his three friends were in the cafeteria. They were sitting in a corner of the canteen near a large window.

"Al, you saw this morning that the Eyebrow was close to Alex." Irfan opened the conversation after their order came.

"He looks very stiff, even more so when he gets a touch from Alex, he's like a robot. Strain up!" Andra seemed to laugh as she recalled the incident this morning.

"Since when have you liked to talk about Eyebrows?" aldo's question seemed to quip Andra and Irfan.

"Well you, that's what I'm looking for." Irfan sneered towards Aldo.

They refocused on their food, until someone put their food and drinks near them.

"May I sit here? The other table is full." The woman smiled looking at them one by one.

"Can!" Irfan smiled and looked at the woman and invited her to sit down. The woman took her seat right opposite Al. He smiled as he looked towards Al and he felt pleased that his desire to approach Al was achieved as well. He looked at Al who did not care at all for him.

Aldo stared at the woman, his forehead creasing deeply. He felt like he had seen a woman in front of him.

The woman raised her head to look at Aldo. He smiled as he was watched by Aldo.

"I'll introduce you, my name is Jessica." Jessica extended her hand towards Aldo. Aldo just nodded without welcoming the helping hand. Jessica pulled back her hand, she felt annoyed that she had been ignored by them. He looked around at those who were also staring at him in whispers. Jessica looked at them sharply and all seemed silent. Jessica felt calm because she felt feared by them but that was not the case for Eyebrows.

But it turns out that the silence happened not because of Jessica but because of Alis and Liza who entered the canteen accompanied by Alex. There were boisterous whispers up to Kelinga Al.

Al turned towards Alis and he was very surprised by the existence of the Eyebrow that he had just seen in the cafeteria.Mata moved to look at his three friends and glanced at Jessica who seemed to grit her teeth. The woman looks flushed.

Jessica kicked the table hard and stared at Alis in annoyance. While Andra and Irfan looked very surprised by the attitude of Jessica who looked bar-bar. They did not expect that the beautiful girl was not as gentle as her appearance.

Jessica stood up and wanted to leave her food but was intercepted by Irfan. "Where are you going Neng? Finish the food, pity. Mubazir neng." Irfan looked at Jessica.

Jessica stared at Irfan. "Thank bang!" jessica Sahut. He felt full after seeing the existence of Eyebrows that suddenly appeared before him. No, not just in front of him but in front of the entire cafeteria. He remembered the attitude of the Eyebrows against him and also remembered the warning from Angga.

On the other side of the table, Eyebrow looks increasingly stiff with the atmosphere of the cafeteria which was suddenly quiet after his arrival. It feels like a ghost now. Because they looked at him with various gazes but not the slightest look of admiration or adoring gaze. There were only astonished, strange and fearful gazes. Several times the Eyebrows exhaled him, feeling very uncomfortable with this state.

"Lis, already! don't mind them. They're just wondering about you because you've never been kantin before." Liza looked at Alis who was feeling uncomfortable.

"Yes right, you better eat first" Alex continued with a sweet smile.

Eyebrows nodded and looked at his food. He eats slowly. Occasionally, a joke came from Alex and Liza to melt the atmosphere.

The atmosphere of the canteen seemed to be back as boisterous as before.

In the other table, Angga was staring at Alis and Alex very deeply. He was amazed by the presence of Eyebrows that do not usually gather together like this to eat.

Angga circulated his gaze gazing around the canteen to see Jessica's whereabouts, but nil. Angga breathed a sigh of relief afterwards, as there would be no more commotion that would occur like yesterday.

"Female, what do you see?" asked Nando who was watching Angga.

"Jessica Ndo, she's invisible."

"He's out after seeing the existence of Eyebrows," Nando replied looking at the direction of Angga's gaze staring at Eyebrow.

"Oh!" Angga is just a jolly.

They look finished with the meal, they went out of the canteen to head towards the bottom of the durian tree which is next to the basketball court

Eyebrows are seen already out of the canteen with Liza and Alex. He walked first to get to his class. But when in the middle of the road, he passed Jessica who intercepted his steps. Jessica looked at Alis with her anger and an annoyed look.

The eyebrows look calm. He looked at Jessica with an intimidating look.

"Eh you, poor girl. No shame, no merit to go to school here. Especially close to popular guys at this school. You're just trash here." Jessica pushed Alis's shoulder until Alis seemed to be pushed back almost falling if only she did not hold it.

"One more thing, you're a troublemaker to me. So, you will feel not at home in school here and will also regret having opposed me." siss Jessica right in the ear of Eyebrow.

"You don't know who I am, so I hope you will pull your words away" Alis said calmly.

Jessica looked furious and passed from before Eyebrows. He clenched his hands and sounded his jaws twitch. She hated the poor girl for being against her.

The incident did not escape the sight of Angga and Nando. Angga seemed to shake his head after seeing Jessica's attitude that looked very stubborn and heeded her advice yesterday.

"Lis, aren't you why-washy?" asked Liza while staring at the entire body of Alis.

Eyebrows just shook his head and exhaled his frenzied breath.

"Great are you Lis! Silent, shy but you're brave!" Alex praises Alis by clapping. He looked at Alis in awe as he was undaunted by the famous Jessica who was nicknamed the bully queen at school. Even he saw the Eyebrows that challenged Jessica's attitude. He really admired that beautiful girl.
