Neighbor Husband

Neighbor Husband
Episode 7 - Luke's work

"It's almost an hour. Brother has to go to the office" Dede said as he tied a towel to his body. He had to take a shower before he returned to the office.

"Later we can connect again" continued Dede while stroking his wife's sweet chin.

Ina still put on a pouting face. The game was still on. The woman still felt incomplete.

There's actually no 'play' schedule this afternoon. But Dede still came home amid the busy office because of Ina's request.

I don't know why lately the bir*h* young lady is getting taller.

She covered her body with a blanket. His eyeballs followed Dede's motion about to take a bath. His heart is still upset.

"Why lately brother has never played to the maximum, huh? Like something he thought. What office work makes it saturated?" ina thinks. He was eager to ask directly, but it seemed like Dede was in a hurry.

Shortly afterwards, Dede prepared to return to the office. It was almost twenty minutes late this afternoon. Understandably, a new employee at one of the Private Banks like him must try to be disciplined and diligent in order to stay afloat.

"Today he wasn't home either" Dede said as he looked at the house next door, which was sealed and dark inside.

Some days Luke is often gone early in the morning, then home before magrib. Using a neat and formal suit, made his neighbor wonder, where does he work now? Does he join an MLM company or a traveling salesperson?"

Sunny and peaceful afternoon, in the narrow rented courtyard of the Rubber Gang.

"Hey, redhead girl. Busy mulu now? Where do you work, anyway?" ask Kak Nada and others. They were gathered in front of the contract. Well, the type of mother-dream, afternoon gathering and then huddling.

Luke just smiled. "It's still trying to figure it out" Luke replied accordingly.

"Where was your handsome boyfriend yesterday?" ask Tyas anyway.

"Oh, Luke has a girlfriend? Like this has a boyfriend?" ejek Nurul's.

"Hey, gini-gini I'm still a lot prettier than you, you know," Luke replied.

"Haha ... Mampus, rasain tuh," laughs Nada and Kak Tyas.

"That's not my boyfriend, anyway. Just an online driver who happens to be cute" said Luke honestly. The red-haired Russian woman is tired of lying about her boyfriend. In the last few days, he took the busway to save money.

"Hocky very much Lu got such a handsome driver. Still single, right? How do you know a soul mate, right?" kak Tyas said while winking.

"Ih, what the hell, brother. How dare I ask that question," replied Luke. His eyes looked at house number three.

"Tumben is tightly closed. Are they not home?" think Luke.

"Alas, at least you're gonna change girlfriends. Find rich bosses to support you. Time is just capital writing online novels doang can have complete furniture, to AC everything," Nurul accused.

"Hey, start. Torturing," said Kak Nada.

"Your boyfriend was a lie? Means I still have a chance, dong," said Lukman who just came out of the house. He's getting ready to go to work. With a neat security uniform he looks more handsome and handsome.

"Nguping this single guy. Besides, have you ever been serious about Luke?" ask Kak Nada.

"Well, how do you know? This local-born Caucasian girl wants to be the same as me who is just a lowly security officer. We are only three years old" Lukman said, winking at Luke.

The red-haired girl just smiled. "I'm not a bule, Lukman" Luke said.

"To me you are still prettier than the women out there" Lukman teased.

"Hukkk!" Brother Nada and Brother Tyas taunt Lukman. Luke just laughed.

"Why don't you guys have a house, anyway? It is good to save on home rent and kitchen costs. Can ahem-ehem also if you want," said Nurul.

"Ih, so dirty is this one girl's brain? Ask in rukiah kayaknya," said Kak Nada upset.

Nurul's facial features turned sour. Nurul's husband who works as an inter-city driver rarely comes home. It usually only shows the face two to three times a month.

Drrrr...... Rain fell on the entire metropolitan city. The rainy season seems to have started. Luke, who was sitting in his study, just looked out.

"Well, all my laundry will be wet" Luke murmured. His hand swiped the mouse and clicked the save button on his laptop screen, to save the script of his novel episode 75.

Geck, tok, tok...

"Excuse me, Mum. The class is about to start" said one of the young girls, knocking on Lukella's room.

Luke looked at his watch. It's almost one o'clock in the afternoon.

"Okay, I'll be right to class. Prepare to be absent with the projector, yes," Luke replied with a smile.

The young lecturer immediately took his laptop and checked the lecture materials today. Yes, he successfully passed the selection of lecturers some time ago. Now he is given the responsibility of lecturer in Nuclear Physics and Materials Physics.

After years of struggle, Luke finally got a job that suits his field. However, he continued his profession as an online novel writer.

Luke has no intention of telling his neighbor. If I really succeed, he thought.

...*****...

"Where is my laundry?" luke muttered as he arrived at the contract. His laundry was no longer visible in the clothesline that was soaked by the rain this afternoon.

"Sister Luke," call Ina.

"Yes?"

"This is Ina's clothesline before the rain" Ina said.

"Oh, thanks," said Luke.

Ina immediately went inside the house to pick up the laundry. Luke was waiting for him on the porch. His eyes caught Dedek clad only in a white towel. Her chest which field wide open. Her hair was wet and disheveled.

The deg! Luke's heart was beating hard. His hands and feet felt weak. A terrifying shadow appeared in his head. Luke immediately turned his eyes. He caught his breath that was starting to cramp.

"This, Brother." Ina handed over a pile of laundry that was still somewhat damp.

"Thank you, yeah. I'm sorry to take a shot" Luke said, then rushed home.

Duh, Luke forgot. How does he open the door if both hands are full of laundry?

"Here, Ina help, sister. Where's the house key?" ina bargain.

"Oh, I-it's. It's in the bag" Luke said, enduring the embarrassment.

"Why is he so good, anyway? If he's evil, I have reason to hate him" Luke murmured.

Chequek! The door of the house is open. Ina immediately returned to her home.

"Well, it turns out I still can't completely eliminate my trauma" Luke said. He threw his body into the bed. While the laundry was simply placed on the carpet in front of the TV.

"Oh, yes. I have to dry these fabrics before they smell musty." Luke lifted his body lazily.

"Eh? Why is my CD lacking one? I think I washed four of them this morning?" Luke remembered.

"Eeeehhh....! Don't miss Ina's house" Luke rattled with a red face.
