"What's? A birthday party? You took Luke there?" sahut Dede panicked. "Take him home now" he continued.
"Why are you like this? Can you give us some privacy?" reject Lukman.
"This is for Luke's safety. Just follow my words. I've known him longer than you," Dede exclaimed.
"I can't just go home. Mr. Willhem, my superior, wishes me much to raise the name of our law firm among the guests present. At first we just want to deposit a little face and then go home" said Lukman annoyed.
"Here you go, just give me your address. I'll take him home. You can continue your work."
Either because of jealousy or because of worry. Dede continued to urge Lukman to give the location of the party.
"Damn it! What the hell are you? Is that how jealous I was to take your schoolmate out?" angry Lukman.
"I hope you'll just listen to me this time. I'll explain it to you next time" insisted Dede.
"OK, okay. I'll tell the alamtnya along with the invitation as a pass card to enter. Do not forget to use clothes according to the dress code," said Lukman. He finally gave up.
At the same time, Luke, who lost track of Lukman by taking a call, begins to panic. This party made her breath tight and body tremble. He really hates parties, especially birthdays.
Repeatedly he tried to call Lukman, but was not connected. Of course, Lukman again received a call from Dede. The lights are dim and the guests are crowding, making it even harder for Luke to find Lukman.
The girl with a twist of a knot midi dress in light blue and oxford shoes model footwear began to feel dizzy and the view faded. He could not see clearly the people around him. His chest was as if pressed by a weight of tens of kilograms. So tight. Bad memories from a dozen years ago clouded his mind.
Drrr.... Luke's phone is shaking. He immediately lifted it.
"Hello?"
"Hello Luke, you're home, right? I brought you a special satay madura" Satria said on the phone.
"I... L'm... Help me.." said Luke stammeringly. His breathing is getting crowded. Body weakens.
"Hello? Luke? Where are you? What's up?" Satria's tone turned to panic. He heard the boisterous sounds of people chatting and music pounding.
"I... I'm.. I'm at the party..."
"Share your location, quick. I'll pick you up now" exclaimed Satria. He heard Luke's voice crying.

"Damn, it's already this hour. I hope nothing has happened to Luke yet" Dede murmured.
He rinsed his motorcycle at high speed. Some red light just hit him. In his mind just bring Luke from that hell.
Dede no longer thought about the dress code in the invitation. He used the suit he used to wear to the office.
"Fuck with dress code. The important thing is that I've brought the invitation" Dede thought as he continued to drive through the middle of the never-quiet city streets. He did not want the previous events to happen again.
His memories drifted when they were third grade High School. Three weeks after he dumped Luke during a class meeting.
Her call (more precisely a threat) on Luke to the Goddess' birthday party, their classmate apparently ignored by Luke. Until the party was over, the red-haired girl's nose was not visible.
Dede immediately changed his plans. He asked Dewi to hold his birthday party at school after the holidays were over.
"Luke, you know it's a birthday today" asked Nike, a classmate.
"Year date? I don't know, tuh," Luke replied.
"Then anyway? They're waiting for you in class. They said you should bring a birthday cake" Nike said.
"I? Why should this unpopular me bring them cake? They never greeted me in class. Then why don't you join yourself?" ask Luke.
"I have to help my mom at the restaurant. Besides, I'm not too close to them either" Nike replied.
Nike is a middle class girl. It is not very popular, but it is also not isolated. He is more neutral in making friends.
Luke rushes out of the school yard. He didn't want his friends to find him before he came home.
Who does not know if today the Goddess of the Queen IPA 1 birthday. Of course he remembers. Although it has been banned by the school, they still carry it out after club activities.
There the highest caste gathering place in the school, the girls and boys are popular in the school. It's not a suitable place for Luke.
"If you don't come, I'll spread the rumor that you approached me and even force me to mes*m. Do you want people to come back to remember about your mes*m video with your sister at that time?" dede threat.
"I have to what?" luke muttered in despair. Although in the video it is clear Luke became a victim, but no one cares. They keep saying Luke's a woman j*l*ng.
There are not many people in school today. The almost twilight time made the students and the club's companion teachers immediately return home.

"Oh, this is that geeky girl that Dede likes? Look, he's here just to meet his bluff?" chirps Kiki, a close associate of the Goddess, when Luke comes to bring a birthday cake to class. Dede who saw the incident, just sat down while playing the phone.
"I'm not here to see Dede. I'm just delivering this birthday cake" Luke replied. He wouldn't have come here if it wasn't for Dede's threats.
"Well, guys. Look, he's even willing to be a babu just for the sake of a guy who's too tall for him. It seems like she had forgotten which caste she was in" said Dewi, the princess at the party.
"Kc.. Just finish your activities. I'm not joining. It's free for me to explain to you, if the school is only up to the cafeteria, it won't understand."
Luke puts a box of birthday cakes on the table. He realized, surely the shape of the cake was no longer intact.
"Damn, you. Who do you think can demean us like that? You geeky chicks don't know themselves" said Kiki and Shilla upset.
"Hey, who said you could just go home? Keep the door open during the party. Do not let any teacher know," threatened the Goddess.
There was no one to help Luke. They all just laughed seeing the red-haired girl trying to fight them with her martial arts. Of course lose. He was alone against that bunch of crazy people. Luke's phone was even taken when he was about to call for help.
"I really believe in the words of that jerk guy" Luke murmured inwardly.
Tears that had been in the last row finally spilled as well. Her chest feels so tight. After being forced to serve the school's expatriates, Luke is finally free.
Luke walked out the gate, waiting for the angkot to come home. It's been a very dark day. Cumulonimbus clouds rule the sky. It seemed like soon, rain was drenching the earth.
"Luke, wait," Dede called out to him.
"What hypocritical boy is following me?" think Luke. He pretended not to hear it. He immediately wiped his tears with a tissue.
"Luke, you must have heard me, right? Where you going? Come home with me, before they come" Dede said.
"They? Wh who? Why are you pretending to be nice to me?" Luke doesn't understand.
"Well it to my car. Now there's no time to explain" Dede said as he pulled Luke into the car.
"let go. Why should I trust you? Look at what your friends did to me earlier" Luke said.
"It wasn't me who spread the news. And it wasn't me who told them to do that, either" Dede replied.
"Where do they know about my feelings? Isn't that what you want?" Luke's whole body is shaking. Not anger, but fear. He no longer wants to be treated by friends who do not deserve to be called friends.
"I don't know, but trust me. I'll take you home, yes" said Dede.
"No. I'm not gonna trust you anymore. Why are you acting so worried about me like this? Aren't you the one who asked me to stay away?" Luke. He immediately waved at the angkot that led to them. Unfortunately the angkot continued to go, because it was full.
"Geez, it's been a while, anyway." A woman opened the car window and spoke to Dede.
"Mila's? Patience for a moment, yes" said Dede to the woman who was rumored to be Dede's ex-girlfriend when first class.
It used Luke to get away from the man. No matter where the foot goes, it has to go as far away from it as possible.
"Hey, where are you going in the middle of this cloud? Look at the sky so dark as it's seven o'clock." Luke didn't turn around. He didn't want Dede to see him cry.
"Well... Repugn. It almost worked. She thinks I really care about her?" mummified Dede.
*****
Tiiit... The sound of the horn in front made Dede's memory crumble. Ah, it turns out he almost hit a pick-up car for hitting a red light. It must not be too late, before Luke returns traumatized by his past.
