Chapter 91 - Gripping

"How did the task I gave? You guys done that well?" Asked the big tall man with a scar next to his face.

"Walk as planned, sir." 

"Good, do it quickly. I can't wait to see for myself how devastated Jayden is when he accepts the fact that his son died at my hands!" Say it while clenching both hands. He has a personal vendetta against Jayden, intending to destroy the man through his son, Arsen.

"But, are you sure that Jayden would be willing to trade everything he has just for the sake of a foster child?"

"Lifting child?" Ask her.

"Yes, Arsenio is Jayden's adopted son. He's just a street kid who accidentally met Jayden and the guy took him off the street."

"So he's just a useless tramp? Ckkk, motherfucker. So what else is Jayden's weakness besides that damn kid?" 

"His wife, Ayyara." Clearly the man made someone turn around and stare at his subordinates sharply. 

"Ayyara's? A name that is no stranger to me, who is he?"

"The only daughter of David Argantara and Agnesia Marrol." Clearly, it made the man grin. He also has a grudge against David. 

"Isn't that great, sir? You can knock out two enemies with one shot." 

"Yes, you're right." The man replied, smiling. Eventually he found a way to make both men his mortal enemies with just one plan alone. 

"So, when should we do it?"

"Tonight, destroyed the black wolf headquarters, so I'm sure Jayden will get out of the house and go to the base. That way, Ayyara will be alone at home and that time is the right time to launch our action. Youunderstand?"

"Good, Sir. We'll do it tonight." 

"Do it quickly, I have to make sure that this mission is successful. It's about my security and all of us, Jayden's not a random person so stay careful." Her speech. The man immediately resigned to carry out his evil mission. 

The man smiled wickedly while looking at the city scene at night. He was sure that this plan would work.

"I can't wait to see you destroyed as broken as his, Jay." Mumbled the man. 

In Jayden's mansion, the man senses that danger is lurking. So he contacted many of his men to keep watch at his house, he also called Jack, Arka, Bima and Roy. Most of them are in headquarters with their respective leaders and abilities. Jayden believes their target is his wife or son, not himself. 

"How's Jack?"

"Enemy detected at headquarters, Jay." Obviously Jack, make Jayden clench both his hands. 

"There are some who are also heading here."

"Yes, this is clearly a trap, Jack!" Jayden said, Jack nodded his head. He agreed with Jay. 

"Ckk, old song. Tactics like this to trick me? Bodooh people!" Lirih Jayden, he smiled at Jack, Arka, Bima and Roy. They immediately understood and went to do their respective tasks. 

Jay gets ready, he's wearing his bulletproof suit complete with a stockpile of guns.

"Daddy.."

"Whatever happens, stay here with Arsen. Remember that." 

"But Dad.."

"I'll be back just fine, Mom. I love you both." Jayden said, he kissed his wife's forehead and the top of Arsen's head gently.

"Well this Daddy of yours, boy. Lock the door, Mom. I'm going to go now."

After saying that, Jayden went outside. Ayyara tries to chase after her husband's departure, but Arsen immediately prevents the move of Mommy.

"Mommy, don't chase Daddy. Remember Daddy, don't be like this. Daddy's gonna be mad because Mommy's like this, remember here's a baby sister Mommy has to protect." Arsen said, making Ayyara speechless for a moment. What Arsen said is true, very true. Jayden would be so angry if he didn't comply and carelessly looked after his two children.

"Be careful, Daddy. Come home safe, I beg you." Ayyara muttered while hugging Arsen tightly. His tears slowly decayed just like that, he really couldn't be like this. She loves Jayden and this is the thing she fears most about being the wife of a mobster. 

"Daddy must be fine, Mom. We have to trust Daddy, right?" 

"Yes, Boy." Ayyara answered softly as she rubbed Arsen's head.
